I
joined
Fitness
First
Melbourne
Central
a
couple
of
months
ago.
I
requested
a
personal
trainer
to
familiarize
myself
with
the
equipment
and
personally
asked
for
a
female
trainer.
The
personal
trainer
was
all
right,
and
I
was
impressed
with
the
``professionalism''
and
customized
sessions.
So
I
decided
to
take
extra
training
sessions.
I
paid
her
the
money,
thinking
she
was
employed
by
Fitness
first
for
two
reasons.
First,
they
assigned
her
to
the
startup
training,
and
she
was
wearing
a
Fitness
First
t-shirt,
just
like
other
trainers.
(She
even
came
with
this
buzzer
which
I
thought
was
part
of
the
Fitness
First
payment
system).
Unfortunately,
according
to
her,
she
had
to
leave
the
organization.
Before
leaving,
she
tried
her
best
to
convince
me
to
get
the
remaining
training
sessions
from
her
guy
friend,
which
I
politely
refused.
That
was
when
I
saw
her
true
colors
when
she
rambled
on
about
how
I
never
told
her
that
I
wanted
a
female
trainer
and
how
her
friend,
a
guy,
is
very
professional.
(Her
lies
started
where
she
claimed
that
she
had
informed
me
she
was
never
employed
by
Fitness
First,
which
shocked
me.
I
guess
it
was
difficult
for
her
to
catch
up
with
her
own
lies
..)
I
still
have
the
email
of
the
admin
from
Fitness
First,
who
contacted
me
via
email
requesting
me
to
write
a
review
on
this
trainer
for
promotional
purposes,
and
I
had
informed
the
admin
that
I
would
do
so
once
I
finish
my
training
as
I
had
taken
additional
classes.
So,
this
doesn't
make
sense,
Fitness
First
assigned
her,
the
Fitness
admin
is
aware
that
I
have
taken
extra
training
classes
from
her
(and
that
too
via
email),
and
now,
the
trainer
was
never
employed
by
Fitness
First.
Something
fishy
is
definitely
going
on
somewhere.
(I
still
remember
when
I
told
the
trainer
that
I
would
collect
the
receipt
from
the
management
as
I
didn't
receive
it
in
my
email,
and
she
immediately
issued
it
to
my
email.)
Anyway,
according
to
her
and
her
"good
guy
friend
trainer
friend",
I
would
need
to
do
my
remaining
training
sessions
at
the
Flinders
Street
Fitness
First
as
their
friend,
who
is
a
female
trainer,
is
there.
I
refused
and
requested
the
remaining
session
money
to
be
paid
to
my
account
after
she
deducted
a
session's
late
cancellation
when
it
was
never
a
late
cancellation.
Honestly,
I
didn't
want
to
stoop
to
her
level
by
arguing
with
her
about
the
late
cancellation
when
I
realized
how
unprofessional
she
really
was
and
a
LIAR
:)
Also,
I
did
not
request
a
refund
for
any
previous
training
sessions
with
her
as
it
was
for
the
training
she
did
with
me.
Btw,
she
had
introduced
me
to
a
fitness
app
which
shows
the
exercises
for
the
sessions
so
that
it
would
be
easy
to
follow
when
she
was
not
around
(She
did
the
exercises
in
the
Fitness
First
gym
and
records
herself.
It
is
more
like
a
youtube
video
so
that
you
didn't
need
to
search
the
name
of
the
exercise,
etc.
)
My
access
to
the
app
was
also
cancelled
:)
I
am
not
going
to
pull
my
hair
because
of
the
above
issue
as
I
do
know
that
you
reap
what
you
sow
and
what
you
do
to
others
will
definitely
come
back
to
you,
and
it
is
only
a
matter
of
time.
However,
this
was
the
worst
unprofessionalism
experience
I
have
ever
experienced
in
a
gym.
Glad
that
I
stood
for
my
rights
and
refused
any
remaining
training
when
I
found
out
the
truth.
Anyway,
the
gym
is
good;
just
ensure
you
have
a
professional
and
honest
personal
trainer.
