Sara is the fantastic! She's so attentive and really listens to you and your body. I don't know how I would have got through my pregnancy without her treatments, she has magic hands! She also provides a warm and inviting space for expectant mothers at her yoga class, which I have enjoyed very much. I am looking forward to starting baby yoga with her in the near future.

Sara's pregnancy yoga was a very healing space for me to come to terms with motherhood. Her mum and baby classes were hands down the best class I went to with a small baby, part yoga for you, part yoga and activities and songs for your little one. Most importantly, what Sara has established goes far beyond a paid for class. The community she has curated is beautiful and I've made some of my best "mum" friends through her careful mummy matchmaking and just chatting to those next to me. I'm just sad I had an early mover as I'd have loved to have carried in going for longer! I'd you're in doubt, go, you won't regret it.

Sara is a brilliant teacher! I went to both the prenatal as well as mom and baby yoga sessions and both were fantastic! She’s patient, understanding, is amazing at teaching you at your pace even in group classes and provides an unbelievably safe space for expectant mums and new mums to share their experiences and seek help. She is a fountain of knowledge and is great at pointing you in the right direction if she can’t help or doesn’t know. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her sessions! You’ll not regret it.

Learning about Mama Flow has been one of the most reassuring and supportive things that had happened to me during my pregnancy. Sara had created a nurturing community who are all going through the same thing at the same time. Not only is it a space to do yoga, it's a space to talk about insomnia, scans and how to belly wrap. Sara is bubbly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know everyone in her yoga circle and makes a special effort to look after everyone's needs. I have been lucky enough to do pregnancy yoga, women's yoga, a birth preparation class and a treatment with Sara. All come highly recommended. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey with Sara after baby comes at her baby yoga classes. If you're looking for a nurturing space to laugh, learn and stretch, this is it!

Sara is a spirited, generous and warm-hearted person, who lives and breathes empowered birthing and motherhood. I first came along to Sara's Women and Pregnancy yoga circle where I was welcomed like an old friend and quickly felt at ease. Sara sessions provide a perfect mix of physical exploration and challenge- with adaptations tailored to everyone present- and tuned in emotional self-care and visualisations. Sara is sensitive to the shifting emotional and physical needs of others and ensures everyone feels comfortable and safe in the space. After some reflection, I decided to sign up for Sara’s “Birthing Weekend”. This was a big undertaking for my partner and I as we are not very wealthy and needed to choose between either this workshop or one of the more established NCT trainings. We were drawn to Sara’s offering due to its emphasis on practical tools and strategies for managing the emotional and physical demands of childbirth. We weren’t disappointed. Sara restricted the workshop to 3 couples and was able to tailor her informative and yet informal sessions to the differing levels of knowledge and experience in the room. The sessions were pragmatic, and partner focussed- we really came away with the knowledge that birth was an experience we were embracing as a couple rather than “women’s work”. It was a really enjoyable weekend with humour peppered throughout, however this did not detract from the vast knowledge and wisdom imparted- both in sessions and through online resources shared after. We came away feeling more confident in the process, and in our ability to remain mindful and calm throughout. Thank you, Sara!

I've done pregnancy and baby yoga with Sara and would highly recommend her. Sara makes you feel very welcome when you join and initiates relevant discussions amongst the group. She is very knowledgeable in both pregnant and postpartum bodies and I felt confident following her instructions. Her baby classes are relaxed and you can follow babies lead. She teaches positions and techniques to help calm babies. I would highly recommend joining one of her classes or a session in her private studio.

Absolutely love Sara’s classes! I have been to both pregnancy and baby yoga. Classes are relaxed, welcoming, supportive and friendly. Sara has a wealth of knowledge around pregnancy and baby development. The opening circle (where we introduce ourselves and our bumps/babies) is such a lovely opportunity to share experiences and listen to others and remind yourself that you’re not the only one going through it! And who doesn’t love a bit of relaxation at the end?! Would totally recommend!

Sara and Mama Flow are nothing short of amazing! Sara’s 1:1 treatments and pregnancy yoga classes were invaluable during my pregnancy, and provided a sense of calm and comfort in my body at a time when there was minimal comfort to be found! I loved the continuity of joining baby yoga with all the mamas I’d met in pregnancy yoga after my baby came and still use the information Sara taught in the course four years later. Sara is truly an expert in her field and just the most comforting person to be around. Her hands on birth prep partner course was so incredible that my husband and I did a refresher from the states for our second baby. Sara truly values empowering and connecting women through yoga, shared experiences, and social events. No matter what services or classes you book with Sara, you will not regret joining her tribe!
