Great atmosphere and excellent service… and great Buddha bowls with many options and a choice of extras… some tables out front and a small courtyard too I plan to return when I’m next in the area

Amazing food. Great Vegan and Vegetarian variety. They do also have meat if you can't go without. This is a cute little cafe, with yummy coffee, friendly staff and delicious food. The menu uses some unique ingredients, with lots of nutritional benefit. This is a great spot for brunch. They have limited outdoor dining.

Excellent Chai! After a disappointing meal at Turtle Cafe, came here for tea. Stayed for 2 chais! Edited to add: I returned here today to try lunch. Was not disappointed! Soba noodle Buddha Bowl was tasty with lots of variety of flavours. Credit to the 2 staff (owners?). I love the plant wall!

Lovely food, high quality and a good price, The eggs were just right, bread was delicious organic sourdough with organic grass fed butter, the avocado was fresh, and my cold pressed juice was lovely. Would highly recommend!

Being Elwood locals, my partner and I have been coming here for years now and it never fails to impress. The vegetarian options are superb. You must try the charcoal bun. You must also try the mushroom bun. Oh and the pancakes!!! Try them too! Actually, just try everything. It’s all amazing. Then wash it all down with a delicious chai latte!

I wish I lived in Melbourne, this cafe is incredible. Fresh, healthy, diverse ingredients. A lot of things house made. Gorgeous bright yellow interior, happy staff. You should try their home made kimchi and baked breads. We had two salad bowls and they were packed with goodness!

Lost two stars and my lunch money for having a Credit Card rip-off fee. Breakfast salad and coffee were good.

Cute lil spot near the beach, staff are always very lovely. Menu has been the same for a while which is nice and reliable. My faves are the granola, the quinoa pancakes and charcoal bun vegan burger. I don't usually sit in as I find it too cramped/ but could also be a great cozy intimate lunch date if that's what you're into. tables aren't big enough to put a laptop on and food, but can fit a ☕ and a 💻 if needed!

Absolutely the BEST veg options I found while traveling in Melb! Tried a few other places, but came back here almost every day. It’s so cute and the food is healthy, delicious, and they serve up really well sized portions.

My housemate and I live next door and it's the best thing in Elwood as we religiously visit this place for a latte. The barista is a craftsman and knows how to make the best coffees consistently. We have given all cafes in the area a go and nothing has ever beaten what he consistently delivers. If you want a great coffee, there's no better cafe than little sunflower. It's also very well price, we wont be going anywhere else!

Great coffee and a team that try hard. Food is maybe lacking a professional execution or flair and presentation. Still good and tasty but in a world of clever cafes and brunches maybe not complying very well.

Very good coffee. Best in Elwood. And l have tried them all. Husband and wife team doing a great job. Very attentive. I wish they served muffins. Perhaps l am lucky they don't. No longer have the news paper which for me is a disappointment. Go here twice a week on weekends and look forward to the coffee.

A fantastic little Elwood Cafe that came highly recommended to me by a friend. It didn't disappoint. The black rice pudding breakfast bowl is delicious and so pretty. The Soy Chai is amazing.

5 stars for the food, absolutely delicious healthy meals and well presented. But place itself looks so untidy, fabric chairs covered with stains, dirty walls and ceiling fan will thik layers of dust (luckily was off). Hopefully, the owner will refresh the place and will keep it clean, till then won't come back.
