We were searching for a motel from Sorento but they were all booked and so brought us here in Beaconsfield. We stayed at Beaconsfield Lodge Motel for a night service was great, he was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, Tea, Coffee all provided and to my surprised a 'Hair-dryer' haven't seen that for awhile in a Motel in this category. Great location close to shops and all different types of take away and restaurants. I definitely recommend to anyone 👌

I have never stayed in a place so disgustedly dirty. We arrived and the room which had only just been given a quick once over, leaving the the floors wet and water all over the floors. There was black hair over the bathroom floor and the sinks was filthy. There were spiders in the corners and it was really a dirty cheap place. I had to ask for something to dry the floors with. The soap from the previous traveller was left in the dish in the shower and had mold in it, thank goodness we brought a pair of thongs just in case, A kettle was provided which was black inside and a toaster, however if we had toast where would be put the toast… no plates. Never again. I felt dirty the entire time we were there. I do not recommend this place. If you like the dirty cheap motel room, then this is the place for you!!

Needed a place to stay when attending an event nearby. The room was comfortable, warm and perfectly placed to walk to a local Cafe for breakfast. Would recommend

Great stay and no issues. Knew somebody who had lived in one of the rooms and absolutely trashed it but the room had been fully renovated and brand new. Nice owners as well, made check in and check out really easy :)

Not very clean, beds were terrible pillows were flat, some windows didn't lock. Never going back there again, do not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband stayed here mould on the door frame. Aircon didnt work burns and cuts in the bedding and carpet. He woke up with beer bottles leaning on his windscreen and the beer tipped over his bonnet. Not at all impressed. Will never stay here again

Decent location, decent price, basic rooms. If you want a no frills and low-cost accommodation in Beaconsfield, you can't go wrong here. While some rooms are dated and amenities basic, the cost per night is relatively low compared with other options in the area. Centralised location next to shops and restaurants is a plus.

Very thin walls. Very basic accommodation. Clean, nothing broken, hot water and fridge work fine. Very much a bare essentials motel.

Cheap so you get what you pay for. Pretty good location, a very short drive off the freeway, easy to get to. Friendly enough service. We had a twin bed room and stayed for one night. It was quite roomy, but that's about it. Very dusty, blankets were stained, clean sheets at least. It has a whole kitchenette, however the cooktop is not in use and looks like it has not been in a very long time. In fact the whole kitchen looks like it has been converted from an old laundry. We stayed in winter and the heater hardly worked, keeping the room mildly warm at best. In all in all very cheap so you get what you pay for.

Stayed one night here and it was quite nice! Pretty much what you would expect for the price in terms of the room and amenities. Room was clean and so were the bedsheets and towels. Staff were extremely friendly, and it was very quiet at night. Recommend if you're just needing a place to stay for the night

For a one night stay it served the purpose that I needed. But it was not the cleanest of rooms with old soaps and pink soap scum left in the shower and hair throughout the bathroom/toilet area. The bed was comfortable and the service was polite.

For a no frills one night stay whilst travelling, this was a quiet, convenient, well priced Motel. Close to a small shopping area. Staff very obliging & friendly. Close enough to Dandenong Ranges to revisit & show family around away from hustle & bustle of the city.

Travelled from interstate and location served purpose. Communication was prompt and clear. Room was very clear and bed comfortable. Close to shops and great cafe.

Clean and good quality for the price point. Manager/owner was a pleasure to deal with from booking to our slightly late after hours check in. I accidentally left a high value item in the room and was very pleased that it was not only put aside for me but also posted back to me with minimal fuss.

Nice basic quiet place to stay..close to shops, buses and trains…just revisiting my old stomping ground while seeing family after moving interstate…so a bit of nostalgia here…a reasonable place to stay while passing through on your travels

Very dirty with mould in bathroom. No microwave, only one extra blanket ( 2 beds!). Very small little TV! Location was ok for visiting Puffing Billy the next day

A very basic place. Only three rooms were occupied at the time. Fairly low key. I thought tariffs did not reflect the room. Aircon worked well and basic washroom products provided. Organic cafe nearby.

The room needed a good clean. I wouldn't use the toaster. It looked very battered and dirty. The floors had not been cleaned around the doors. No glasses supplied and one cup and one mug only. Outside the potplant was full of dirty ashtrays and empty cans. But the shower was good and clean.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Paid extra for a spa room and the spa jets were full of mould and bacterial, also woke up one night with a cockroach crawling on me. Cobwebs and dirt all through the room when I first walked in. Will never stay here again, not only did the Motel manager try to argue giving me a part refund but he didn't even seem to take it seriously when I mentioned how much of a health and safety concern the room was

I had a room for one night. It was cheap, hence why l chose it. I guess you get what you pay for. Very outdated place. Good points, quiet, great shower, comfortable bed. Not so good, it felt dirty and cheap. They provided a toaster but no knife for spreading things on toast if you used the toaster. The bed cover was such an old thing l hated touching it. The sheets were clean as were the towels. Very basic, very outdated but in the perfect location for my needs.
