Stopped here while driving home from Geelong appointment back to Warrnambool.. if you aren't a local..make sure that you take note of where u park and there is signs to help with that... last time i got lost trying to fing my car but knew better this time. Lots of shops inside though.. handy with lots of brand name shops as well as smaller individual shops. Love the variety here.

Was a beautiful warm sunny day, when we went there, I remember the day well and the lady serving in the cafe didn't dissapoint. Overall the staff in the shopping Centre were courteous and friendly.

Purely dedicating this review to the toilets near the food court 24/04 7pm. The signs at both men's and women's toilet entrance said 'wet floor cleaning in process', however-thats about the only cleaning done. Every single toilet had filthy bowls with skid marks, or otherwise unflushed toilet paper. There was wet shredded toilet paper on the entire floor, clearly not swept. The sink benches were soaked wet and not cleaned whatsoever. Cleaning is not just mopping. Super gross!

Great place , could do with a couple of bench seats in bigger stores such as Kmart and Target to help the elderly have a rest and keep shopping, instead they leave as fast as they can as they need to sit. Carpark is hit and miss also.

  • 5/5 Drago H. 6 months ago on Google
I never had any problems very fast service and kind and you go into the fast service lane. That's where you will get served faster. Highly recommend I bieng shopping there long time.

  • 5/5 Nicola J. 1 year ago on Google
Easy accessible parking and most of the shops you would need. Nice places to eat. Clothing stores to suit all ages and genders. Cinema and quite a few Specialty stores.

This place is huge and has so many great shops. It need better entrance points which are easier to get to and needs way better AC during summer. I went here on a 30 degree day and it felt the same inside as it did outside.

Good size centre with plenty stores to look in. Pity their food court is kind of small. For the size of centre it does need a bigger eating area.

Renovating 2 cafes at same time. Inconvenient... had to walk for miles to find somewhere open. I was with someone with a walker and it was very difficult. From any car park, no easy access to the shops. Terribly planned.

Shopping centre offers a wide range of services. Needed a watch battery fitted, found man behind counter very rude to my mother. Hard of hearing (mum), he tried to take her purse without her permission because he thought she was taking too long, all the time talking to others whilst serving her

Choice of shops are serviceable for a local shopping centre, and parking is generous, if not slightly narrow to comfortably make turns. It would be better if they took the opportunity to shade the carpark and place solar on the roof of the shaded parking. Much better use of the space.

Great centre. Worth a visit. Plenty of parking. Good selection of shops.

  • 3/5 Juggy W. 1 year ago on Google
It's not a bad place, but I do knock it hard for the lack of public seating throughout. Food court is fine for this unless peak time and you need just a seat.l, so I suggest you take a Rollator or Wheelchair.

Food is great, just disappointed when you don't get the free garlic bread. We always get the garlic bread when it's not needed but as soon as you rely on getting the usual free garlic bread, you don't get one. Just be consistent, is it one garlic bread with a family/king size pizza or not? Once you realize your not getting the bread, it's too late to order one.

Been away for a couple of years never seems to get any smaller. This shopping complex has a great range of shops. Not just phone and jewellery shops like a lot of other complexes

What a great place to get all your jobs done on a Sunday Morning. In and out un about 2 hours, that's record time for me with a 12 month old terror 🤪

Love this centre more than Westfield I love Kmart and the best parking. Geelong is very poor regarding free parking…

Love a trip to waurn ponds as plenty of choice of shopping areas and shops and the regular shops tend to be bigger too than my local ones too. Well worth a trip down there 🙂

Walked into Kathmandu, got what I wanted in under a minute, walked out. I like this type of shopping, sans wife or daughter. Also like K...

This is the worst subway I have ever experienced. Being one of the healthier and fresher food choices around you wouldn’t expect to almost be crying before you even order. You’re running a one woman show, and she dances to the soundtrack of god knows what in her safety violation of a pair of headphones. “Open at 8am” I’ve never been lied to more severely. Go across the road for better service

Its good. Plenty of parking, plenty of shops, buses aplenty. Lotta places to eat or have a coffee. Entries and exits for cars are a bit janky and require caution which most people apply.

  • 5/5 San S. 6 months ago on Google
lots of shops to choose from.. apart from Myers if Westfield's geelong is too far from you.. this should be your go to.. it has everything!

