Kaya did not notify me when my pregnancy freeze period ended. They charged me hundreds of dollars while I was recovering from birth, without setting foot in the gym or hearing from them. When I raised this with them, the owner flatly refused any refund because of some detail in the terms and conditions. Instead they only offered a discounted membership, which I was not in a position to use. Not notifying members when a freeze period is up is definitely not a common practice across the industry. And is particularly disappointing from a company that claims to care about women’s well-being.

Their membership is a trap! Getting there costs you a lot of money! I provided my physiotherapists certificate for my back injuries to cancel my membership but they said “it’s not a permanent issue and you can freeze your membership and still pay $10 weekly but your membership will extend at the end! I’ve been paying for not using the gym for a long time! I will never go back!

Breaks my heart to leave a review for the first time, especially a bad one. I'm frustrated with the lack of empathy that this business has had during COVID. I hate to bring COVID in but myself and my partner had to flee our lives in Melbourne, pack everything up within days when the borders closed to jump on a repatriation flight back home due to my grandparents health. My partner was given sympathy by whomever was handling his situation as he joined months after me as we are still in lockdown over a year later with all retail closed and unemployed. However, I have been harassed every month as this business has showed, they make rules up along the way and are not transparent within their higher management and frankly for whatever reputation Kaya has left I will keep my suspicions as to why they have decided to terminate my partners contract and yet continued to harass me since we were and still presently are in the exact same situation. I understand the difficulties that everyone has had including the gyms and employees with lockdown but we have been locked down nearly three times the amount Melbourne has had in addition to not even being present on that side of the globe anymore. I have been nothing but polite and patient but come on! why are people getting preferential treatment to others.

At first Kaya appeared to be an inviting gym. However over time I realised this gym is not accomodating to people who may not be a size 6 and have difficulty with some of the Pilates moves. I walked out of a few classes as I was not supported with alternatives despite it being obvious I was struggling.. I provided feedback to Kaya about my concerns and nothing changed. - I was also treated poorly by a staff member who blamed me for being incompetent with managing the booking system, rather that considering that it might be a bit confusing and a mistake was made.. Kaya are not flexible if life happens and you need to cancel a class last minute and being charged $35 is outrageous. - For a gym that promotes wellness - it did the opposite. Do better.

Kaya is fine when you're joining or an active member, they roll out the red carpet and make you feel welcomed and known. But I had a genuinely terrible time simply trying to downgrade my membership. Being given incorrect information and faced repeated and unessasssry delays both resulted in time being wasted for not just me, but my partner. Kaya seems to deploy moronic tactics to delay or prevent members downgrading or cancelling their membership; and similar google reviews reflect others have had a similar experience as me.

Don’t join if you think your circumstances may change. I was a loyal customer who returned immediately after being on maternity leave - I was so excited to get some ‘me time’ back into my routine! Life as a new mum and working full time didn’t go as planned which was really tough. Despite being a loyal customer they refused to acknowledge my prior tenure and the fact I came back straight after my mat leave. I was of the impression I was restarting my old membership hence my total shock when they said I needed to pay out my membership. Kaya went ahead and charged me a significant cancellation fee. This fee was $700 which reduced to $295 - thank you and they did offer me to freeze the membership in case I could find someone else which if I wasn’t dealing with my own personal challenges I’d have the head space to do. You have to become permanently incapacitated to cancel your membership, which is totally contradictory to the owners claim: “Every decision that’s made, we do with our members’ best interests in mind.” The decision made was not with my best interests in mind, it was made with Kaya’s best interests in mind. I entirely appreciate contracts are in place to protect gym’s from time wasters but accomodation must be made for ‘life’ which may also happen to loyal members. Overall, really disappointing and sad to know that you need to have something absolutely horrific to happen to you to be able to cancel your membership

TURN THE AIR CONDITIONING ON. AND LEAVE IT ON! Such a frequent and annoyingly poor standard on basic assumptions for a gym

Dishonest, shady and money gouging, disguised behind the idea of “well-being”. After my year with KAYA had ended, I did not renew my membership. However, I kept getting money debited from my account, despite not having used the services for months. In an effort to stop these direct debits without my consent, I rang my bank and asked to block KAYA. In response, KAYA sent this to a debt collector who has been hassling me. This is after having hundreds of dollars already taken from my account, without me having used the service whatsoever. Now they want more $$$. If you’re looking for an affordable gym that puts its members well-being before financial gain, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The privacy of the gym is good and the classes are great, but the whole set up is designed to drain your finances every stop of the way (cancellation fees etc etc) Looking through other reviews, it seems I am not alone. Women returning from maternity leave, people struggling through COVID, others losing their job. Doesn’t seem like any of these things take importance over the corporate dollar. Pretty lame from a place that preaches wellness

