Lived in a Carlain Property for two years and not only loved the house which was perfect for students and the Carlain team were always happy to help with any maintenance issues with great communication. Made the whole process of staying an extra year super easy including staying over summer. They didn't add to the stress of studying with simple termly rent payments that were timed perfectly with our student loans which was ideal! Met all of my expectations and more would 100% recommend to any students in Cheltenham!

Great landlords. They’re almost always able to answer any questions in just a single phone call. They’re very patient and helpful even with annoying or weird requests. If they can’t fix it down the phone, their response times are fantastic to any issues you may have maintenance wise to have the property back to normal in no time.
