Lilydale Memorial Park is such a wonderfully, clean, quiet and peaceful place to be. Client Services Consultant 'Janice' who assisted me with designing my late fathers plaque was absolutely amazing with her friendliness, expertise and knowledge around options and designs available. Janice took the time to help me create a beautifully personalised plaque that pays tribute in a special and unique way to my father. Janice removed any stress and worry out of this difficult process and I cannot thank her enough!

Beautiful memorial park. It is so green, lined with rose bushes and trees, and it is peaceful. It doesn't have that bleak feeling that cemeteries tend to have so it's a pleasant place to visit your loved ones who have since departed. There is a section for burials and a section for those who have been cremated. There are facilities for funerals and wakes, and catering can be arranged.

Where we scattered my parents' ashes, and couldn't have chosen a better location - lovely and quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained.

A wonderfully peaceful place of final rest and to visit deceased loved ones. There are well established trees and establishing shrubs and the park has a Mount Dandenong backdrop. Large amount of unprepared land for future expansion. GMCT staff on site are very friendly and helpful and onsite facilities are very good.

Telephoned recently about a pre-purchased plot. Not the friendliest "face" of the cemetery that I hoped to find on the other end of the line. So different to former staff members. HR needs to be far more selective.

Visited the crematorium only once, Good facilities including a reception hall.. and the caterers were very good the day I was a there. Getting to it is not very convenient, as the roads are narrow and a bit windy in the Yarra valley.,, Scenic though to get there..

Not a fan of attending Cemetaries. Staff were friendly, courteous & made you feel comfortable whilst making enquiries. Situation a tad confronting but staff put you at ease. The gardens are very well kept, there is a chapel if you require it plus a reception room.

If you had to choose somewhere to be a last resting place, this is a lovely choice. The whole place has a peaceful feel and despite that it is a place associated with death, it has the feel of life, through the gardens and nature, all around. Sad to say I have family here as well as friends and have attended a number of funerals here and all were nicely done.

Very peaceful area and unlike most cemeteries a pleasant place to visit .lots of parking. Grounds very well looked after. Chapel has nice ambiance that I felt calm and was able to get through a very difficult day.

Covid 19 funeral for my father Roy James Mitchell. Very humble with only 10 guests allowed. Funeral director and staff all very sincere and polite people. Very caring during these times.

Visited my grandfathers grave at Lilydale memorial park on Christmas Day and was absolutely disgusted at the state of the grounds. No grounds maintenance has been carried out in a long time. Tall weeds, and long grass through out the site. Clearly there is no respect shown for not only families visiting your cemetery but also for our loved ones who we have regretfully entrusted into your care. This was once a pristine cemetery.

So not happy with this place I sent flowers and no one knows where they ended up, after several calls they said they were on the casket which is so not true, as I was there and their was only one arrangement. These people seem to not know what is going on. Maybe you should leave more time between services so people aren't rushed off. Absolutely appauling!.