I got a membership here at the start of 2021 after moving to the area. Obviously I wasn’t able to use the membership long because of the ongoing lockdowns. Towards to end of the year when I needed to break my lease and move out of prahran due to some tragic circumstances with our housemate, I tried to cancel the membership after Almost a year of signing up which was the membership agreement term. They have rejected my application to cancel “too soon” in their words and are charging me $350 but more ridiculous then that they expect me to find someone else to take over my membership instead of letting me cancel. You would think after a year of being in a pandemic these people would consider their clients more then themselves. But it’s all about money they don’t care. If you look at other reviewer’s there is a theme of them trying to keep your money. My surname is sahin when you claim I’m “not in the system” I found the classes to be easy and basic as the teachers are more focused on getting you to do different positions on the reformer machine then actually work your muscles. I have been doing Pilates a long time and the classes are the worst I have been to. I also did the other classes like boxing and that too was always a disappointment compared to other classes I have done. They are just lazy teachers with no real training involved. You punch a bag for 45 mins straight nothing else. I can’t afford the money to cancel my membership so I’m forced to pay them even tho I don’t enjoy the classes I find them too easy and boring. I have moved out of the way too so I barely go anymore. The fact that I’m in this position is a reflection of Kaya only caring about their profits and not giving a damn about anything else, even down to the quality of the classes they provide. Pathetic.

The classes booked out very quickly and the reformers were very crowded next to each other and to the walls. The reformer classes also had no difficulty rating, so it was hard to know whether the class would be easy or challenging. Shower and locker facilities are great!

The best value gym! So rare to be able to find a space that’s inviting, has great facilities and such a great range of classes at good times for such an affordable price! Especially reformer! So sad I have to leave because I’m leaving the area - open more gyms please! In Hawthorn 🤪

My partner and I were amongst the 40+ people (including the instructors themselves!) that were severely compromised this morning by the person responsible for opening the gym not showing up! Arriving for a 5:15am class, by 5:45am they were still not there so we had to pull the pin. Crossing town to wait on the street at this time of the morning for half an hour only to leave was very disappointing. The experience at Kaya other than this has been fantastic, but mishaps like this demonstrate the need for a contingency plan that is obviously not in place. Would also hope the late arrival responsible for inconveniencing their fellow staff and numerous members of Kaya has a reasonable explanation ready for when they eventually do show-up!

This gym is over priced. The weekly charge was $34. You have to pay $100 to join + $130 to transfer to someone else (and of course find that person yourself- not easy!) There is about 4 or 5 types of classes available and no high-end facilities such as sauna/spa etc which you'd expect for those high-end prices. I've offered 2 stars because the gym equipment is new and clean and the fitness circuit class was good. Overall really expensive for what it is

What sets Kaya apart from other gyms is its wide variety of classes and programs. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training to yoga and spinning, there is a class for every interest and fitness level. The instructors are enthusiastic, energetic, and create an engaging and dynamic atmosphere that pushes you to give your best. The classes are well-structured and offer a perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment, making each session a rewarding experience.

I love the Prahran Kaya club! The membership fee is incredible for number of classes available per day. I joined the club to improve my fitness and was a first timer for Pilates. All the staff were very welcoming and encouraging. The teachers all have their own styles but after every class you feel incredible. Everyone who attends the club in my experience is very friendly and happy to help you. The club also has a massive gym and lots of other classes available which makes for a great weekly workout schedule. The cancellation fee for the classes pushes me to go to Kaya in the early mornings, which is a great motivation. Overall, I am loving Kaya and would recommend it to anyone looking to build a regular fitness routine.

I want to start by sincerely thanking Kaya Health Club and expressing my gratitude for it. It is without a doubt among the best health clubs I have ever visited. The front desk and admin staff were outstanding and supportive at all occasions. Additionally, I think I've attended hundreds of pilates classes at Kaya Health Club without ever having a bad experience. The pilates instructors were unquestionably legends, particularly Michelle, Claudia, Bri, and Matt. Overall, this gym is absolutely amazing and will recommend to anyone who lives close by!

