I’ve had my eye on Colliers Yard since I made the decision to move to Manchester so I was delighted to find out they had introduced a build to rent building within the development. The amenities are amazing- the standard you see when units are for sale. Teddy, who gave me my initial tour was a superstar! I was greeted warmly by the team from the moment I arrived for each viewing and offered something to drink each time which is such 5 star service I haven’t gotten when viewing any other properties. Teddy was so patient, and went above and beyond showing me every detail of the development, all the amenities and multiple units which I really appreciated as I was having trouble deciding between 1 and 2 beds but as soon as I saw ‘the one’, I knew it and started my application process on the day. My phone died half way through the viewing and Teddy was kind enough to film the apartment for me and send it over later that day. I bumped into a few residents on viewing and they seem really nice. When I had some issues with my online application, Rory was fantastic in helping get this sorted so I could proceed with my application. He also showed me around my second visit and gave me space to measure up the apartment and look around while he waited outside which I thought was very considerate. The icing on the cake has to be it won’t become overrun with students (lovely as they are😊, who are mostly post grad atm anyway) due to policies they have to manage this. They will also have a deposit process for bookable facilities so i’m hoping (and praying) the building stays as well kept over the years as it is now when it’s brand new, as people will respectful of the space and other residents (especially if they want their money back). They aren’t offering any type of lower/zero deposit or anything so make sure you have your ducks in a row. My other tip would be to go directly through their website to arrange a viewing and not via a 3rd party property search website as they are quite busy atm and it’s easier to just select the time and date yourself via their official website.

If the building staff happen to be as conscientious and patient as Rory and Teddy, then I’m excited to move into Colliers Yard with my cocker spaniel. The 1 bedroom apartment show room was way more spacious in person (disclaimer that it depends on the apartment you choose), and the dual aspect view in the 2 bed room apartments were breathtaking. Victoria Station is only a 10-15 minute walk away, and Manchester Airport is either a direct train from Victoria or a 30 minute drive from Colliers. *books flight🍸* Early stages, but thank you Teddy and Rory. I hope Colliers lives up to the standard you two have set x

Cortland has a really special homely vibe to it that we've just not experienced in similar builds. It's not just the amazing amenities and residents spaces, but the warmth and friendly staff. From the start Rory helped us find our dream apartment with enthusiasm and expert knowledge. From the moment we enquired to the day we moved in, we felt supported the whole way. The residents team have been amazing since living here. There's nothing too small or big for them to help with and they're always more than happy to do what they can to help. The apartment is of high quality and everything just works! We see ourselves living here for a long as we can!

Teddy is awesome!! He is equipped with an impressively high level of knowledge about the development, and it has been the smoothest process & experience I had so far! The rest of the team was also incredibly welcoming and helpful during my two visits at the leasing office. I have confidence that Cortland will live up to my expectations!

Super excited to move into this building in November! I had a super positive experience choosing my apartment with Raf, who made the whole process very smooth and easy. The design and amenities in this building are the best I’ve seen in Manchester and the team were so helpful and friendly.

What a stunning home. Great view from the apartments across Manchester. But this place has the best amenity space across all the btr apartment buildings in London and Manchester that I've seen. Stacks of space. We'll appointed suites. Spacious gym full of equipment. My favourite is the grand staircase. Praise for raising the bar.

Great experience visiting the apartments! Raf was so helpful with showing me the different apartments and finding something that suited my priorities and budget. Had a great tour of a few of the flats that were ready and went through the floor plans and photos of the amenities which looks amazing ! Really looking forward to moving in, thanks Raf and the team for taking so much time to help me find my future apartment 🙌🏽
