Think this is a great addition to the Melbourne City skyline. It's always looks cool at night being all lit up. Great tourist attraction for our city too which has awesome views from the top.

Great place to visit with family and friends. Kids enjoyed it a lot. Nice views of Melbourne and great to visit during nice and clear day. Night views are also great. During night time they lit up the wheel which looks great from distance. We visited during school holidays and have to wait about 2 hours due to the long queue however due to the wait we get to see both day and night views of Melbourne. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great cafes and restaurants available. Toilets are available on site. Lots of on street and undercover parking available.

A Melbourne icon and a fantastic place to see thhis beautiful city from a new perspective. The pods are climate controlled and the wheel turns so slowly that you barely feel it moving. Views are just phenomenal. Plenty of close parking and restaurants nearby for a fun day or night out.

Firstly, I’m not a fan of heights, so having said that, it’s a good experience. The ride is nice and slow so there is no jolting around. The seating areas are contained, clean and well maintained so that makes the ride a better experience for those with a fear of heights. A full rotation around the Star takes about half an hour.

My family and I went on the Melbourne star observation wheel today. Great place to have a snack or pick up that souvenir before you hop on. The staff were friendly and polite and answered any questions we had. We couldn't see too much due to the smoke haze from the fires. But as we got off the staff offered us new tickets to come back when the haze had cleared up which my family and I thought was a very kind gesture. Even though we couldn't see too much we all had a great time and we all will look forward to coming back on a better day. Thank you.

A special stop at the Melbourne Star for a 16th birthday party transporting seventy passengers in three of Melbourne's finest Hummer stretch vehicles from 1800 Hummer Limousines made for an interesting four hour convoy but this place was definitely the highlight of the photo stops!!!

Went while on holiday, gives a good all round perspective of the whole of Melbourne, great views took lots of pictures, recommended for all tourists and locals alike. Takes 30 minutes per "flight", reasonable pricing. Easy access short walk from the tram stop via shops.

After London's eye, the Melbourne observation wheel is the another beautiful architecture I have seen in a long time. The cost is a bit high but worth it.

Really impressive. Huge wheel at ~40 stories high, super quiet and the staff did a really great job. We (2 adults+3 kids under 7) enjoyed this and the whole Docklands precinct is great to be at before and after.

Wonderful experience, the staff were lovely and the pricing was good, you can even go around again straight away for $2. The view is amazing at night or during the day. I would definitely recommend checking this out!

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the queues were small, which was a bonus. An even better bonus was getting a cabin all to ourselves as there were not many other visitors at the time. The views were great and the commentary was good too, however we thought there could have been some ambient music or something whilst there was no commentary. The staff were lovely and helpful, also there is an impressive Lego model of the wheel in the gift shop which is a must see!

It's non operational at the moment. But even the sight of it is great. Magnificently built. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. Good place to chill in the evening.

Wonderful view of city, yarra river, highway and buildings 😍. Staff were so friendly and they clean the cabin before we enter. Must visit spot in Melbourne.

Good views even on a dreary Melbourne day. Smooth and quiet, suitable for both tourists (my Aunt) and locals (me) alike. I'd visit again, but would take an evening/twilight 'flight' next time. Comfortable climate control inside, but bring your sunglasses as it gets bright when the sun does decide to pop out.

The Melbourne star is the tenth biggest Ferris wheel and is the most beautiful and astonishing land marks in the whole of Australia! It will shine in daytime and light up and brighten your world at night, it is highly recommended and the most delirious landmark in Victoria!

A great experience on board the Melbourne Star. Certainly had a novel feel to it with the current restrictions on air travel. The set up is very much like an airport departure lounge.

It's a 30 mins round trip and you can view the entire city. The view changes depending upon what time of the day you go. Try going in afternoon, sunset and at night. Book online for better deals on ticket. While coming out after the trip, you can upgrade it by paying some extra money to another visit or unlimited year long visit, so ask for it.
