Having
booked
in
February
for
a
large
group
of
us
to
come
down
to
Brighton
for
the
weekend,
we
had
a
long
wait
between
booking
and
our
stay
and
the
wait
was
worth
it.
The
house
is
spacious,
has
an
exceptional
location
and
great
facilities.
We
had
over
10
people
stay
and
the
spacious
living
room
with
excellent
dining
facilities
helped
us
enjoy
some
quality
time
together
in
peace.
There
was
a
TV,
the
WiFi
was
great
and
the
secure
coded
door
meant
we
didn’t
have
to
worry
about
who
had
a
key,
because
we
didn’t
need
one!
Valerie
kept
in
regular
contact
before
the
stay,
was
a
fantastic
support
with
queries
I
had
of
the
property
and
local
area
and
was
very
accommodating
of
our
needs,
she
even
checked
in
half
way
through
by
phone
just
to
make
sure
I
didn’t
need
more
support.
Situated
directly
behind
the
Hilton,
we
were
around
60
seconds
from
the
sea
front,
around
a
minute
and
a
half
(uphill
so
maybe
2
mins
for
slow
walkers)
to
the
shopping
centre
and
the
same
goes
for
pubs,
clubs,
restaurants
and
amusements.
Brighton
pier
probably
takes
around
5
minutes
to
walk
to
and
most
of
that
can
be
done
on
the
lovely
seafront.
All
10
of
the
other
people
that
stayed
said
I
couldn’t
have
picked
a
better
location
and
Accomodation
for
the
price
and
I
agree.
Valerie
is
a
superstar!
