I'm not much of a yogi myself but have been intermittently over the past few years and power living has been fantastic. Friendly staff, welcoming vibe and the classes are difficult enough that I sometimes have to give myself a pause midway through. If you can book in to a morning session it's a great start to the day

Since moving down to Melbourne I’ve been searching for a new yoga studio. And I think I’ve found ✨ THE ONE ✨. Sarah was an absolute ball of sunshine, and honestly put me in the best mood all day from a 6:15am class. The class was energising, and super welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Awesome studio. Knowledgeable teachers. Great timetable. Ordinarily I prefer smaller classes and more hands on teachers, but so far this is the best place Northside I’ve been to for yoga. Seems difficult to find the kind of vinyasa i like like what’s in LA and NYC, but this comes close enough!

Came in to try a class (hot Vinyasa), great facility, lovely feel, good instructor/instruction, solid workout felt great after class. Thankyou!! 🥰

Love going here the studio is so amazing everything is clean and I love that they use Thank You products! All the instructors are Amazing and welcoming I transferred from powerliving in Perth to the Melbourne Fitzroy and even though I live 30 min away I would rather make the effort to come to this studio than anywhere else! Just sign up you’ll love it!

The Fitzroy studio and teachers are just amazing. Having gone to a few yoga studios in my time i can honestly say this studio is one of the best in Melbourne. Thank you Ellie and the team for making me feel so happy, accepted and welcome 😊

Currently on the $99 for a month trial as I have been looking for a new studio. I found my place.... this will become part of my every day..great vibe, great teachers and no Judgement.

I have been very happy with my experience at Power Living so far. All the teachers bring something unique to the practice and I find them all to be incredibly knowledgeable. I regularly attend both Amy and Kara's classes and they are both exceptional teachers. Highly recommend.

Excellent studio! The instructors are great-- very strong but safe practice and they give lots of options. The studio is a calm and warm, and there is lots of joy and love around! I'm so glad I found Powerliving :)

I love attending classes at Power Living Fitzroy. It's a beautiful, inspiring space with dedicated teachers keen to share their knowledge and love of yoga. The classes are an amazing workout but also give me enough meditation for a clear and calm mind. Another highlight is the frequency of classes. If I'm up early or need a sleep in or working late, there is always a class that fits into my schedule for the day. I thoroughly recommend PLF!

Fantastic mix of warm, welcoming environment, bright, spacious studio and a genuinely challenging practice, with space for those of us who like to push a little harder. Still, I felt comfortable coming here when I was a beginner, because it really is a space for everyone. Easily my favourite studio in Australia!

Amazing Studio with great facilities and a good homely vibe to it. Staff and Teachers always welcome you with a big smile and are very supportive during classes being very cautions with students safe practice but also giving the little push to challenge ourselves.
