Really unhappy with our experience. From the unpleasant booking experience, to the actual ambiance not living up to expectations, my group and I were very disappointed. To add, it was a cold, rainy day and we had asked several times for a heater (as we were seated outdoors) and were told each time that we would get the heater in a few minutes (as they didn't have gas), only to never get the heater at all. A couple of positives: the shisha was well-priced, and the chicken wings were very tasty. Overall, we wouldn't revisit.

A very disappointing experience. When I said I was looking for red wine, instead of handing me a menu, he held up a bottle and said it was $50. Knowing it was not a $50 bottle, I asked for the menu. This was when he immediately changed the price to $40. When I checked my account, I saw he overcharged me by $10. When I asked him about it, he told me it was because I ordered mixed Shisha. I did not and he knew this; he refunded the $10. I don't know if this guy kept making mistakes then lied to cover it up. I choose to believe that over him being a thief or a racist. I don't know but it seems from the reviews that this is not the first time it has happened. The staff seemed more interested in playing on their phones and hanging out with their mates to serve their customers. Had to ask 3 times for more coals - other Shisha lounges I go to you don't have to ask.

I would give a 0 if i could. The rudest behaviour and worst customer service ever. I don't even know where to begin. We booked a table for 7 people and they confirmed. Only 6 of us showed up when the booking was for 7 people and still the owner asked 2 of my friends to leave and go to the front because it's too crowded. When we asked he cant do this as we booked the place beforehand, his literal response was he owns the place and he can do anything he wants. He kept saying he won't let us have one shisha for the table because their "rule" is 1 shisha for every 3 people and we kept saying not everyone is having it, we are just hanging out together and that's exactly what the case was. His response, mannerism and behaviour was humiliating. The place is very unhygienic and dodgy. Not suitable for anyone looking for a good night out.

Terrible environment and service. Waited an hour for our food, then we went to ask and they laughed and said they haven’t started making it. First and last time we’ll be here.

It’s shows it opens at 3 But I went on a Friday at 5 after work was closed. Our whole group waited for 15 min but no1 came. They need to update their timings and was really disappointing on a Friday!!

One of the best hookah bar in Melbourne. The hospitality is amazing. Not only the arabic dance but the love music shows make your evening dazzle. They have never compromised the quality of hookah that’s the best part!! If you wanna enjoy live music with hookah that’s the place your actually looking to go 🥂

Hid the screen with receipt and charged me $35 for a glass of jack and coke. Luckily my card bounced, Always check!

My Sis in Law loves smoking the Paan flavour and I would recommend this place to any Indian or Pakistani looking for the traditional Paan flavour shisha And after midnight they’re pumping Bhangra Beats! And Bollywood songs!

Have been visiting this place but one thing customer service is an issue. If you order shisha it’ll take 5 minutes but coal takes 15 minutes to come to your table.

THE BEST shisha lounge in town!! I can’t express how fun this place is!! It has the perfect vibe that you need and they also let you play your own music - what else do we need? Amazing shisha, cocktails and customer service. This place is just outstanding!! Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Great place for Sheesha and Drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. They got a huge collection of Sheesha flavours. Paan mixed is must try. Outstanding place, highly recommended.

If I could leave a 0 star recommendation I would. Completely disgraceful, staff were extremely unfriendly and rude when I called. I asked if they were wheelchair friendly to which they stated we could enter (no stairs) but in fact they would not have “enough room for a wheelchair” this is complete discrimination. Yes this is correct we have not visited and am reviewing off phone call as we were told we could not visit due to being in a wheelchair. I look forward to hearing back from you.