Unfortunately this covid situation has left me feeling disappointed and really unhappy with my decision about joining Kaya. I joined Kaya on a 12 month contract in 2019 and Kaya have only just let me out of it this week, i know a couple people who were in the same situation. Im also a member at Goodlife so Im able to compare the two and i have to say Good Life offered to cancel my account with out hesitation no cancelation fees they also showed a lot more sympathy. Also i fell like there reply's to people don't seem fair, and are a reflection on how they treated people.

Just wanting to show a further appreciation to Kaya and thank you too Koula. I had booked at the wrong centre, forgotten a towel and earlier in the year lost my card due to stolen keys along with having such a stressful week. None of which Koula was aware of, but accommodated me to the fullest and I was able to attend a class. Super thankful for all the help and kindness on a day I really needed it. All staff members have been super friendly along my Kaya journey, classes and facilities are amazing. If you are thinking of joining highly recommend 💛 🥰

Enquired about the reformer course a month ago. Called back to find out more information was thrown back and forth to 4 staff members. Finally got onto someone called Claudia. Who left a message weeks before hand and told me she would end an email. - no email given . Now was told that the fundamentals need to be completed which website states is anatomy being a Physiotherapist with a 4 year degree it seems far fetched to me. No proper explainaton given before Claudia hung up on me. Great customer service right there . You lost 4 paying customers for your course .

I've been a member for over a year. Unfortunately in that time I've discovered that Pilates and yoga just isn't my thing - the fitness classes are much more limited in their frequency throughout the week so I just don't feel I'm getting my value for money, which is totally on me and not the gym. However - cancelling is proving to be a hassle. I went in over a week ago to cancel, and was told someone will call me back. 2 days later, I received a voicemail saying to call them back. Work has been crazy so I haven't had time, and instead just went in to the gym again to figure out what was going on. I was told, once again, that I was required to speak to this specific staff member in order to cancel. It's infuriating because now I'm just wasting my money on a service I'm not utilising. When I explained phone contact is not ideal for me during day time hours, I was told I'd receive an email. So far, nothing. Cancelling should not be this difficult!

This studio is a gem in the heart of Chapel Street. I’ve been doing réformer classes here since 2018. The decor is classy and always clean. The classes are progressive with a déverse array of teachers and repertoire. Perfect for all levels. Yoga and Barre classes also great.

I’ve been a member at Kaya on two separate occasions. During both periods I enjoyed Pilates, spin, cross functional circuits and yoga. Whilst some times lots for spin and yoga didn’t always fit my schedule I was able to make it work. Most recently I experienced a problem with cancelling my membership and because of this issue, fees continued to be debited from my account for several months after. Although, initially it seemed difficult to resolve, working through the problem with management who were keen to listen and responded well, we got there. Thanks Koula for being a woman of your word and for refunding the extra fees. I would recommend this gym if you’re looking for a unique and personal experience.

Incredible facilities, amazing staff, devastated to be cancelling :( I was a member at Kaya for 4 years! That's longer than most relationships! I joined Kaya when I first moved to Melbourne primarily using the Prahran gym and honestly couldn't believe how nice and how great it was especially for what I was paying. The classes are frequent, well planned and thought out and accommodating for all levels. The most amazing thing in my opinion is the tranquil yoga space built into the gym, it feels nothing like a gym room at all, more like a day spa! The staff have been so on top of comms especially during COVID and are truly member first. I am devastated to be leaving after such a long time and hope to return as soon as I can! You won't regret joining this gym and being a part of the lovely Kaya fam.

I’ve been with Kaya for a long time and absolutely love all the staffs here. They’ve always been professional and friendly very happy to help you once you approach to them. Yesterday I encountered an incident in my class which is absolutely unacceptable. I was in Michelle’s class the other day. I’ve always had a bit of issue with my back that I couldn’t bent over too much. I’d always inform the staffs and most of them are being so helpful. Except for this time… I was struggling with putting the foot bar to the other side since I can’t really reach it. She appears to be annoyed because I was slower than the rest of the class and it was loud. She did not offer to help me with the adjustment and accused me of being slow and loud. And she did not offer help the entire session. I raised my hand asking for assistance and she’d ignore me the whole time. I absolutely love Kaya but this time with the incident definitely makes me rethinking of continuing my membership here.

