    Like most, I've been in and out of gym and training for years, but with the inception of Brooklyn Fit I've found that balance of expertise paired with commitment that I've always fallen short of. Anthony has an educated, encyclopedic knowledge of training and nutrition and has formulated results based options in a large space to match. Whether I'm in for a solo gym session or one of his full array of classes (these aren't your standard gym classes, trust me), training at Brooklyn Fit has been my best gym experience to date. Don't put it off, get in there and see for yourself!! 💪🏾

    I am thrilled to share my incredible experience working with Anthony as my personal trainer. Over the course of just 12 weeks, I was able to lose an amazing 27 kilos thanks to his expert guidance and support. I have been to the gym and worked with other trainers before, but nothing compares to the results that I achieved with Anthony. His approach to fitness is innovative, efficient, and effective, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. Not only did I lose weight, but I also built muscle, gained strength, and improved my overall health and fitness. Anthony's sessions are only 30 minutes, yet they are incredibly challenging and rewarding. His knowledge and expertise in the field of fitness is truly unmatched, and his dedication to his clients is second to none.     I joined Brooklyn Fit about 4 months ago with no experience in strength training. Anthony is a world class trainer with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and really individually tailors each workout. He has built my confidence, fitness and strength through PT and his small group classes. Each class is different and remains a challenge each week. Brooklyn Fit gym is something special and full of friendly people. I’m thankful I found such a great place to train! Thanks Anthony, 5 stars 💪

    Joined BrooklynFit in April and I can’t recommend a better gym! We have the best trainer Anthony, who designs our nutrition meals and always follows up on how our progress is going. BrooklynFit offers a variety of classes. The classes feel like personal one on one pt sessions. They’re productive, effective and fun 😁. Amazing gym, amazing trainer! Everyone must sign up!!!

    I’ve been training with Tony for roughly 6 months and have seen incredible progress so far. I’ve gained 20+kgs and have had the opportunity to use his product the BackPro which has significantly helped my form. Not only is Tony highly skilled & knowledgeable, I’d say he’s the best personal trainer in the game. Highly recommend.

    Simply brilliant. Just completed my first Brooklyn X 6 week challenge and cannot recommend Brooklyn fit & Trainer Anthony highly enough!! As this was my first ever program of this nature, I found extremely useful Anthony’s wealth of knowledge and training techniques. The nutrition plans tailored specifically to your needs, I strongly recommend Brooklyn Fit to anyone regardless of fitness level.     When I first met Anthony, I was having several health issues ranging from injuries, loss of strength & stamina, overweight, poor eating habits, loss of confidence, amongst many other things. Anthony took the time listening to me about my concerns and what I would like to achieve overall, he asked all the right questions to ensure that we get the desired result, more importantly without any further injuries. He prepared a solid plan - training sessions, home exercises and a detailed but simple-to-follow diet plan given my commitment level. Anthony also clearly set out the expectations right from the start, no BS – he warned me it's not going to be easy, but the rewards will make it all worth it. Along the journey he kept in touch, keeping up my confidence with his motivational & inspirational energy. Within 4 months, following his training regime and diet, not only did I lose 25kg, I felt stronger, healthier and looked greater than ever. The compliments I received was beyond my expectations. I now feel more energetic doing my daily activities, getting the best sleep and generally a happier person. Anthony without a doubt is very knowledgeable and his years of experience brings great value. So, if you are serious about getting results - Anthony Nitti is without a doubt your man!     Couldn’t recommend any other gym or trainer higher than Anthony at Brooklyn Fit, I have joined many gyms, tried heaps of diets, and participated in other challenges, this is the one that is given me the best results by far, with personalised meal plans that are easy to follow, and classes that leave every muscle in your body screaming for your post workout protein shake. When I first started at Brooklyn Fit I didn’t know anyone there but in the 5 weeks of being at Brooklyn I have had so much support and encouragement not just from Anthony but all the other amazing members, each day I’m getting closer and closer to my ideal weight, body and fitness level. I can honestly say Brooklyn Fit has changed my life for the better.

    I took up the X Training for 6 weeks and enjoyed it thoroughly. Anthony is a friendly trainer that knows his stuff. Its a good size gym, group sessions are fun as the people are very friendly.
