Huge and gorgeous park with lots of resting/picnic area. We went on weekday so it was not too crowded, easy to find car park. Have couples of bbq area, 2 big lakes, a playground a bit up the hill. You can take the steps to the top of the park for the top view of the area, can even see the city from here. Highly recommended! I will take my family back here again during autumn and spring for even better scenes.

Absolutely love coming here with my family and furry friend. From the open lawn area to different walking trails, each area presents a new adventure. There is such a variety of trees and plants which are home to an assortment of wildlife like ducks, birds, and bunnies, all adding to the park's charm. The beautiful lake is a standout feature especially on a sunny day and there are wooden deck chairs, benches and plenty of lawn surrounding for relaxing in the sunshine or having a picnic. This is definitely Berwick’s little piece of heaven.

The lake and greenery views here are gorgeous, particularly during golden hour. Taking a walk here makes me feel so at peace. My dog Kobie loves taking a walk here too, so he must feel the same way! There were also many cute ducks and bunnies waddling and hopping around, which made the park feel whimsical. Another thing that makes this place unforgettable is that this is where I got proposed to - my partner couldn't have chosen a more beautiful spot!

Absolutely stunning!! A must visit. It was most definitely worth the long drive for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole park. Nice information centre and toilets located all around. Nice cafe up on the little hill with seating available. Gorgeous lake views with mini waterfall. Lots and lots of greenery which is breathtaking. Lots of parking available. Such a huge space! Loved it all.

An enormous garden / park, perfect for wedding portraits. I wish we could have had more time to explore everything, but hopefully next time. Only difficulty/ challenge here is all the other photographers and wedding groups haha, just have to be patient and courteous

Great place for hanging out and family picnics! All the facilities are there. You can book a shelter for larger groups and there’s long walks, short walks, a large amphitheatre for events and they even do weddings. Car parking can be a bit scarce at times. Best to go early in the morning. Great place to meet up with friends.

This small gem was a former quarry that was transformed into a botanical park. Its beauty will take your breath, as the will hills.

Perfect weather for a walk around the park on a winter arvo. The beautiful picture is of Waterlily lake close from the visitor centre. Walkway into the lake with a view at the water level, excites the kids a lot!

A fabulously manicured botanic park with its three lakes, endless walks and look outs to Melbourne city, Port Phillip Bay and Western Port Bay. This beautiful park offers serenity in spades and is super dog friendly. We relaxed by Anniversary Lake with great coffee and delicious croissants from Gather.

Always been a remarkable place for walk, events or may be even relax. The park is extremely clean with ample parking spare. The size of the park is quite considerable and you would need at least 1 hour by foot to explore all corners of the park. Great for kids and the plants/flowers inside the park are quite amazing. Great view of surrounding. Council has done a great job for managing this park so far. 5 stars without a doubt.

Tho bikes are not allowed on the sign, it is still accessible for bikers...not sure if just a joke. We had a good time up and down the paths. Great place for taking children for picnic & spend leisure time. Peaceful garden with bunch of plants and trees. Like a heaven at the southeast part of melb. Free ticket & parking Easy entry with quick parking at right side after entering thr the gate

Beautiful part of the world, located off the princess hwy. There is a lake, plenty of garden area, picnic tables, shady spots, drinking taps, a cafe, toilets, and a reception area next to the carpark. Some great views here; and a good place to take photos for a special event. Can book areas for birthday parties inside the Botanic park.

It’s perfect spot for kids for birds spotting. It has some play areas, nicely built and secured. Also it’s easy walk for the elderly parents as well. There is a nice coffee shop try some freshly baked almond pistachios croissants. It’s yum!

Parking is difficult, but once you find that golden spot and head on in, you wont be disappointed. The grounds are well kept with different areas of interest. Playground, bbq, toilets, cafe, water, ducks, turtles, viewing platform, event area.

This was amazing worth every cent , if I could say where they could improve on is the food trucks , maybe have a few more or have them all together instead of spread wide out

We visited a Botanic at the night show. It was great but be aware of the logistics. The better way is to park at the Berwick train station of Fed Uni, and then take a free shuttle. We tried to park near the main entry, but it was a nightmare. And all other entries were closed. So we ended up parking at the train station.

Simply superb. Some of the prettiest botanical gardens I’ve had the privilege to run/walk through. Be prepared for hills, amazing views, well designed gardens and paths, great signage, lots of rabbits. Absolutely love it at Wilson Botanic.

What a beautiful garden! The particular day we visited, there was a light show and with the fog and light, it looked absolutely mesmerising! My favourite part of the garden was the water feature / mini pond where there is a ramp that lets you go almost to the middle. The special design allows you to be in line with the water surface!

Good place to go for a walk with family. Pets are welcome too. Few good spots for bbq, the play area will keep kids busy as well. Saw shed area that can host baby showers. Parking is big as well. Few moderate steep hills if you like to burn few calories along your evening stroll. Family and pet friendly. Washrooms are clean.

