    Great team, friendly & professional. Had the pleasure of my 1st PT session today. So much to learn, but feel great when you piece even some of the basics together. I have to mention what an amazing job they do on the children’s sessions too. My 5 boy & 8 year old girl love it here. Bored of your local gym, fancy trying something different in your fitness routine, or fancy yourself as the next Tyson Fury. Go & give it a try. Balance, core, footwork agility. I wish I could dance as maybe some of the combinations would have come more naturally, I can’t wait to see the progression, eventually!
