After a two week wait finally got an appointment with Dr Jasmin, at 9 this morning, Dr finally arrived at 9.16, got to see her at 9.25 Told her id found some lumps, she said they were lipoma's , just fatty tissue, nothing to worry about, i told her that i got pain from the one in my arm, she said no i didnt. i said yes i got a sharp shooting pain when i moved my arm, she said no i couldnt be it must be from my shoulder. Next told her about my struggling with sleep apnea, and not being able to breath at night And could she advise, she got me to do a ten question survey of questions, of which ,2 of the questions weren't relevant scored me 6 out of ten said that wasn't high enough to warrant treatment. Left the Dr's surgery, feeling devastated, and confused.

I'm extremely pleased with Om surgery. The staff is friendly and efficient, always making me feel valued as a patient. Appointments are easy to schedule, and I never have to wait long to be seen. The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and take time to address my concerns.

Been at this doctor’s for nearly 5 years now, never had a problem. Sometimes they run behind but only by 10-15 minutes. Receptionists always nice, just wish they’d have more drs available.

I have always had a great experience at The Om Surgery. The service is prompt and the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Parveen. Thank you for the hassle free medical care.

Horrendous attitude from DR Yasmin, unable to communicate clearly when i'm speaking on behalf of the patient (Mother). A Dr should be showing empathy and support not talking down to patients and support of patients!

Absolutely disgusting I’ve called today they booked me in for a telephone appointment, I’ve got Covid and I am anemic I feel so sick literally cried to the receptionist she said she booked me in but no call back am in so much pain and so ill, why can’t they do their job properly, am going to change my gp please no one register with them. 🙏🏼

Horrible place my son is only 4 years of age I made a agent appointment and they said they was fully booked I rang 111 and they said they should have seen him as he's only 4 years of age we had to go all the way to Nottingham with my very poorly boy and wate 5hr so he can get seen not happy at all !!!

We moved to Hucknall end of august and this surgery always been helpful, friendly and excellent service. Any time my son needed appointment, they found the solution to see him. Highly recommended.
