    I have been to many gyms around the world, but Orangetheory in the Melbourne CBD has been my absolutely favorite gym experience I've ever had. I truly believe in the Orange Theory because I've personally seen my body transform. More than that, the trainers and the staff at this location are the absolute BEST. Hannah is such a great Head Coach and leads such a wonderful team. Anybody who hasn't tried this gym is missing out on one of the best, most challenging and fun workout experience that you can find at such an incredibly low rate.

    I LOVE MY OTF! Trainers are genuine human beings, who've got the perfect balance of pushing you, yet supporting your needs. They (and the adorably lovely reception team) truly care about members because they want to, not because they're told to. I never leave without sweet dripping, even when I think 'I'll just take it easy today'. Literally every single class is different, and it's about quality rather than smashing yourself for the sake of it. I love seeing members from ALL walks of life giving it their (own) all. You've got me addicted to the sweat!! ♥

    Basically a money grabbing franchise where you’re important provided they can extract money from you. I purchased a 10 pack which was meant to last a year. Got injured in one of their classes and couldn’t return for many months. And when I did I was informed my pack had expired (was never notified about potential expiry) but I was welcome to purchase more! Would never deal with this franchise again.

    OTF Melbourne is fantastic! I can’t recommend the quality of the coaches and the structure of the classes more highly. I’ve dipped in and dipped out of regular exercise over the past ten years or so as I get a bit bored of the same old thing at tradition gyms, but since discovering OTF I’ve not missed a session and look forward to every class. Hannah, Melissa and Sarah are top echelon coaches, they know their stuff and truly inspire me to push a little harder, lift a little heavier, row with more power/best technique. My body is strong, fitness is unbelievable and none of it has been a slog! 10/10. Get yourselves there, you’ll not regret a minute.

    Going to be quite honest, when I first tried the trial session I wasn't all enthusiastic about it AND I'm still not all that enthusiastic about it now. However, knowing that I have a friend i regularly go with and being pushed by awesome coaches gives me the drive to improve myself even if it's by only 1%-5% at a time. Since the time I've started to now, I'm happy to save my overall fitness has improved by about 30%-40% after only about 8 sessions. I think that's a huge improvement but it only comes because I wanted to see it and I was honest enough with myself to really push and meet the objectives of the program. It's all about pushing yourself and not being complacent to just float above the water. Also cool to get the reports after every class.

    Orange Theory is a must - I am not a fan of exercise but these classes are amazing and fun and I totally enjoy going. Love that we do not do the same thing twice. The instructors are super great and always motivating. If you are new to gym life then this is the gym you want to join. I have lost 9kgs so far and feeling so much better for it. Never thought I would be a gym bunny - but here I am and loving every minute of it. Thanks team you guys are awesome.

    Absolutely LOVE Orange Theory! I had many friends in the US rave about it so I jump at the chance to sign up when their city branch opened. My expectations have been exceeded many times over! All of the employees are welcoming and truly care about your experience. The trainer's are motivating, fun, supportive and always make sure my form is on point (Mel, Hannah, Levi, Sara & Othman- you are all amazing!) While its a group workout, my focus is always on me and what I can achieve and how I can push myself to be better. Having the scientific backing to my workout is a great bonus too! I am so much fitter, stronger, healthier and happier thanks to OTF.

    Getting back into training after a long break from exercise and I am so glad I found Orangetheory. The coaches are amazing, super supportive and treat everyone like they are part of the family. The work outs are so varied and no matter your fitness level you are challenged. I get my butt kicked daily but just keep coming back for more. If you are looking for a different gym format but want coaches that push your to achieve and celebrate with you when you achieve a Personal Best. Then check out Orange.

    I love Orangetheory wherever it is, but this location is especially great. I’m only visiting Melbourne, but from what I can see all the trainers here are awesome! Emma in particular has been so helpful. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful too!

    Poor communication. Hardly find management, and I have send email to them recently, no reply at all. They even reply during lockdown. I will never recommend it to any of my friends.

    Only a new member to OT but so far love it. Great staff that motivate you, great workouts and great theory behind the heart rate and stats tracking to keep you focused on improving

    Orange Theory is hands down one of the toughest and most rewarding workouts I’ve come across. Every single workout leaves you feeling fitter, stronger and incredibly inspired. It’s the sort of work out you wake up and genuinely look forward to every single day. I’m totally obsessed and as a self confessed exercise addict and personal trainer/fitness instructor - I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone wanting to push their fitness and health to the next level. Also, Hannah is an absolute legend so if you can get to one of her classes - definitely do so!

    I had my very first class today and it was a blast!!! Hannah was the instructor and she has such a great energy throughout the class. She came to me a few times and check on me and challenged me on the treadmill when I thought I could just stay back and chill out a bit. ( lol, In a good way though!!) I loved the work out and the team was really friendly and helpful!! Really considering to join the transformation challenge!!! Looking forward to come back and do more classes this weekend!!

    I hate gyms but this one is different. Coaches are great and helpful. Every class is different and you get a balanced workout. You can track your progress and they always have fun activities and competitions to motivate you! Happy to refer anyone to this gym!

    I train at Orangetheory because it gives me a guaranteed solid workout. The cardio component is intense and focused entirely on heart rate zones with an app to track every workout, I’ve never left a session not dripping in sweat and burning around 900 calories. Each class also has a weights component which is structured much better than most group fitness classes- each member gets their own weight rack and TRX, and the weights component isn’t timed so we can focus on lifting heavy with good form. I’ve found the coaches fantastic, using microphones so they can give us instructions in a calm and encouraging way without needing to shout. I’ve also found the customer service to be so much better than other gyms- it’s so refreshing to have a customer service team great every member by name on the way in. The facilities are brand new with plenty of space, super clean bathrooms and showers and the equipment is high end. It’s also cheaper than other group fitness classes around Melbourne. Keep up the great work team! Love it! 🍊🍊

    Orange Theory CBD was my first experience ever with OT. I have always been focused on lifting and not so much on cardio. OT changed my outlook on fitness entirely. They offer plans and workouts for everyone, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the coaches are amazing as well! Most of my classes were with coach Hannah, she's quality! Going to OT doesn't feel like you're going through a gruelling, intense workout. It feels like family, and I recommend it to anyone interested in changing things up and improving fitness levels!

    Absolutely love the experience. Been going just over a month. Has improved my running my cardiovascular and overall fitness. The one hour classes are extremely well structured for everyone of all fitness levels. I'm 49 and never felt stronger. The support from the front desk to the coaches to everyone in the class is fantastic. Great sense of community. Come on and give it a go.
