I
used
this
gym
for
one
year
and
it
was
ok
then
I
moved
homes
so
tried
to
cancel
my
membership
and
they
cancelled
it
for
3
months
then
without
me
noticing
it
they
restarted
charging
me
again
weekly!!!
I
had
to
come
for
the
second
time
and
cancel
my
membership
in
person
because
they
couldn't
do
it
over
the
phone.
Its
extremely
annoying
for
someone
to
drive
for
one
hour
just
to
cancel
a
membership
that
shouldve
been
cancelled
over
1
year
ago
for
the
second
time!!!
The
counter
was
unattended
so
I
had
to
wait
20min
in
order
for
someone
to
come
and
help
me.
Its
just
not
acceptable.
I
was
charged
all
these
months
for
something
I
didnt
even
use...
and
you
guys
make
it
so
hard
for
people
to
cancel
their
membership.
Please
cancel
my
membership
if
its
not
cancelled!!!
And
just
to
add
on
-
If
you
are
trying
to
cancel
please
do
not
take
any
staff
members
words
for
it
(
the
mistake
I
made)
please
make
sure
you
keep
a
copy
of
your
cancellation
form
and
check
your
account
regularly
for
atleast
a
few
months
incase
the
membership
is
not
cancelled.
Even
if
they
confirm
that
the
account
has
been
"frozen"
or
"cancelled"
still
check
because
let
me
tell
you;
you
will
not
get
that
money
back
even
if
its
their
fault.
🤷♀️
I
am
leaving
this
feedback
because
I
dont
want
this
to
happen
to
anyone
else.
In
response
to
your
reply:
"You
are
either
trying
to
hold
us
to
ransom
or
you
just
want
to
watch
the
world
burn".
I
have
always
supported
small
businesses
and
that
is
evident
of
me
choosing
mind
and
body
gym
instead
of
10
other
gyms
in
the
same
area
with
cheaper
membership
and
greater
facilities.
All
my
Google
reviews
has
been
nothing
positive
feedback.
I
am
posting
this
feedback
clearly
because
of
my
experience.
When
I
called
to
cancel
my
membership
over
a
year
ago
I
assumed
it
was
cancelled.
When
I
called
the
second
time
to
cancel
a
year
later
(last
week)
was
told
by
yourself
that
you
are
working
from
home
and
someone
will
call
me
back
which
never
happened
that
is
why
I
had
no
choice
but
to
physically
go
in
person.
I
was
not
aware
of
your
booking
policy
to
hand
in
a
form,
just
like
your
cancellation
policy.
All
I
ever
wanted
for
was
for
my
membership
to
be
cancelled
as
I
have
been
charged
for
something
I
have
not
used
for
over
1
year.
How
much
effort
and
calls
can
one
make
just
to
simply
cancel
a
membership?
I
have
nothing
against
the
gym
and
I
have
clearly
stated
that
at
the
start
of
my
feedback.
This
is
simply
a
feedback
of
my
long/costly/
painful
experience
of
canceling
a
gym
membership
as
I
dont
want
anyone
else
to
go
through
the
same
bad
experience.
Thank
you
for
your
time
in
replying
:-)
