The staff that work at this place are amazing! The company CEO needs to attend this store undercover to see how genuinely passionate and fantastic they are. My kids love going in to chat about Pokemon cards with the staff👌

Great looking store absolutely neat as a pin with full shelves. Has a massive amount of pop vinyl and heavy on Marvel merchandise. Would like to see a greater range of anime figures like Dragon Ball and One Piece would really tick the box in my opinion.

Ordered online from this store to my home in Adelaide. Absolutely amazed with the service. I ordered a pop vinyl and it came in less than 3 days! They even took the time to write me a thankyou letter. Packaging was awesome and everything came in great quality. Thankyou!!

Two young girls women were so busy with other customers, giggling and chatting but were oblivious to us. Then when we did get served - "would you like this, would you like that" ..no thanks. Must be different staff to previous reviews.

Best store ever. I have gone in there a lot and every time the staff are so helpful, Brit and Jess are really nice. 6 stars isn’t high enough for what I would rate it!

Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Our kids want to go into the store all the time, not just for the products but to see Britt & co. They are genuinely interested in the kids & make them feel incredibly special. Today my 10yr old had a health issue & fainted in store. The girls were amazingly caring, they sat with him, got him a drink & some food… & reassured him. Thank you so much Britt & co. The highest level of customer service & just genuinely lovely human behaviour.
