    A small, well equipped crossfit gym with friendly staff and members. I dropped in for an early morning session, Kaya the owner and coach was there - he's laid back and welcoming and provides good technical feedback. Standard kind of work out format, 1 hour sessions on weekdays days with a strength component then a metcon activity. You should note that the gym is small and class size is capped at eight people so it's worth calling ahead. It would be crowded with a full class of 8. The drop in fee is $30 which is a little rich but I notice that seems to be the standard across most of the Melbourne crossfit boxes in the CBD.

    Awesome coaching, amazing facility and a fun and inspiring team! Very well set up equipment that is well maintained and looked after. I love working out here and look forward to all the sessions! Their really well Tailored to suit everybody from intermediate to advanced cross-fitters.

    A fun and professional Cross Fit place in Docklands! Kaya and his team are very attentive to each of their members and regardless of your level of fitness, technique or abilities, you are always made to feel part of the class and each exercise is tailored to the individual. The classes are fun, varied and you come away feeling amazing! Kaya’s also very knowledgeable in his trade so he educates everyone, meaning you get so much more than cross fit when you become a member!

    Joined 8 months ago, after a few years of not getting results at my normal gym. Once I got the hang of CrossFit and my confidence built, I've been able to smash all my goals with a smile (and a lot of sweat!) on my face. The team always ensure you train hard whilst safely learning new things. They are also super knowledgeable, highly recommend if you are looking for a change.

    Being over 55 and still being able to be fit and healthy has made such an impact on my overall well being. Crossfit has enabled me to participate in fun, personally levelled and challenging activities in a safe and supportive environment. The trainers are there every step of the way to help me achieve my best! I would highly recommend Crossfit Docklands to any one who looking for a community spirited and supportive fitness venue. Absolutely love it!

    In 3 months of attending CFDL I've not only built amazing strength, learnt a whole heap of new exercises, pushed myself to do things I never thought possible, but also gained strength and fitness that my many gym days never delivered. I've also made some amazing friends and been guided and encouraged by the awesome trainers and fellow members that are all there to achieve the same goals all whilst having fun and being challenged constantly. Once you try it, you'll never look back. Whatever fitness level you are at, all classes are tailored to meet everyone personal requirements. Can't rate it highly enough.

    Kaya and the team have been very supportive and helpful. I'm a 50 plus trying to get back into shape, and for someone who's always loved the weights as well as a circuit style workout, this is an ideal setup. Having a PT on hand to guide and motivate, as well as the restricted numbers in the session, meant I could work at my level but get quick improvement. Everyone in the classes is super supportive also and made me feel like I'd been going here for ages. If you like the gym, but get bored or demotivated, then Crossfit Docklands is something you should seriously consider if you're looking for a gym.

    CrossFit Docklands is a fantastic gym fully equipped with anything you need to get in great shape! The workouts are always challenging and varied so you will never get bored and neither will your muscles! This is where I go when I want a hard full body workout, highly recommend.

    Highly recommend CrossFit Docklands (Sweat 838). Kaya and John are exceptional coaches and have had such a massive impact on me and my overall health and fitness. Supportive and challenging for all levels of experience. Really friendly, welcoming environment.

    The place is just amazing. Well trained, informative and patient coach Kaya, who pushes beyond your limit everyday. Vibrating team and fun filled workouts. Highly recommended for beginners who wants to try crossfit. All you have to do is reach the door he and his team will take care of you for the next one hour of workout.

😠 I went down today and the first thing the receptionist asked me was if I have the vax ID so that to go in and train !!!
