I love coffee shops with character and this shop has plenty of it! Really cool vibes with a simple, yet unique, layout. Great staff who's very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The latte I got was great! Love the presentation and the flavor. Very smooth experience. One of the best lattes I've recently tried! Highly recommended! Great job y'all!

First time in Dallas and I do really enjoyed here a lot! They are really friendly and their coffee are the best! We got double espresso, Magic, Latte and a drip. They were good and tasty but we don’t like blueberry loaf 🥹! Loved their art on coffees too

I rarely write a bad review. I’ve been a customer since they opened. They have people working there who seem nice until you ask them to correct an order that wasn’t made properly. Then their attitude shifts to being sarcastic and making me the customer wrong—who was paying almost $7 to get an iced breve flat white that still tastes like coffee. It’s the principle of not supporting places who don’t value the customer. I purchase from places who care and LDU doesn’t care now that they have a lot of customers. I tried to talk with a manager. She wouldn’t look me in the eye and told me we won’t change your drink if it comes out different than it is supposed to be. I tried to reason with them and after the third person was rude—I’m no longer a customer. I will not recommend it and I will not take my clients there. It’s sad since it’s within walking distance. Treat your customers better. Especially people who have supported you since the beginning.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! It is my favorite coffee shop in all of Dallas! The atmosphere, the customer service, the drinks!! I always get an iced honey vanilla latte, and the consistency in taste is unmatched! You cannot go wrong coming here! I love all of the employees, they are so welcoming and always a breath of fresh air with the quality of service! Always smiles and amazing vibes here!

Traveling through Dallas and couldn’t be happier with the choice to snag coffee from LTO! Adam, the owner, welcomed us and commandeered our drinks after a few well-played questions about our coffee preferences… and he NAILED IT! Iced oat milk latte, on the stronger side, with honey and cinnamon - trust me (and Adam), this one is spot on! Culture, efficiency and excellent coffee! Will absolutely make this a destination spot next time we’re in town.

I love this place! I honestly try to stop by once a week since I moved to Dallas! Sorry I did not take a picture of my drinks or the amazing chocolate chip cookie I got! The staff here are super friendly! I mean actually super friendly! They even do this thing with putting your straw in your coffee for you! I will be updating this post soon with names of the staff & pictures of the drinks and that amazing chocolate chip cookie! *My only gripe would be that you’re not allowed to tip on your credit card*

Excellent little coffee shop in Uptown Dallas. Ordered a 20oz iced cowboy juice (IIRC cold brew black coffee) without sugar and cream. It was very strong, which I really liked! Our drinks came out quickly and the staff was very courteous throughout the process. They even walked out to personally hand me my drink since I waited outside!

Lastly, coffee shops are brought to life by their dedicated and passionate baristas. So, whether you're seeking your morning caffeine fix, a place to work, or a spot to unwind, coffee shops are the perfect destination to satisfy your cravings and nourish your soul.

I come to this coffee shop every time I visit Dallas. Coffee is exceptional but what really stands out is the service. The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Love coming here and ranks amongst the best coffee shops I’ve been to.

The best coffee in Dallas by far! Coming from Melbourne, Australia, I have been searching for awesome coffee like from home and LDU Coffee definitely hits the mark. Look forward to returning.

Coffee was amazing! So good that we came back again today. Their coffee is strong & creamy. The sisi sandwhich w/ their house sauce was really good as well. Mark is good people, try their flat white.

Genuinely might be the best latte in Dallas. Additionally they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a cafe. They know your name and are genuine in their getting you what you want and need (coffee!) They also serve delicious sandwiches and their oat bar is really good.

The best spot for coffee I have found yet! Also was an amazing walk there as well!! Had a cold latte with honey and also had another with an extra shot!!

Great coffee, fantastic atmosphere, and fantastic baristas. They also sell non-coffee items. It's a nice spot to hang out because it's spacious and quiet on the inside.

My favorite Dallas coffee joint. Amazing coffee, super friendly staff, the owner (manager? Dude in charge?) takes trash out and does grunt work which you don't see often. And Max is the coolest :D

Hands down the best coffee in Dallas! I’ll definitely go out of my way to grab a latte from here over other places. Usually just do to go since there isn’t a lot of seating but their online ordering system is super quick & easy. They’re always super friendly & sweet as well :)

Best overall coffee experience in the area. The employees are always super nice and always say bye to my dog on our way out. Spacious inside to enjoy your drinks and filled with cool books/Dallas memorabilia. 10/10 coffee spot.

My go-to coffee place. The drinks are excellent and priced fairly. the staff is friendly and inviting. The breakfast sandwiches and cookies are delicious! My only gripe is that they close at 4pm. I could see it being a nice place to visit at night. Highly recommend!

Consistently the tastiest espresso latte I’ve had in all of Dallas. If you’re looking for a latte with that strong coffee flavor like when you eat coffee ice cream, you will absolutely love the lattes here. Coffee as one would expect coffee to taste like. The vanilla latte is great, and the mocha is phenomenal! No bitterness, all very smooth like a hug in a cup whether served hot or iced. What I especially love is that although most other coffee beans elsewhere usually give me those caffeine shakes and headaches, the beans at LDU do not at all Praise the Lord!

Great coffee awesome service and cool vibes! I love their iced mocha, I've tried it with regular milk and oat milk both are so good!

I discovered this hidden little gem by accident and I couldn't be happier. Everyone that works there is amazing. They are all so personable and it brightens up your morning to have people like that. I love going here, I go every chance I get. They are way better than the store with the chain store outta Seattle. Thanks LDU for giving me a new spot.

The best coffee in Dallas bar none. Staff are wonderful and will remember your name and your coffee preferences! Also you haven’t lived till you’ve tried the yolk o Oh No sandwich. Banana bread deserves it’s cult like following. Great playlists too.

Even though I asked for cream and lots of sugar with my coffee, i was delighted by the flavor of the coffee less what I had hoped for in sugar content. The ham & cheese was so good. Definitely recommend for self or very small group. Hardly any seating.

I haven't even had the coffee yet and already I love this place. First time here and Jesse greeted me so warm and with a genuine smile. He really made me feel like he was happy to be here and that he was happy I chose to have coffee at LDU this morning. I can always tweak coffee but this level of warmth and service is real. I'll be back.

GARLAND ROAD LOACATION: As a coffee lover I had to try out this neat coffee place. LDU coffee is really really good. I asked the nice gentle Artie what he recommend, and after a few questions, (making sure of what I liked) the barista made me a lovely Chai latte. Smooth to the taste and just the Java I needed this afternoon. This cool, clean spot, with great music teasing my eardrums, was a great vibe. #GoodEnergy Watch out SB. I highly recommend you trying this establishment. I may have new bar to get my cocktails.

Plenty of parking, and they got about 6 different tables to sit at. The barista was really helpful with giving suggestions and customizations like 3 shots or 2, milk types ect Got the iced oat milk latte for $5.75 after tax and it's not bad. Coffee flavor is not exactly my type, more on the light side. And there was not enough syrup. I just dropped by to grab and go. But not my kinda place to sit at for hours for work
