I attended Colleen's Pregnancy Yoga and thoroughly enjoyed the hour sessions on a Saturday morning. After a week of working at a computer, the movement and relaxation was of great relief and benefit. Focus on breathwork was brilliant, and was something I made use of during a long induction! The relaxations at the end of the sessions were lovely opportunities to connect with my baby. I had never tried yoga before, but was able to fully take part in the classes. I found everyone to be friendly, introductions at the beginning of the class provided an opportunity to say how we were feeling and be comforted by hearing that often we weren't alone in feelings or experience. Colleen adapted instructions whilst my baby was transverse during later pregnancy, I would recommend the class to anyone looking for a friendly, well planned pregnancy yoga class. I bought the pregnancy relaxation MP3s as the classes were fully booked for the last few weeks of my pregnancy, and was missing the hour of focus and the feeling I had after the class. My daughter is now 7 weeks old, and I am hoping to attend Mum and baby yoga soon.

I was slightly lost when I found out that I was pregnant. I joined Colleen‘s pregnancy yoga and suddenly I wasn’t alone anymore. Lots of other mummy's-to-be experienced similar things and it was lovely to start the class with a check in to get worries out or hear advise. The hour was just for me and baby which was very special. Now I am in baby yoga and those mummy’s are good friend of mine and we watch our babies grow together. Every class with Colleen is warm & welcoming and I truly recommend it to build a support network when you are pregnant or already had your baby as well as learning to listen to your body.

I cannot recommend Colleen's pregnancy yoga and Hypnobirthing course enough! She has been amazing throughout my pregnancy, not only in teaching, but also by giving links to resources and passing on wonderful birth stories. I already look forward to attending her baby yoga classes.

I’ve been going to Colleen’s pregnancy yoga classes for about 8 weeks now and have found them really helpful. I previously did yoga so was already familiar with it but it’s been reassuring knowing that all of the stretches we are doing are safe for pregnancy. She gives a couple of options for each stretch so you can pick which ones feel right for you and it doesn’t matter if sometimes you can push yourself more or less than other times. She starts each session by going round the circle and asking each person to share what stage they’re at and how they’re doing that week so she is aware of anything that might affect them in the session. Although a little intimidating at first, I have picked up bits of information about pregnancy that have been enlightening. She also shares experiences and stories that again have been really helpful. I would highly recommend her class!

Love love love all of Colleen’s classes. I did pregnancy yoga and then currently Mum & baby yoga. It’s the highlight of my week, really lovely calming classes and a perfect place to speak with other Mums!

I attended Colleen’s pregnancy yoga for a few months and now attend Mum and Baby yoga with my 5 month old. I absolutely love it, it’s the only time of the week I move and stretch my body whilst little one is entertained by the rattles and scarves we hold whilst doing so. Such a lovely group of us who then stay for tea and biscuits afterwards xx

I attended Colleen's pregnancy yoga classes and couldn't recommend them enough! They helped me to stay active, ease aches and pains and also meet other mums. I wasn't able to make any of the dates for the hypnobirthing classes which was a shame but the breathing techniques, relaxations and moves practiced in class helped me more than I would have ever imagined during my labour. Colleen was also a real positive influence throughout the pregnancy and encouraged me to advocate for myself and my baby. Looking forward to mum and baby yoga soon!

I attended Colleen’s pregnancy yoga class from 8 weeks pregnant to 27 weeks and it was brilliant. She taught me so many strategies for controlling my breathing, to stretches that support labour. Even after having an emergency c-section, I used the stretches I had been taught to gently support my recovery. I now attend mum & baby yoga on a Wednesday and I love it! Colleen offers mum-to-mum time with the chance to catch up with likeminded mummies; after an hour of stretching, breathing and all round body control. My little girl even loves it and watches as the mummies move, breathe and stretch. Colleen also caters sections of the session to the bubbas and ensures there’s always opportunity for a little sing-song and interactive time with the bubs, which is always great for keeping the little ones involved. Colleen really does offer amazing post and Pre-natal classes that are suitable for all abilities.
