    I signed upto Hannah’s Yoga classes in January with chronic headaches and a lot of muscle tension, not only do I absolutely love going to the classes, along with stretching at home I’m no longer suffering with daily headaches. Hannah is very knowledgeable, every class is different.

    I can’t recommend Hannah Bools yoga classes enough. Her teaching style is beyond lovely and totally enhances each class. I always feel supported, challenged, at peace yet energised, in flow and yet in complete stillness. It’s amazing how Hannah pulls all of this together in just the hour but she absolutely does. My mind and body especially is thankful each time I attend. Thank you Hannah x

    I joined Hannah’s class having never done yoga before and not being particularly young (!) so was concerned it would be daunting but Hannah creates a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere and always offers options that are suitable for any level of ability. She focuses on different things with each class so you don’t do the same things each week which is interesting and challenging. Lovely group which I enjoy hugely and can feel the benefit of. Cannot recommend Hannah highly enough

    What can I say about Hannah's classes? Well, they are always incredibly well planned with lots of variety, each week is different, there is never any pressure to go beyond your edge although there is plenty of challenge if you want to take it further. She gently guides us through the poses with such good verbal instructions that you never need to struggle to try to watch her 👍 My favourite part is the savasana at the end when she reads aloud an inspiring poem whilst we allow ourselves to completely relax - 😊 I always feel so relaxed after class no matter how stressed I was when I arrived, I love it! 🧘

    A superb full body Swedish massage - one of the best massages I have had. I asked for firm and it was both firm and yet relaxing. Hannah uses a whole range of massage techniques to make this an experience that I want to revisit. I am booked in again in January!
