It is often hard to find variety and flavour when it comes to vegetarian / vegan food (particularly outside of the city) Given the interior decor which resembles a sauna this place must have been a pioneer back in the day when it first opened That being said the pizzas were different Now different can be bad but in this case it was good We are talking about some seriously funky combinations though that being said they were still delicious in their own right ! The best part is probably the home made dough; this cooks so well and tastes amazing :)

Super healthy and yummy pizza for the vegetarian and vegans! You can eat in (a few tables inside) or take away (call before you leave home if you are a local, which usually takes 10-15 mins only). Customise whatever ingredients you want or not want (I always skip the olives) and trust their menu even they look so bazaar for some..... The banana pizza is extremely nice!! Don't judge the look because your taste buds and guys are going to love it!

My family and I are new to veganism and were craving a good pizza that would not get on the way of our new dietary restrictions. We found Nostralis, ordered 3 different pizzas and all 3 were delicious! The gentleman in charge was very understanding of our lack of experience and gave us great suggestions. He was friendly, kind and fast. We will definitely be frequent customers.

Nostralis are well-known for their vegetarian pizzas, but they are now also open for lunch (Jaffles but no pizzas). I tried the jaffle with chicken (mock chicken slice), avocado, mayo, pineapple and soy cheese. It was really nice, and a pretty decent price compared to the other local shops. The staff members who served us was very friendly as well.

Easily one of the best pizza places I’ve been to in my life. They stack toppings high, have an excellent menu and great customer service.

This is a caulfield institution for a reason. The mock meat pizzas are definitely worth a try. The dough has a deliciously distinct flavour and the toppings are combined in a way you'll want to try them all.

There is no other pizza place like Nostralis. Guilt free pizza. The Vindaloo pizza is unique and epic.

i don’t think anyone else does pizza like these guys , proper old school unpretentious vegetarian and vegan, hasn’t changed since the 90s apparently and it shows in the best way, this is a local institution . you must give it a try ♥️

WOW... these pizzas what can you say....where do you begin... It may look like your average neighborhood pizza joint, but Nostralis Pizza is anything but! I wandered in with my family on a Tuesday night which you would normally expect to be quite, but on the contrary the kitchen was pumping out pizza after pizza, and we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and this incredible aroma of pizza. Vegetarian is not my forte, so we let the owner decide for us and in a matter of minutes out came these amazing smelling pizzas and again our expectations continued to be exceeded. The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully and everything was either vegetarian or vegan and with gluten free options. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit.

This is a healthy vegetarian pizza resturant. The wholemeal base is their specialty. They also have vegan options. My friend absolutely loves the bean and banana pizza. I tried the one with artichoke and the one with pineapple and sultanas. They were enjoyable. Def try this place. Staff very friendly

ordered from the ‘veganation’ branch of this restaurant on uber eats after reading some good reviews. I ordered the hippie bowl and the mini lentil pizza (solo combo) and it did not disappoint! honestly one of the best salad bowls i’ve had for a while and the mini pizza was the perfect size! very, very happy to have tried this place out and will definitely be ordering here again.

Nostralis's pizzas are so unique and yummy. I have been eating them for 15+ years. Pity we live in Bendigo and only get to have them every now and then. Came here by accident as I was lured by the smell of pizza walking past.. and the taste backed up the smell! I had a small Vindaloo + soft drink. Pizza was cheesy, juicy, and filled to the edge (which I love). The small size is about 1.5 meals portion of what I usually eat. On top of this, I also like the friendly services. The shop allows you to leave your name card on the board if you have any businesses/services. I thought this was a cute community gesture.

This is an established business that has been around a long time. I used to get take away here 12 years ago and now living much closer, enjoy dining in once per month. So far have sampled about half the menu of approx 30 pizzas and never disappointed. Highly rfecommended, also for non-vegetarians who can enjoy meat free healthy food.

This has been a Caulfield institution for many, many years & it has never compromised on quality. The pizzas have consistently been delicious...you never get a bad one. A real healthy, vegetarian treat. These are my favourite pizzas - no other pizza place comes close. And they have even added delicious vegan desserts. Yum!

Best pizza I’ve ever had, hands down. Excellent quality, and a great variety of vegetarian toppings. The artichoke pizza is my personal favourite, they really pile on the toppings generously and it’s absolutely delicious. Also a big fan of the broccoli and the pumpkin. And the wholemeal bases are even better than regular white bases - just give it a try and you’ll be hooked.

As a consumer of Nostralis Pizzas since the 80’s, I have yet to come across a better pizza anywhere in the world. The Ridotto with chilli has been my all time favourite, but they are all unique, and unbelievable taste sensations, and I’m not even a vegetarian!! Matched only by the hard working guys that are always there to put these masterpieces together. All power to you guys. ⭐️⭐️ Seven stars!!

Highly recommend this lovely little pizza place in Caulfield! There is a massive variety of vego and vegan pizzas to choose from and I love that there is no meat at all for a 100% vegetarian experience! Great serving sizes and we'll priced too. The setting is a cozy family vibe and smells great from the pizza oven? there are also yummy vegan cakes available for dessert and coffee too to complete the experience!

Absolutely delectable vegetarian (vegan options) pizzas. Would recommend the 'cheating' Pepperoni pizza. Superb!

Nostralis have a fantastic range of vegetarian and vegan pizzas to choose from. We had the cheating pepperoni and mushroom pizzas which were so well balanced with flavour. I'd also like to acknowledge the manager's assistance to resolve an incorrect order when using uber eats for the first time. They listened to my issue and were able to help resolve the incorrect order. Highly recommend and definitely try their mushroom pizza ?

Delicious and so nice to have the healthier options. Sometimes undercooked, sometimes overcooked but quality ingredients. A little heavy handed on the tomato pizza sauce so ask for less if you don't like it too saucy

I do not know why this place has such great reviews. I ordered the chicken pizza and it arrived with a not only soggy base, but completely raw. Raw topping, raw soggy base and completely inedible. Pics attached
