Signed up for a year, cancelled my membership around 10 months in so I had to wait until the first 12 months was finished so the auto-debit would stop, 3 weeks later money still came out of my account. Fiona, the manager/owner lied to me and said that my 12 months finished on a different date and didn't return my 3 weeks worth of money. Why go to a gym if they are going to steal your money and lie to you about it? The other reviews are obviously fake, because there is no floor room and it IS crowded. The comments are obviously from those who work there or own a part of the gym.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my membership 6 months ago and when I tried to get a refund for the 6 months they said they lost my cancellation form and refused a refund. Money hungry and not empathetic.

Totally awesome gym. Great, new equipment, plenty of nice heavy weights and never overly crowded, even after work. Love the convenience of the 24/7 access. Great staff - there is you need them but otherwise leave you to do your own thing - feels like my own personal gym!

Awesome gym. Super friendly staff and more than reasonable prices

This is a great gym but be prepared for the unbearable excessive music being played on the weekends. It’s uncomfortable 😳 and probably a turn off for most . Workout on weekdays if possible.

Definitely the best gym membership I've ever had. There's lots of equipment and I never have to wait, the staff are super nice and generally great vibes.

Honestly an amazing gym. Huge space with wide range of weights and machines. I have never had to queue to use something like I do in CBD gyms that charge multiple times more money. Everything you would need from lifting hundreds of kilos to half an hour on the exercise bike to build up your fitness from scratch. Easy access during non-staffed hours. Staff have always been really friendly. Hygienic with lots of space.

Fairly outdated equipment some is at least 8-10yrs old, and is not maintained very well (screws and cables are loose) stuff is flapping around everywhere. Equipment when broken stays broken for weeks if not months.

Would recommend :) Fiona at reception always makes me feel welcome and remembers everyone's names. Adrian the head PT took the time to show me some new exercises and put together a personalized program. I've been a member for a year and would highly recommend! Also, they even have hairties and deodaramt for the ladies in case you forgot yours :)

It’s been a member for years and sadly the condition of the place has gone downhill. Things are constantly broken and there is no rush to fix or replace. Things are out of order for months on end. It’s FILTHY and very dusty that lately it’s been playing up my hay fever. There’s no culture or comradery. Only 2 classes on deleted mornings, doesn’t account for people who can’t make that. The bathroom is also looking poor with the paint all peeling off the floor tiles. Sad.

Great 24 x 7 gym if you’re self sufficient

Great gym with great people. I was a little hesitant in joining as it is in an industrial area in a large warehouse. So glad I did. There is a range of people who are friendly and welcoming. 24 hours access is amazing and there is plenty of equipment so you are never waiting to use something. The classes start early and are small group fitness sessions of about 8. Highly recommend this gem!!

Too notch gym,.Fairley prices.for the decent gear and weights there, only thing I think they could improve in need of some more Olympic weights,
