A hidden gem in London, SW6. Normally I go twice a week for their lovely fish and chips because these are simply irresistibly delicious. Today I went for a light lunch instead and the fish is as always so fresh and lovely. Best Fish and Chips anywhere and the simple proof is they are in same spot as far back as I can remember and I'm in my 50s so they've got to be doing something right all of that time.

Very tasty fish & chips! The fish is definitely of high quality as it tasted very fresh. We all have some location or a place where we love to go back-and back-and back again. This is the one where I love to go any time when I'm in or near Fulham. Fresh cod with chips, chunky and salt/vinegar on the top of them and also tartare sauce with it is a must... What I was most happy with was the welcoming customer service and especially the manager/owner who gave me an additional complimentary item for the order taking a bit longer than usual as they were packed. Best place for fish and chips in London 💐💐

Came in with groupon voucher the second time, last time we tried their steamed skate which tasted smooth as hell, we couldn't stop eating them! The sharing platter was very good as well, everything was up to high standard. Today we had the traditional one, it was the best fish and chips we've ever had, batter was light and chips were not soggy at all, they made their own tartar sauce which tasted fantastic! Customer service is always good!

Still the freshest and the best fish and chips anywhere in London. Because of Covid, it took over 2 1/2 years for me to revisit London. And the first restaurant I return to is Fishers. The management uses only the freshest ingredients and knows how to exquisitely coat and season everything it prepares. The cod prepared in the traditional fish and chips fashion has been my favorite. However, this visit I tried the fried cod with Cajun seasoning. And now I have a new favorite. The fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning provide a nice zing to my culinary enjoyment. I was able to sneak in a second visit this trip and sampled the fried calamari and the angus burger. As with every other dish in the restaurant, they were very well prepared and quite tasty. The 1/4 pound burger for 6 pounds is more than enough to satiate your appetite. But if you have a real big hunger, you can upsize to a 1/2 pound burger for only 1.5 pounds more.

We had dinner for take away tonight and it was one of the best fish and chips we ever had. The cod fish taste so good and it was a good quality too, tartare sauce was good and chips was yummy chunky but not oily. The portions are huge and very well priced,m and affordable. Customer service was excellent as well. The place itself was very clean which is a bonus.

Ah wow, what an amazing find! This has to be one of the best fish and chip shops in London, definitely the best fish and chip shops I've ever been to. The fish, the chips were literally perfect, the home made Tarte sauce and the excellent service was just an added bonus, we love it here! Very friendly place, can't recommend this place enough. Lovely interior and very clean.

An excellent little refined fish and chips restaurant in Fulham. The restaurant is quite quaint and the service is friendly. Food is great. Portions are huge!! Tip: Order the larger portion and share. I recommend the cod fish and the chips were amazing. Everything here seemed fresh. I highly recommend this place even if you’re coming from central London

Happy accident, as pub where we were first, didn't seem great for food. So decided to try here as was walking nearby .... Luck was Def. with us, as food was great, friendly service too! Nice to have such a great choice of fish, and a choice of grilled, steamed and battered.... My grilled Haddock was cooked to perfection and chips were gorgeous, with a lovely garnish of salad.!

Visited this cute little shop. The food is great. I ordered the plaice with sweet potato fries. Value for money compared to other fish and chips joints. Huge portions and my friend and I almost didn’t finish. She ordered the skate wing and was excellent also.

Cozy and family friendly environment. Tradicional fish n chips - very tasty, reasonably priced, and generously portioned. It’s the only one restaurante that I must visit every time I’m in London, and I always recommended it to everyone.

A wonderful restaurant with heart! From the moment you walk in, the friendly staff are ready to make you feel at home. Additionally, their swift attentiveness and charming personalities also translates over to the food, beautifully prepared and bursting with flavour. You can really taste the amount of care put into preparing these dishes, with each flavour complimenting the other almost perfectly. Overall, I'd probably say this was one of the best Fish and chips places I've ever been to, and one I'd highly recommend paying a visit to, should you be in the Fulham area! Also, be sure to make a booking in advance, because It gets very - very busy at peak times.

The best fish and chips in town. It was worth 40 minutes by cab from Oxford Street during rush our 🚕. The friendly staff greeted us when we entered the restaurant. The big portion of delicious food with affordable price. We were leaving the restaurant fully satisfied. We rang the bell as well to appreciate the service and the food. 🔔

We came back after 5 years from our first visit and food is still amazing if not ever more tasty than we remembered. The Classic cod with fries is 10/10 in every possible way - juicy fish with crispy breading. Fries just perfectly done. The place should get a Michelin award for fish and chips! We love it :-)

One of my favourite local place! I went there many times and the best fish and chips I had in London! I recommend reservation if you want to sit at the restaurant, otherwise perfect for take away or delivery. The service is really good! Staff very thoughtful and friendly! I once went on a date and the waiter was so caring, we felt like a very fancy restaurant! ❤️ And the food is always fresh! Fresh fish deep fried on the order! I would always recommend that place for fish and chips with my flatmates.