I would strongly advise against joining this gym. My experience was marred with unfriendly, unprofessional receptionists, very limited yoga classes and highly inconvenient opening hours (even to simply use the gym area). I asked to cancel my membership during the peak of covid as I had lost my job. I was met with very little sympathy and a $300 cancellation fee. I could only commit to one calendar year of a membership, regardless of covid closures, but my membership was extended because apparently the closed months did not count - I did not sign up to have my membership delayed several months and should not be expected to pay for a gym I physically could not attend once the year had passed.

I didn't think I would be able to say I love a gym but these guys just do it so well that I have to give them special kudos 😍.. From the beautiful scent that welcomes you at the top of stairs, the very real and fun staff that greet you, and the cleanliness of the place all this on top of the great barre, spin &boxing classes as well as their bread and butter brilliant Pilates and Yoga classes - how could I not get fit!?! thanks Kaya for creating a gym that keeps me coming back 🤩

Been researching gyms around the area for quite a while, had a go with this one. The two sales people Ruthie and Claudia who work there are very pushy and not very accommodating - didn't seem to answer my questions, only wanted my money. Ended up speaking with Christian the manager who told me that the membership fee could be waived on a once off basis only to be told by the salespeople at reception this was not possible. Very convoluted and unneccesary process after which I gave up. Would not recommend.

I love the facilities and the instructors, really helped me get fit. The location's also great and there are a lot of time slots, which is really flexible. You can also cancel free of charge three hours before, which I think is great when you suddenly could not make it. However, it's too popular that it's difficult to book for certain times. But I usually get into the waitlist.

Kaya is a beautiful gym with a calming and enjoyable essence. The reformer pilates classes are taught by truly passionate teachers who are continuously learning themselves and are so knowledgeable, always providing feedback and guidance which has helped me improve my practice. I never have a mundane reformer pilates class at Kaya, instructors always take you in new journeys and teach you new skills. I also enjoy the fitness circuit which is a HIIT workout. The vibe and instructors are always motivating and the longevity of the class is perfect considering how hard you work. The staff at Kaya are warm and welcoming. Not to mention the price, it’s so affordable for unlimited classes and so many different classes to choose from, which caters to your fitness level. And if that’s not enough to convince anyone, I absolutely love their mindfulness and wellness space where they host yoga. The aura and ambience in that room is perfect for unwinding after a stressful day during the week. I have been a member of Kaya for over a year now and I look forward to the next year to come. No gym compares!

I cannot recommend this gym highly enough! I have been several gyms before Kaya (Fitness First, Anytime Fitness, Melbourne City Baths), and so I was hesitant to pay for the admittedly higher weekly cost at Kaya. But for me it was worth every penny! The facilities are beautiful, it really does have a luxe feel which makes you look forward to going to the gym. The instructors are some of the best I have come across, and usually offer modification for most exercises (beginner, middle and advanced variations). I especially looked forward to sessions with Wendy for Yoga, Lauren for Pilates and Michelle for Spinning. Kaya has really transformed my outlook on fitness, and turned something I used to dread into a positive in my life. Admittedly, it can be a little intimidating going to a gym full of fit, glamorous women when you are overweight. But I think it is just a testament to the fact that Kaya really is a lifestyle, you will want to go back every single week. I loved it, and I am incredibly sad that I have moved away from the city and can no longer remain a member. If you ever start a branch on the Mornington Peninsula, I will be your first customer!

I joined in 2019 because I was struggling with back pain and anxiety. I wanted to go to a gym that wasn’t intimidating. I walked in and the smell hit me, the mood-lighting and the kind staff instantly made me feel so welcome. It’s not a “typical gym”, they really care about your well-being. I started doing Pilates for my back and all the instructors I’ve had have been incredibly helpful; they ask if you have injuries and they modify whatever you need. If Pilates isn’t your thing they have fitness classes and yoga. I promise you won’t regret giving this club a go. You will leave feeling zen every time. Thankyou Kaya!

