I used to not like Gyms because they are just typical but man F45 is so different. Trainers are really friendly, helpful, fun and know what they are doing (and talking about too) place is clean, abundance of equipment for everyone. Not everyday is alike so its way more fun than your gym. ;)

The best F45 gym I've been to! I've trialled about five other locations and none can compare to the warm, welcoming and community-centred environment you get at F45 Exhibition. I really enjoy training here. I'm pretty easily intimidated by gyms but the staff here are so friendly, helpful and encouraging. The workouts are always different, there's lots of options if things are a bit too difficult at first. I hadn't done a push up in a looooong time and now I can. F45 is awesome and the exhibition team are fab

Love the trainers and the workout! F45 gets results and the trainers push you to get the best outcome. Ben, Trent, Jackie and Harry are great and really keep you focused on achieving your goals. They also ensure your form is on point to minimise injury... couldn’t ask for a better team!

This studio is my favorite so far! The trainers are great and the small initiate size of the studio means that the sessions always feel like a one on one with trainers always able to give you special feedback and pointers to really get the most out of the workout!

Went to the 6am class most weekdays while visiting Melbourne for work. Harry and the other trainers were great - friendly and encouraging while also pushing you if you want to train hard. If you're thinking of joining F45 this would be a good studio to choose.

Signed up to the trial to try something new this year. I’m two visits in and whilst it can be a little intimidating with all the new exercises and speed across the stations, the trainers are lovely, extremely helpful and motivating. This location is very popular and classes are quite full which in some ways is a good thing as there’s always another participant you can follow when you are still learning.

I love the fast pace, workouts are challenging and satisfying, trainers are motivating and helpful. Structure of workouts is varied which keep it interesting and display screens make them easy enough to follow once you’re used to how it all works. Music is pretty standard “workout mix” and are ok. Most important thing is I’m actually seeing results! 💪🏽

The crew at F45 Exhibition are top notch. They make everyone feel welcomed and provide great support to all members. You will see the same trainers consistently, they take the time to learn your name and your goals and they support you in every way they can - then it’s over to you to put in the work!
