My
rating
is
for
poor
service,
extremely
disappointed
with
this
gym.
Covid
restrictions
were
recently
eased
in
Melbourne
with
capacity
limits
indoors.
You'd
think
that
this
gym
would
activate
a
booking
system
that
will
allow
them
monitor
who
works
out
where
and
how
long
people
spend
in
the
gym
so
as
to
accommodate
everyone.
They
did
no
such
thing,
the
result
of
this
is
long
queues
outside
the
gym,
it
makes
no
sense.
It
shows
a
total
lack
of
respect
for
customers
time,
if
we
have
to
stand
in
the
cold
for
20-30
minutes
to
get
into
the
gym,
the
motivation
to
workout
is
gone.
I
switched
to
this
gym
from
GoodLife
cos
this
is
closer
to
work
and
home
despite
costing
more,
GoodLife
has
a
booking
system
that
comes
on
immediately
restrictions
get
eased
(this
has
been
the
case
throughout
Vic
lockdowns)
and
allows
you
to
book
an
area
of
the
gym
for
about
an
hour.
If
this
gym
implemented
this,
it
would
be
easy
for
customers
to
only
attend
within
their
booking
time
and
easier
for
the
gym
to
manage,
customers
will
also
not
have
to
queue
for
a
long
time
as
they
know
when
their
booking
starts.
What
is
worst
is
that
there
was
absolutely
no
communication
from
the
gym
that
customers
should
expect
to
queue
outside
once
capacity
limits
are
reached
and
will
only
be
allowed
in
once
the
members
inside
have
had
the
satisfaction
of
enjoying
their
workout
no
matter
how
long
it
takes
(as
there
are
no
time
limits).
My
time
is
precious
to
me
as
I'm
sure
it
is
for
other
customers,
I
have
no
issues
with
the
density
caps
as
there's
nothing
you
can
do
about
it,
but
you're
not
managing
that
process
well
if
you
have
to
keep
customers
waiting
outside
for
a
long
time.
I'll
come
back
to
adjust
my
rating
if
this
gets
fixed
within
this
period
of
density
limits
Response
to
Owner's
comments:
the
specifics
you
seek
are
in
my
comment
above,
you
need
a
booking
system.