  • 4/5 Katie C. 6 months ago on Google
"Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre", well, nice to see it has K-mart and Coles! Isn't Geelong becoming a bigger Melbourne Suburban attachment now! Getting a car park is just like Melbourne. That's the "Population Growth" though! 🛒 👨 👩 👶

So far as shopping centres go it's ok. Would of course prefer it to be bigger and to replace its giant parking lot with an underground one to remove the unsightly mass of cars huddled around it, and to replace that parking space with shops, but it would probably come at the expense of every other business in the area so I suppose I should be careful of what I wish for!

  • 5/5 Sam M. 8 months ago on Google
Honestly there's not much you can't buy here. It's a vast sprawl of nearly every retailer. The stores carry the full range of products and there's always plenty of parking. The only thing missing to make it perfect is Kmart and Spotlight. But you don't really miss them with all the other options here. The hardest part is working out which road to turn into, depending on which shops you're going to. Once you've learnt that, there's no stopping you.

It’s a nice shopping centre with all the must haves for Australia. The cinema here is great and the boost juice is yummy 🤤. I wouldn’t of minded more creative types of stores but that’s okay.

  • 5/5 Treesa Mary J. 8 months ago on Google
This is a pretty big shopping complex. You can get groceries, meds, restaurants to a lot of shops here. Pretty good for a one stop for all needs.

  • 5/5 Sharron R. 11 months ago on Google
So many shops to choose from. I think if you need it you will find it here . Great places to each and the cinema is right there . You could easily spend the day here

  • 3/5 Gaye C. 8 months ago on Google
Target & a few stores are worth visiting. Parking is a problem & some car drivers can be extremely unpleasant.

  • 4/5 Chris Von D. 8 months ago on Google
Very good round of shops, plenty to go to and have a look around, most the shops are in good nick and have shock on shelves

  • 5/5 Vignesh T. 9 months ago on Google
I live close to the mall, everything you need is at the mall, coles, k mart, target, woolies, reading cinemas, more than 30 restaurants, many more and you also have hungry Jack's, Maccas, subway, Aldi just opposite. It's a great place if you live nearby as you don't have to travel much for anything.

  • 4/5 Jeff O. 2 years ago on Google
Huge range of fashion, home accessories and food venues. There is a good range of mens clothing too - it's not just for the ladies or the tweens. The Target, Kmart and Coles stores are all really big and have the full range of products. Grab a pork and gravy roll while you are there from the food court. You wont regret it (unless you are vego or vegan). 😉

  • 3/5 R L. 1 year ago on Google
Very busy now and car parks are tricky to find. A good range of quality shops for the size of the centre.

  • 3/5 John B. 2 years ago on Google
The food court still needs more vendors, and the overall joint needs better exterior access to gain entry. You literally have to walk on the road to get inside most accesses. Dangerous in some spots for children to blindly walk ahead, and bizarrely some outdoor businesses have no interal access. You gotta walk miles sometimes.

Waurn Ponds shopping centre is my closest shopping centre to my home I enjoy the variety of shops/foodie stops under cover and I have been able to complete my Christmas shopping at the centre

  • 5/5 Amy E. 1 year ago on Google
This shopping centre has grown so much over the years. Lots of entrances, lots of parking, however, it does get quite busy. Be careful in the car park. There are heaps of retail shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. There is also the cinema close by, which is quite affordable compared to Melbourne pricing. It's no Chaddy, but it's pretty good for the area. Not too far from the highway, easy enough to get in and out.

A fantastic shopping centre. Would rather go here than geelong CBD. Great array of shops and amazing food, Grill'd is our go-to when we go there. Super accessible vie the ringroad also.

Air conditioned, plenty of seating, food hall, loads of free parking on all sides, cinema, speciality stores. Located conveniently.

Parking the car is a big issue. Far too many people. Expect a long walk from one end of the complex to the other end. Only go there if l want to visit the COBBLER shop (shoe repairs).

Is a great all round centre, went at 1pm on a Friday. Only thing was super busy. Since market square started charging again for parking, it's a ghost town.

Pretty food place to go shopping, except for that little phone repair place near the telstra shop there towards target end. They are rip offs. Broke my sons ipad with dodgy parts and it was bricked. Not very happy with them. Dogs.
