Just want to comment on the exceptional customer service provided by Lloyd today! This kid was dealing with a super busy period with a smile on his face and spoke so calmly and happily to each customer and greeted everyone so politely. 10/10 good job Lloyd!

I wanted to have KFC for over a month and I finally got it. It was because of the constant ads being blasted on YouTube. That little kid sitting at the table saying "Bucket". The chicken was bloody delicious!!! Tender and juicy on the inside while crispy on the outside. Hit the spot for me. Also got a large potato and gravy for dipping. No 5 stars because they apparently ran out of the bucket for the chicken so had to use the regular cardboard carry bag and the potato and gravy didn't have much mashed potato. It was 3/4 gravy and 1/4 mash potato. Will come back for my fried chicken needs.

The store was busy, but the staff were really slow at getting orders out. I ordered on the app, and my order was wrong when I received it. When I asked the staff to fix my order, it was met with an eye roll from the female staff member and attitude

As far as KFC is concerned, it's quite good, been there a few times. Check your order before you go, have found it a little short. Don't think it was intentional, but has happened more than once over the past year.

Terrible! The service was Terrible! I asked for ketchup (tomato sauce) and got attitude from the teenager behind the counter. Everything was too much for them. I asked for serviettes and got 2. I asked for more and again more attitude. The place is dingy and dirty.

More working less chatting, seriously. I placed a small order on the KFC app which is the 4.95 fill up box. My order pop up on screen and the two girls at the front counter gave a quick glance at it and continue their conversation, they just stood there an kept talking but didn't want to pack my order until 3 minutes has past by. There’s no excuse that couldn't be made faster, it shouldn't take no longer than a minute, I know because I was once a cross cross trained employee at KFC. I saw they had all the ingredients upfront so I do not understand how they took 6 minutes to make a small fill up box when it should be 1 minute? ahhhh yesss I guess they were chatting away. I understand that no one wants to work at a fast food chain their whole life, but if your are working in one please just respect your customers and their time. Lets return the question, how does it feel paying alot for a service and getting absolute garbage, would you be happy about it? I guess you know the answer to that. All the best

I work in the Service Industry. So, I always have a soft corner for the people who work in this sector but every time I come to eat in this KFC Branch it makes me angry. The black hijabi girl at the front was completely rude and wasn’t greeting any customer. Moreover, she was working slower than a sloth purposefully because later on when a senior staff member came, she picked up her speed. Every customer left the counter completely amused by how rude and reluctant a staff can be. I get it, things can be hard sometimes for a person to work in the fastfood chains but this is absolute rubbish.

Food was fresh, hot and tasty, just how it should be. However the tables weren't clean and the birds flying around the dining room were not very hygienic. I realise this is hard to police though.

Was hungry as balls and this hit the spot. Overall the joint was whatever. Door was semi-broken and kept making a loud noise when opening and closing.

Worst customer experience in quite some time. Ordered Chicken and Chips for Lunch Waited over 20 minutes. People arriving after me received meals before me. Another lady also waited the same amount of time as ne with no meal. In the end I put my docket number down and walked out as I had more time available. SO KFC GET MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING BEWARE OF YOU ARE GOING TO THIS OUTLET

Worst kfc around Victoria If they actually open they don't have chicken or main one I get is no chips and today they have a sign up saying not open till 1030 because deliveries? Guess all the deliveries get no chicken or chips just potato and gravey lol not a soul in store and it's 11am??

Food was ok BUT just had the worst KBF service ever. The vibe was 'what do you want cause we wanna go home!'.. I'm off to Guzman Gomez 24/7 from now on..

Did the click-and-collect order, it was a bit of a delay but they cooked the food freshly when I got there. Great customer service, kind and friendly. 21 pieces of Chicken and 6 wicked wings were a little bit too oily and salty but I enjoyed the chips and original tenders crunchy bowl yum!

KFC has very passionate staffs at Bourke Street to assist their customers. That's plenty for a fast food Franchise

Hygiene. Would have scored zero . Sat upstairs . Pigeon walking around on the dirty tables . Had to clean our table b4 using. Stairs well needs to see a broom regularly. Looking over the balcony and downstairs by the window was no cleaner. Chicken was tough Hot crispy was not cooked well enough

Normally when I order 3 pieces, they will give me 3 different pieces such as thighs, wings and breast. but this time they gave 3 pieces of dry breast with lots of bones. not satisfied with the experience

Amazing service! A woman named Pia served me and was enthusiastic and well spoken. Food was quick and delicious. Great experience !

Visited 20-10-22 1:30-2pm and place was disgusting, no clean tables, bins overflowing upstairs and the local wildlife having a field day on the scraps inside. Order was wrong and than overcharged. Waited 15min for updated order to arrive and when I came back to counter it miraculously appeared. Got refund and walked away... probably dodged a bullet anyway given state of the place.

This was my worst experience eating kfc ever, got a zinger stacker box with popcorn chicken. Piece of chicken was unidentifiable and about 90% bone and gristle. Burger was sloppily assembled and cold. Chips were under cooked and over salted. Only redeeming thing was the crushed bread roll. Didn't finish my meal was very disappointed.

More like a take away place now. The dine-in section upstairs is always closed with a sign saying 'closed for deep Clean ' and it's been a month now. It's really annoying that you can't eat especially for working people who like to buy and go upstairs to eat

Worst customer service and very untidy upstairs area. I have pictures to show but can’t post them here. Surprise) bins were overflowing with rubbish and tables had food on them and were dirty. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I also wasn’t given napkins or a spoon.

Great service, great food (as usual) Shoutout to Willy D, big man Leroy and the rest of the team for creating the greatest zinger box I’ve ever laid my eyes on.

Terrible customer service in the kfc store in burke st, as well, lack of seating(you have to go upstairs - although this is closed, alot of the time). Also, why is it that counter staff in kfc think 1 satchel of cutlery is enough, considering how oily and greasy the chicken is already? I am always having to repeat myself for more cutlery from counter staff. No problem with already average food, but the customer service and atmosphere here needs some work.

Wasn't overall impressed. Place was dirty, un inviting and not very plesant. Upstairs dining was closed. They where quick with the meal but I wasn't impressed with that either.

The chicken tasted stale – it seems it was sitting around, or the oil is old. We asked for fresh popcorn chicken, but only half was fresh.

My poor burger appeared to have been drowned in an unappealing mixture of around 1 litre of Mayo and 1 litre of BBQ sauce. Truly a horrific dining experience, had to scrape waves of sauce off of a soggy piece of fried bat.

The close time was 3am, we were there at 11am, there were not room in down floor and the manager didn't allow us to go upstairs!!!!!! We have 5 of us and a little kid The weather was too cold and they didn't allow us to seat inside, we had to dine in the car Very disappointing!!!!

I had a terrible experience. There are three pigeons living in the upper seat. Are these the ones KFC raises? God, I felt like I was eating in nature. The sight of a pigeon swallowing the French fries I spilled in one bite was impressive.