I've been a member of Kaya for 3.5 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. Kaya's Prahran gym is located near the corner of Chapel St and Commercial, easy to get to by public transport or car (parking is available in the Woolworths or Prahran Square car parks close by). The gym is very clean with a chill vibe; the instructors are excellent and the weights area rarely gets too busy. There's also a good cardio section & a separate area for stretching, rolling out tight muscles, etc. Definitely the best gym I've found :)

Absolutely love Kaya with my heart and soul and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone that’s looking to have a more refined and tailored workout experience. I mostly take the Pilates and Barre classes between Prahran and Emporium which are absolutely phenomenal and all instructors are so knowledgeable, caring and considerate of your own capabilities, injuries and adjusting moves to meet your needs. One incredible standout for me is Michelle, who instructs my Pilates classes at Prahran. I book her classes specifically because she is the most knowledgeable, efficient, motivating and inspiring teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. She teaches in a way where she informs you about what the move is doing for your muscles and the impact that has on your body. This is turn is so motivating that you want to do the moves even when you’re in agony because you know exactly what it’s targeting and how that muscle benefits your body’s function. If this could be passed on to her that would be amazing!

I absolutely love Kaya Health Club at Prahran! There are so many classes on offer, wonderful facilities, always really clean with a great air-fresher scent, and the wonderful staff are always friendly and happy to help with health and wellness advice. Would totally recommend and they are very generous with their membership offers and looking after you when you have joined.

Absolutely LOVE this club, the classes, staff and facilities are premium without paying a premium price. I always feel at home when I'm there. My physical and mental well being is so important and Kaya plays an integral part in how fabulous I look and feel now! Thank you Kaya!!

Amazing health club well deserving of 5 stars. All staff are super friendly and the range and frequency of classes is brilliant. Very reasonable membership fees, you can tell they care about their members and not just profits. Keep up the good work guys!

The staff at Kaya are super friendly and welcoming. During my first Pilates class the instructor catered to everyone’s ability so it doesn’t matter if you have experience or not! As someone who feared going to the gym, Kaya is a amazing atmosphere where you don’t feel overwhelmed or judged. I’m looking forward to beginning my fitness & health journey here!

I've been a member of Kaya for nearly 2 years now and absolutely love it! It;s honestly the best gym I have ever been a part of. Plenty of classes at convenient times and the instructors are amazing. The front desk staff are also so lovely and always make you feel welcome

My wife and I have been a member for some time now and we have had a fantastic experience! All the staff are welcoming and friendly, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and every class is a different routine which keeps it interesting at all times. The facilities are immaculate and present well, it is by far the best health club/gym we have been members of.

I joined Kaya Prahran as a corporate member - and all I can say is WOW! I have been a member of many gyms and health clubs in my life but Kaya is at the top of the list for all the things I value - so here are those things: a) excellent, I mean, EXCELLENT front desk staff/membership staff b) the amazing music/ambiance/decor and subtle but engaging fragrance of the space; c) the SENSATIONAL classes - and I use them all (the best reformer pilates classes I have ever been to - Gaynor, Tace, Michelle, Rachel and team keep you focused and strong); d) little extras like the hair dryers/straighteners, hygiene products when you forget (they even had some gym shoes sets to borrow that day I forgot them!); e) great showers and lots and lots of lockers, and finally, e) the smell of 'get you going' coffee on the way out if the session has not yet woken you up to the beauty of life! 6/5 stars! Thanks Kaya.

I absolutely love this gym. All of the staff are friendly and the trainers are outstanding. The reformer machines are excellent and everything is always impeccably clean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

My safe haven and the only place that keeps me sane throughout the week. Such a steal with all the classes and time schedules. I had surgery last year and i could ‘t visit the club for months but they were so accommodating with pausing my membership — Claudia even sounded worried over the phone when I called for my inquiries! Such a lovely place with such amazing owners, Koula and Christian, who are so hands on with it.

Absolutely love Kaya! The gym, the vibe, the classes - amazing! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the people are inviting. The space itself is gorgeous and you get a lot for what you pay for, including pilates, boxing, spin, gym, yoga, barre and fitness group sessions.

I've loved being a member of this gym. Great classes and instructors. Lovely quiet, focused atmosphere where you can just get on with your workout.

I recently joined Kaya and so far have only had good experiences. Staff and trainers are friendly, professional, and personally involved with the people attending the club, which creates very pleasant environment to exercise in! All equipment and facilities are maintained well and the club is easily accessible. The only suggestion I would have is to increase the number of early morning Yoga-classes and have more Fitness Circuits throughout the day.

