You guys were not honest at all for trying to charge me $25 when it was only $22 for the filter papers showing in your official website. Don’t be a liar when you are doing businesses. It’s not even worth it to take trams to come here for such a small thing.

Usually love the coffee here, regularly order beans. Service was friendly but unfortunately the steamed milk in my takeaway coffee was well below the expected standard even for an "average" cafe let alone a speciality coffee roaster like Supreme. Maybe just an off day and will almost certainly be back.

The FOH male staff was so rude today. As of 07/12/23 at 1.20pm. When I walked into the shop no acknowledgment no greeting. Stood in front of the counter for 5 mins no response. Made eye with him and ignored me. No hello, no thank you. I was a loyal customer of supreme but today’s experience was totally unexpected.

New to Melbourne and have been on the hunt for some quality coffee, to satisfy my coffee cravings, for out and about and at home. After months of excessive research, I have my findings..... yeah, so this place is legit! Highly recommend.

I'm a local and I've been here 4 times now, every single time the service has been pretty bad. I figured the first time maybe the staff were having a bad day but every single time I've come in it's like it's an inconvenience. The staff are always rude and short with you, not sure for what reason. Luckily the coffee was actually half decent otherwise they'd be getting one star.

Great place for a good cup of coffee, limited food though. The long black tasted good and the hot chocolate was nice. Industrial location with a few quirky features, this joint screams hipster cafe. Would recommend some more enticing pairings for the drinks offered.

4.4. Fantastic and compact coffee and snack place tucked away in the back streets of Abbotsford. It’s a terrific quirky and stylish space with seating inside and out. Good playlist on as well. Coffee is a religion here. My long black was excellent. A beauty. Service was very pleasant and prompt. A very nice experience. This place is well worth seeking out.

Nice hole in the wall right next to the back of IKEA. Roasting their own beans, the coffee of course is a treat and their toasties are divine. Go for the Halloumi, you won't regret it!

It’s a little roasters tucked away by an IKEA warehouse. Walk inside the sliding glass door and you’re hit with the reds of Italy across the decor. The coffee tastes strong - it was just what I needed first thing in the morning.

i had to admit, some of the reviews scared me a little but I had a really wonderful experience here! the person at the front was really kind and helpful with helping me choose some coffee beans as a gift, and just had a really good vibe plus my iced choccy was very yum

Have been doing road works on Victoria street and have been popping in each day for coffee! Not only is the place funky, but the coffee is grouse and the staff and even better. Seriously rate this place and everyone working in it - legends

Supreme's blend of coffee is consistent and dependable. Kind of the NZ equivalent of Campos. This isn't much of a brunch place- with only limited cabinet items, and in a bit of an odd place, but if you're just after a grab and go coffee, this roastery is great, well worth the short walk up the side street.

The coffee is still amazing as it always has been, but the service is absolutely terrible. Ever since the OG front of house staff left (at least 6 months ago if not longer), it hasnt been the same. They dont smile, no hello, no thanks, they dont even ask for your order - even when you try to be friendly with them. It's awful. Such a shame as this place used to remember my name and my order, even when it had been a while between visits.

I wish I enjoyed coming here more. The coffee is solid but the service usually leaves me feeling off. I'm always trying to be friendly and conversational but they're usually just unimpressed and annoyed.

Coffee is alright, customer service varies a lot, staff is sometimes very friendly, sometimes a bit rude. I would have given this place 3 stars but I find their customer communication quite poor when it comes to prices. They don't list prices on the board behind the counter nor will they tell you out loud what they are charging you when you pay with card. Your order could cost you $5 or $25 you just don't know.

Coffee Supreme isn't far from me and it's tucked away next to the Ikea warehouse. I guess you're going to need a coffee to tackle all that flat pack furniture. In fact, you'll need a whole bag and they sell them too. I've never had a bad coffee here, it can be busy with the cyclists and the boxers. Especially on a Saturday morning. They have a classic house blend which I like. I miss the Boxer Blend though.

I don’t normally leave reviews but because my meal was so delicious and fresh I felt that it had to be done. Generally eating out can be extremely frustrating and disappointing. Businesses have suffered a lot during this pandemic and it’s not unusual to experience the quality of food drop off. In short I just wanted to mention that I enjoyed my delicious meal very much @ coffee supreme. It was well put together and all the ingredients were 100% fresh. Customer service was really helpful and friendly to. Highly recommended!!!

The staff are friendly and really nice coffee. Good COVID safe practices as well. The Boxer espresso blend is my favourite bean so far for home brewing, which I would definitely recommend.

Not sure why but I'm not having a good experience in this place, many times have been disappointed with the coffee and service from a couple of the staff. It’s a shame as i have had good service from a couple of the younger staff and it’s very convenient for me to go there.