Nice little place to have a quick dinner and excellent fish and chips. Fish was very well cooked. Boyfriend does not like fish but there was a beef burger option. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. Some few mistakes with the order but all went well in the end. Staff were very nice although very busy. Will consider home delivery for next times.

I went today with my daughter in law. She ordered a fish finger sandwich with chips, and I ordered cod and chips. The fish was fried to perfection, the chips were thick chippy chips, beautifully fluffy from inside and crispy from outside. The tartare sauce was perfect accompliment.

Britain, London and of course… Fish & Chips The restaurant was chosen based on finding a ”better” and less greasy alternative for the classic usually newspaper wrapped delicacy. The place was full of locals and awaiting Fulham fans, so it seemed like a right choice. Service: Slow, indifferent and some of the staff seemed like they would rather be literally anywhere else. This was saved a little by the classic British politeness. Once everything was ordered the food did not take long and the drinks came out fast. All in all no real complaints, but the staff didn’t help the cause. Athmosphere/venue: The place is itself was lovely, nothing fancy, but just perfect to uplift the experience for what it was: trying to find great fish & chips. We were seated outside, but the buzz of the Fulham fans from inside could still felt. Love it! Food: Well, it’s fish & chips after all, so how much can you do? As stated earlier the goal was to get a ”less greasy” option. And well… Fishers delivered. It was just right. The fish was huge, succulent and the fried shell just crispy enough, the fries also nailed the softness/crispy ratio and the mushed peas had a great texture and really lifted the rest of the dish. Although, the tartar sauce left something to hope for, but wasn’t bad by any means. Overrall: Would recommend, especially for a meal with friends before a football game!

Superb fish & chips with generous portions! The fish was perfectly fried, super crispy on the outside with the fish flaky in the middle! All with a super thin layer of batter. Don’t even know how the chefs can do it this well. Super large portion of chips too! We tried our best to finish but to no avail. Highly recommended!

Veganuary is here!!! Gave this local chippie a try and omg we are hooked! Love the fish finger bap! That sauce! Amazing! Huge portion chips and nice n crispy and not dry. Also had the onion rings which are proper onions not the mushy stuff, garlic mushrooms a d drizzled their mango salsa and over it. The vegan bad boy burger was great too although really massive so order when you’re properly hungry! So happy to see this place near me catering for so many vegan options! I hear they will add more items in the future so good news for us vegans. Well done guys!

Fabulous welcome. shown to a suitable table, we prefer a quieter corner and the staff always note this and oblige. Great food, plenty to choose from, good variety of flavors. Good drinks menu and the train station is close by so a few beers go down well. Lively buzz about the place. Always look forward to a meal here...

Delicious fish and chips! Had takeaway though the restaurant is so cute would come back to eat in. Fish was delicious, great batter. Chips a tad soggy and the vinegar super weak couldn’t taste it at all. Only other downside was we were served in bags rather than boxes which made eating on the move a bit tricky! Would be 5* if they had a fish/chips/side combo meal (rather than everything separate) and more punchy vinegar/sachets to give away! Sides were also £2.50 which seems quite steep for some peas. Curry sauce okay but a bit thick (though maybe just comparing to the great curry sauce of the north!). Staff weren’t the most friendly though it was the end of a very hot day so let them off! Having said that, would come back again when needing an Al fresco dinner by the river. 3x cod, 3x chips, 3x mushy peas, 2x tartare sauces and 2x soft drinks came to £50

We have been there three times and the experience in this traditional and cozy place is 100% worth the visit. Food is delicious and fresh but the absolute star is the treatment you receive from the staff working there. Special mention to Gill, you are a superstar. There are not words to express our gratitude, thanks for everything. You already were one of our London highlights but you have become an essential place. Thank you and see you soon! Marta & Toni

My meal of fish, chips and onion rings was delivered a little late, which is not a problem if I am getting a great meal, but the fish and onion rings were overcooked. I did eat most of the fish, but I could not eat the onions. I was really disappointed as I'd been looking forward to it. Generous portions though.

Very good quality and very good value plus very satisfied service. Great measures in place during the pandemic. Their delivery service was very busy so we went for a takeaway instead, they had a queue for takeaway but it was worth the wait. Genuine hardworking team, superb fish and chips 👍👍👍

We had a great delivery tonight. Although we placed our order quite late the guys were very accommodating and the fish and chips were the best we have ever had in London. My partner and I have been to a lot of chip shops around town but the quality of food at Fishers is top. The batter was crisp and the fish was fresh. Thanks guys we will be your new regulars.

I love the fish here, especially the haddock. There’s nothing like grabbing some fish and chips from here and having a picnic in Bishops Park. I like my chips a bit crispier than they usually make them, so my hot tip is to put them in the oven for a bit when you get the chips home.

Our second time getting take out at fishers and just like the last time, it didn’t disappoint. The food tastes fresh and delicious, and we received incredible warm service from Alan. Their gravy is the best I’ve had in London - very similar to the gravy at fish and chip shops back home in Australia. Will definitely come back again.
