I
stayed
here
for
a
couple
of
days
as
part
of
a
mental
health
retreat.
We
arrived
at
5pm
on
a
Sunday
to
be
greeted
by
Sarah
and
Darren
plus
an
unexpected
evening
meal
to
take
the
edge
off
the
travel.
The
location
is
stunning
come
rain
or
shine.
It's
peaceful
and
perfect
for
groups
to
get
away
from
the
rat
race.
Rooms
are
all
spotless
and
comfortable,
as
are
the
showers
and
toilets.
A
large
shared
lounge
area
for
relaxing
by
the
log
burner
at
night
and
a
well
appointed
kitchen.
If
you
are
self
catering
or
having
Sarah
cook
for
you
everything
is
there.
Breakfast
is
lovely,
all
fresh
ingredients
with
meats
from
a
local
butchers,
none
of
your
supermarket
fayre.
There
is
plenty
of
outdoor
space,
from
the
garden
with
relaxing
chairs
to
watch
the
plethora
of
local
birds,
to
the
wood
area
for
camp
craft
and
building
an
outdoor
fire
for
a
cozy
night
with
the
marshmallows.
On
the
edge
of
Wales
Dark
skies
area,
this
place
is
perfect
for
star
gazing.
Close
to
several
excellent
walks.
Quite
literally
arrived
as
a
stranger
and
left
as
a
friend.
Sarah
and
Darren
are
brilliant,
everything
is
provided
for
you,
service
is
brilliant
you
don't
have
to
lift
a
finger
if
you
don't
want
to.
Hope
to
see
you
again
soon.
