Soooo
disappointed
with
Coffee
hit!!!
Cant
express
my
disappointment
more!!!
I
was
going
to
take
my
daughter
to
Monash
children
hospital
for
colonoscopy
at
12:30pm
and
drove
to
Westfield
literally
just
to
get
a
cup
of
Coffee
Hit
for
some
encouragement
myself.
Ordered
the
medium
size
and
after
checking
my
loyalty
card
I
fond
out
i
could
get
a
free
one
today
so
I
used
it.
Thinking
i
probably
need
to
stay
in
hospital
for
several
hours
so
i
checked
with
the
owner
whether
i
need
to
pay
extra
to
upgrade
to
large
size.
He
charged
$1.65
for
the
upgrade
and
im
happy
to
pay
without
a
hesitation.
Then
I
realized
why
so
much
difference
for
Medium
to
Large?!
He
replied
me
saying
normally
the
free
one
is
just
for
small
but
regular
customer
could
get
a
free
Medium
if
they
would
like
to
have
a
Medium.
I
felt
so
ridiculous
and
questioned
him
just
now
you
gave
Medium
for
free
and
now
charging
the
difference
from
Small
to
Large
just
because
i
would
like
to
pay
to
upgrade
to
Large?!
You
assumed
me
as
a
regular
customer
and
has
given
Medium
one
for
free
and
now
charged
differently??
Because
you
think
that
im
not
a
Regular?
Then
you
should
question
me
from
the
beginning.
Not
mention
ive
been
drinking
coffee
hit
for
so
many
years!!!
We
live
locally
in
Beverly
St
and
moved
to
this
area
like
7
years
ago,
ive
been
having
Coffee
Hit
since
then
and
it
is
the
only
Cafe
I
chose
every
time
I
came
to
Westfiled.
I
dont
mind
wether
they
increased
the
price
or
there
is
surcharge
during
public
holiday,
i
just
buy
it
because
i
love
it.
This
is
why
i
never
check
how
much
the
coffee
is
and
i
dont
really
care.
And
now
I
am
NOT
a
regular
customer
as
per
the
owner
and
i
felt
so
silly
and
ridiculous
that
i
was
treated
like
I
took
advantage
of
the
free
coffee!!!
That
is
so
annoying
especially
today
is
a
tough
day
for
me
because
of
my
daughter’s
situation
and
im
so
dum
to
drove
there
and
being
treated
like
this!!
im
so
stupid!!!
I
didnt
take
the
$1
back
from
the
owner
and
i
am
definitely
not
coming
back
again!!!
No
matter
how
much
i
like
their
coffee,
it
is
definitely
not
worth
for
me
going
there
ever
again!!!
As
a
owner,
you
cant
recognize
your
regular
customer,
and
lose
a
regular
for
just
$1!!!
Well
done!!
This
is
not
the
right
way
to
do
business
man.