Great studios and membership options, gorgeous facilities and great staff. Upon joining i notified the team of my chronic fatigue recovery and continued auto immune issue which can be hard at times during a flare period. The staff have been extremely helpful during class and outside of to accommodate me, allowing me to get back to fitness at a level my body can. I did a lot of research before joining, and found Kaya had the best value and class options. I love my time at Kaya!

I was a little hesitant of joining a gym with a higher fee than what I’m used to (usually only went to cheap 24/7 gyms). But I’m so glad that I did! The gym is absolutely beautiful with an amazing atmosphere, I’ve always felt so comfortable here, and the staff and instructors are lovely. I went to a lot of Pilates classes with some weight training on other days. Without fail the best gym I’ve ever joined, I would actually look forward to going, so it definitely sparked a love of Pilates and exercise! I’m now moving interstate, which I am gutted about as I know I won’t be able to find a gym like this for the price. 100% Highly recommend!

Hats off to management and instructors for the care with which you have been adjusting club operations in these most challenging times of Covid 19. Grateful for the on line sessions you offered during lockdown. And even more grateful to be back on site now that you have re-opened.

I've been a member for 3+ years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time! I've had to cease my membership due to moving a bit further away from the studio. Highly recommend kaya!

Love the facilities but $35+ for a late cancellation is just ridiculous and absolutely aimed to gouge members. $5, $10, $15 fair enough but $35+ a bit of a joke. More than a membership which is pretty bad.

Posting this after my first class there to share what I thought and add to the good reviews. Kaya so far has been kind to me. The staff and instructors are really friendly and kind. And I appreciated them checking in with me afterwards. Im very glad I accepted Chris's offer to show me the place. And that she helped me with understanding how it all works and with signing up. And I look forward to continuing with Kaya! Thank you 😊

I have been attending classes for the last 9 months and absolutely love it. The staff are super friendly and helpful and recently they have added extra Pilates classes to ensure all members are able to attend when demand calls for it. Super happy and highly recommend Kaya.

Kaya only cares about money!!! They claim to love and care about 'well being' but have no regard for their members financial situation, especially through covid! DO NOT JOIN! Unless you wan't to be scamed out of your money!!!

Glad to see this place open again after lockdown. Seriously in the last 40 years this is the only gym membership I have kept up. Great staff, great selection of classes to suit everyone's tastes and preferences and great facilities. Hope to stay a member for a long time to come.

Kaya offers really great value for your membership - lots of classes available, great instructors and friendly staff. I’ve been going here for 6 years and highly recommend

Great gym and staff... I notice a couple of bad reviews which prompted this review, and there's always a few in every bunch. Never had a problem during COVID pausing my membership, always received complete transparency from staff. Good job guys and hope you're open again soon because I'm getting a belly:) See you again soon😁

I feel for the team at Kaya - what an amazing studio with amazing staff - so helpful and polite. I am a member of kaya and we are currently in stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne , however for a brief period they were operating and kept the health and wellbeing of members their number 1 priority..!! they went above and beyond and its really disappointing that they are unable to operate at the moment as no doubt they could easily provide a safe environment for all... keep up the good work guys..! hopefully we will see you soon and can smash out some frustration on those pilate beds..! x

*Edited to reflect management's review* Kaya's response on Google reviews was pure damage control also buying sympathy votes from the public. If you only aim to see all 5-star reviews, train yourself & your team better. __________________________________________________________ While Kaya may have been great and fun before Covid, their unethical, dishonest and lack of care and respect for their members is appalling. Having been a loyal member of both clubs at Kaya since 2019, and also a returning member after a year overseas, I always had no issues accessing multiple passes daily until one front desk staff highlighted that it could have been a system bug that had allowed me so.??. Without communication of any kind, Kaya manually removed me from Muti-pass access. All members should enjoy the same access, THAT IS FAIR. What was not acceptable was how Kaya could not have cared less to even pick up their phone for a courtesy call before their unprofessional manoeuvres. Not to mention that I’m still waiting for one after I raised the issue 8 weeks ago.

I must say my experience in Kaya so far has been exceptional. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the facilities are outstanding. I also appreciate the supportive environment from staff members, instructors, as well as fellow club members. I personally love my pilates and yoga classes. Though there’s still plenty of activities to do there, such as gym, cardio, barre, etc. Overall, I highly recommend Kaya Health Club for anyone looking for physical fitness through pilates and yoga. With such a welcoming atmosphere and expert instruction, it’s no wonder why Kaya has become one of the premier health clubs in the area.
