Scammers! Told me £70 to buy my phone to then go back after checks to say we have done the checks & your screen is scratched by using our machines to identify it👍😂so we will give you £45! Think I was born yesterday! Took it to another outlet & gave me £70! Nothing wrong with the screen. BEWARE. Have a good mind to contact Trading Standards. Frauds. Seems a running theme with this outlet with the Screen scam as well.

Excellent service at this specific store. the gentleman serving me was very friendly and had a chat with me about the nativity which was the film i was buying. his collegues joined in and made my visit very welcoming

I visited the shop for the first time today to browse for new Switch games. The lady at the counter was very helpful. She advised me with suitable games after checking my experience, equipment and what I enjoyed playing the most as I am a beginner. A big thank you for your good customer service

Visited the store this week to add to my collection of DVDs, everything that was in stock online was in store which was perfect. All of the staff that I had a conversation with were amazing and i'm sure i'll be back again in the future :)
