This is definitely one of the better suburban parks. It's quite large and is a great place for a lunch time or weekend break, a sit at the small lake, or a stroll or walk with your pooch. There's BBQ facilities, table and seating, toilets, shade, playgrounds, outdoor fitness equipment, a walking path, a tennis club, a bowling club, as well as a number of sports fields. As well as being well laid out and well maintained, it's well located and close a number of good coffee shops. It's a fun and very relaxing place.

What a beautiful park! It's like visiting the country what with its pond, ducks water features, bridges, etc etc, so so lovely. Good play area for kids but also fantastically they also have a sensory play area for kids who prefer that environment. Nice place for a meander or a picnic. Just sweet. Go for a stroll.

Love the walk, the trees and shade. The ducks are a great addition and I can’t wait to see the creepers on the new arbor when they are fully grown!

Lovely, spacious park with lots of beautiful trees. There’s a nice track that goes around the entire park if you would like a longer walk, but plenty of space to sit down (both benches and on the grass) if you’re just here to enjoy some time outdoors. Lots of parking here and there are toilets and playgrounds. Many birds by the lake. Definitely would recommend a visit!

Love this park, especially walking around it at sunset. Best thing is the chess tables by the pond. I use to like the geese as well but they have gone to a better place now. Still cool but doesn't have the English park like look anymore.

Caulfield Park is a curated space, and these photos are only half of it. There are three playgrounds, a number of ovals, cricket nets, basketball hoops, exercise stations, the rotunda, numerous picnic spots with cover and electric bbqs, a lake, lawn bowls club, tennis courts, public toilets, off-leash dog area, and lots of parking on the surrounding roads and limited parking within the grounds. A mostly gravel path surrounds the park; it's about 2 km in length and is populated by runners, joggers, people walking, kids on bikes, and the occasional wheelchair. There are also paths through the park and the ones toward the Hawthorn Road side are somewhat covered by tree canopy. That area also has most of the lawn, making it a popular spot in nice weather for sitting on blankets, lying in the grassy, or undertaking various types of exercise (very occasionally trapeze ropes are strung up between trunks of trees and performers with exquisite balance practice not falling off). The landscape is mostly flat, with a hillock in the south east corner the only substantial rise in the terrain, so walking around is not challenging. And if you are in need of refreshment, the cafes on Hawthorn Road are close-by. As are a number of tram stops and even Malvern Station, which makes Caulfield Park public transport accessible. Overall, this is a well used and well tended space for people of all ages.

Love this park. It’s so big and has so much to offer. It has lovely areas for kids to play on swings and a lovely pond/small lake with lots of wildlife. It’s also a great dog park too!

Caulfield park is a fantastic local and community based park. Features from soccer fields, more soccer fields, tennis training areas. The track around the park is around 2.3km, a great running track for some laps. Most importantly, many doggos visit this park.

This park has an open minded and freewheeling attitude. The birds feel it, the yummy mummies having a walk appreciate it, the Hasidic families get it too with their cute little soccer feels. Cockatoos seemed pretty happy too, and the trees were also showing off for autumn. All in all I’d say it’s a very generous and welcoming park, would be in it again.

Large park with multiple ovals and lots of space for your dog to run around. Park also has rubbish bins provided everywhere and adequate drinking taps as well for both dogs and humans. The park is also maintained very well with most of the ovals/areas with nice soft grass and not so muddy like other parks

Great park with a variety of sporting facilities, plenty of space, easily accessed by tram, and well-maintained. I visit often to play tennis and always enjoy seeing how well-attended and utilised the entire park is.

Caulfield Park is one of the best in Melbourne for its variety of attractions, from soccer playground to dog walk areas, picnic tables, BBQ facilities, lake and more. The trees are fantastic and birds always flying around even ducks in the lake. Su much fun for kids and grown ups.

lovely park!! had a picnic with friends there, and one of them was able to get an ice-cream from the ice-cream truck. all i really wish is more swingsets not for babies, but maybe i didn't spot them. lovely scenery and lake as well, along with cheerful atmosphere :)

I would rate 10 out of 10 for this - the best park and the biggest park with 4-5 cricket pitch and 3-4 kids play area - has beautiful lake lots of ducks and a very big separate dog park- this is like my second home in caulfield ❤️❤️

Love the playgrounds here, good for children and a nice walk throughout the park. Be careful if you see the gooses, they can be calm by themselves but if they realised you have food in your hand they will follow and chase over for the food.

Good sized park in this area. They have a pond where you can spot water birds. It's a great park and I think it also has a children's park in one corner. Lots of parking available too.

Wonderful park for all seasons, activities and occasions. Go for an early morning walk, a family picnic, a coffee with a friend, feeding the ducks, playing your favorite sport on one of the green ovals, running with your dog or reading a book, in a beautifully maintained grounds. Sanity incarnate 😎😁

Great space for taking your pups off lead and letting them have a run around. Lots of ovals and space makes for an excellent off the lead walk with pleasant company and well maintained grassy areas etc.

Great local park. Beautiful walking path that traverses through a few main roads in the area. The pond there is filled with ducks and birds and the main grass area is a beautiful stretch of dog friendly greenery.

The best parks in the area as has a few different playgrounds with lots of tables. Cricket nets, tennis wall and a 2.2km jogging track. I've also never found it crowded which is great.

Caulfield Park is a beautiful space surrounded by trees and gorgeous flowers. There’s also a lake in the middle of the park with too cute ducks! It’s such a perfect picnic spot, although unfortunately no coffees/cafes in the area.

It's clear this is a popular choice with many people enjoying the well planned walkways and grass areas. Great time to visit now as the geese have new additions to the family and are happy for the attention.

Bridges, pond, geese with chicks, ducks with chicks, people of all ages sitting on picnic rugs and walking around, rotunda, sporting grounds, dog off leash area, and large trees. The park is well maintained and used. What a delight to visit here on a warm spring day for first time in 3 years. I enjoyed meeting my son here for a walk and chat very much.
