Perhaps the worst PappaRich I have visited. Extremely limited menu compared to other PappaRich locations, and many items on the menu were not even available! Was told by staff that fried chicken skins and congee are never available at this store, despite being on the menu and presented on the TV screens above the register. Shockingly, the server did not appear to understand "Kopi C" either. Save your money and your time.

Dont go here. Over priced. Cat fished cheap menu over charging. Check out my picture for roti special at $13.90

Ordered and paid for KL dry beef noodles and iced white coffee. Once seated however, I was informed that the noodles were not available and that I needed to order something else. I should have obtained a refund and left, but I decided to give it another go and topped up $1.60 in cash for crispy stir-fried noodles instead. When I asked for some cut chillies to accompany the bland noodles, I was told they do not have any and if I wanted any chilli sauce at all, I had to pay extra for them. 17.50 for a plate of mountain-high noodles in gloopy bland sauce and $3 (promotional price) for iced coffee that was served hot with pieces of ice floating in it. All in all, a very unpleasant lunch indeed. This was probably my first time ever having Malaysian food without any chilli. That’ll be my first and last visit.

Don't like the chicken skin as snacks, not crunchy and full of feathers

(Translated by Google) 6 star praise The service attitude is poor, the food will not come after ordering, and the food is unpalatable, especially the fried chicken skin, and the roti is as hard as a rock (Original) 6星好评 服务态度差,东西点了不会来,还有东西难吃,尤其是炸鸡皮,还有roti硬到很像石头

Limited menu at this express store, however it opens much earlier compared to the one at QV. Food is good too, but surprised that the drinks automatically comes in takeaway containers, which seems to be a smaller volume compared to glass mugs.

Been here more than 3 times and loved their nasi lemak. Portion is big and sambal was pretty good. The staffs were friendly but could’ve informed us that what we ordered comes with fried egg as we still added extra fried egg which is pricey for just an egg other than that the experience in general was ok, I’ve been to both little collins and southern cross branches and quality of service is consistent.

Decent food, service is ok. Sitting can be a little tricky depending on the time of the day but overall a good option

Went there for a quick lunch during office...Food was OK... Delivery was quick...Found it a bit pricey for the portion and taste...Not Value for Money but probably aligned to city prices...I missed the old small malay place on little Collins while visiting PappaRich...Might try a different dish next time.

One of the few halal restaurants in downtown Victoria. The cuisine is Malaysian - the Nasi Lemak is a delight. The atmosphere is nice and very quiet even during lunch - if you love yourself a quiet restaurant compared to all the other extremely busy restaurants. The staff are nice and friendly too.

Have no idea how this chain place is survived! Foods with all the ingredients seemed to prepared read, my laksa chicken is very strange and the sliced beef meat in beef Tan Hor tasted wired. I talked to the store front, they had quickly switched replaced it for something else.

We were happy to find this place right next store to our hotel, as the papparich back home has closed down for some time. We went there before 12pm so the restaurant was empty. Glad to see the menu variety is better than what we had in NZ too, especially the nasi lemak bungkus. We ordered wat dan hor and crispy noodle with gravy. Wat dan hor was yummy as usual, but the gravy for the crispy noodles was a bit gluggy so hubby couldn't finish the dish. The 'help yourself' water came with a layer of oil or grease on the top, not sure whether it's from the cups or from the water itself.

It’s weird that a restaurant don’t serve water. I asked for water but the staff said they only have bottled water which cost nearly 5 bucks.

The flavors are amazing. Spicy and yummy. Curries have a hint of sweetness that lingers in your mouth. Must visit at least once. Loved the chicken curry and beef rendang. Roti Canai is just perfect. 🤤😃

Avoid this one and go to the Pappa Rich in QV. My favourite part of laksa is the soft grilled eggplant, so it was an odd experience trying to chew through large chunks with leathery skin. The whole dish was a let down, which is a shame because I know the QV location has good food.

Ordered roti canai with beef rendang during lunch time because the curry chicken took longer than expected. They said. Spent $18.90 but taste so-so especially the beef rendang. The beef wasn’t tender. It’s edible, but I had hard time cutting it into smaller pieces. Didn’t finish the last piece. The roti was small, bit burnt, and tough. I had Papparich before in other place, it was good experience, always enjoyed it. But not this time in this branch. The waiting time was good for me, but not for my friends. They ordered nasi lemak, prolly took about 20-30mins to come out.