Visited a few weeks ago. Wonderful location for meeting up with friends and perfect for families. Plenty of bins and tables around, great for picnics. However possibly due to COVID the visitor centre was closed, one of the toilets were also unusable and piled with toilet paper. The gardens itself was beautiful and well maintained.

Absolutely beautiful and such lovely views. Nice mix of hills and flatter areas, just gorgeous. Even on a grey, drizzly morning it was stunning. Lots of people running and walking their dogs, with everyone just so friendly and welcoming. Will visit again in autumn when some of the trees start changing colour.

We visit regularly with our dogs as it's such a beautiful & relaxing place to go for a walk. The caretakers do a brilliant job with the plants & maintaining the property & most people who vist are respectful, clean up after themselves and dogs & follow all park rules. We have noticed that post-covid, numbers to the gardens have increased significantly so it can be hard to get a parking spot when the weather is warm & sunny. For those in Berwick South, there is an option to park at Federation Uni & take the shuttle bus. The walking tracks are suitable for different levels of mobility. There's a cafe to grab a coffee & light snack, BBQ area, children's playground equipment, three lakes, amphitheatre, picnic spots with tables, a lookout tower, sensory garden & so much more. Absolutely love Wilson Botanic Park.

Beautiful Park to visit if you’re living around. Plenty of parking space available. If you’re planning to host your birthday party here, please make-sure its a balloon-free park.

It's a lovely park, certainly have seen it more blooming in later spring/summer. Great kids play area at top section with shade (calves be burning getting up there). There's a couple of undercover spots you can hire for events. There's a nice little cafe. Certainly dog friendly (leashed). Only real issue is the parking fills up quickly on good weather days

The garden itself is nice, but the lack of parking is absolutely hectic... Totally under facilitating the capacity of the garden... We ended up driving in circles for over half an hour to get a parking spot and we were lucky.

Went here for the first time on a Thursday with my boys and husband. Came to learn that kick scooting is not allowed. It is a reasonably big park and great for a stroll. Terrain is quite flat with some climbs so, it is wonderful for elderly. Some pavements were gravel so, wheelchair bound visitors may need help. Lots of bbq pits, playground, benches and space for kids to play.

Absolutely stunning place for a walk or jog. You may also love to relax there and love the beauty of the lake and a few birds calling this lake their home. There is also a event shade for any sort of celebration. Moreover, a climb to the tower is pretty easy and you can witness the beauty of the South eastern suburbs from that tower. Great place for portrait, family, kids or pet photography. Do not miss it in autumn. 😉

It's a lovely park with picnic areas and BBQ facilities to relax with family and friends. There's a playground for the kids in a shaded area. There are various walking tracks around the park for those who enjoy going for a stroll. There's also a birdhide where you can watch various species of birds. There are public toilets and a parking lot too.

Morning was lovely it was quiet and easy to navigate. It is really busy during the day especially on a nice day. Definitely recommend it though, its a great view for something surrounded by houses.

A beautiful park where you can take your dog on leash for a walk. There's a children's play area, sculptures, cafe / restaurant and toilet facilities within the park. There's several different tracks around the park and even. some turtles in one of the natural lakes. Plenty of grassland areas for picnics and several benches around all the lakes for seating. Great for taking the dog for a walk!

Been here numerous times. And different seasons. Park is great with different plants and trees. Seeing the change across the season is great. Also, new developments coming up. A new waterfall feature is coming up soon. Never disappoints.

Delightful park with good walking tracks, beautiful landscaping and a small friendly outdoor cafe for light refreshment. Lots of people and their dogs enjoying this great space. Pretty Berwick village shops about a 5 minute walk away.

Always a go too place no matter what the weather is or time of day, plenty of paths to choose from and no two trips are ever the same. Fun times for the whole family, bring a picnic or bring something to cook on the many BBQS located all around the place, they've got a kids playground for the tin lids and plenty of stuff for your fur child to sniff and look at maybe bring your friends or family with you I'd recommend this for anyone. Don't forget to head out the back of the park to sit by the lake and bird watch it's always an escape from the world for a bit, love looking at the history out there, the steep quarry walls the wildlife the flowers everything let's you forget for a moment. Close to home close shops close to restaurants

Love walking here with my dog. It has a beautifully manicured garden, lots of green space. We sit by the lake, enjoy the serenity and a coffee from the small cafe that serves great coffee and snacks. Parking can be a problem when the park is busy.

Hidden gem. Absolutely gorgeous park, with somewhat challenging walk (big hills). Love it here, beautiful in all seasons. The cafe is a lovely bonus! Kids playground is great for my toddler and would be suitable for kids of older age too. Plenty of park benches and picnic tables. Highly recommend
