Wish I could give it a 0! Very disappointed, Before 1 month ago I placed order for red velvet cake but that time they told me yes we will make it then after next day they told me we can’t make it. Then i went to shop for face to face order that time one of the lady told me we can make that cake but you have to order at least 3 kg cake in red velvet. If you don’t want to make this type of cake so why you take my order 3kg.Then before one day ago they cancel my order. I am very disappointed for this time and also i will never order again in isher bakery shop and we ordered in isher bakery since 4 years and we ordered around 20 cake till now.But this time very disappointed. never come back in your store.

Never order customized cake. Its few times now and this time they just ruined my son's birthday. I ordered a minecraft cake but the cake itself look like that they put zero effort in it. does not even decorate it properly. My son was so dissappointed. I expected little more than this. If it was not possible for them to make it properly, they can tell their customers clearly. It was really importany for my son. very disappointed

Please don't order custom cakes. I had chosen a design from the chart that they provided me and still it was different to what was promised. They are clueless as to why and how it happened. While cutting the cake, I found hair inside the cake. They were again clueless as to how it got there. Unapologetic, rude and pathetic customer service. They promised 50% refund and I had to chase it for a week and finally had to let it go. Kudos to the audacity and shamelessness. Updated on 26th May - The cake never matched the design (169 of your chart). I had only asked to exclude the fondant car. Yes, the clueless manager called me after chasing you guys for 2 days. Refund was the only option provided and that too only 30$ (which is maybe the profit). Check your CCTV footage to see how the hair got in cake as well. I have not received anything in my bank account so stop lying that you have processed refund already. I never asked for refund nor do I need it now.

No doubt their eggless cakes tastes good but in terms of looks I have ordered custom cake twice and they ruined the whole theme. First time I had a Thomas cake image and ordered it in a square shape but they did rectangle and the whole image was stretched and looked awkward. When I told them they apologised and promised to do better next time. Second time they ruined the color of my custom cake besides giving the 2 pictures and complete explanation about the color right while ordering as our theme was based on Orange color. When we picked the cake it was complete disappointment. They literally said 'We can only say sorry and can't do anything.' I am not ordering any more custom cakes from them. I already wasted too much money for destruction of our party themes.

Cake was okay but the staff was so rude. I called them but the staff doesn’t have any manner to talk with customers. Jesus! I travelled 1.2 hours to get the cake and the girl have 0 manner. Management needs to teach them how to be courteous. I won’t recommend this bakery.

not recommended this buisness at all, unprofessional staff management and not even managing the online orders, i ordered a cake for my baby shower a week before and payment was made online and money was deducted from my account, when i went there to pickup the cake and isher bakery did not made a cake and saying that they will give me my cake on next day after the event and highly disappointed, keep asking me that they will make only next day because it was not in their schedule, then they made a cake using different flavour which i did not ordered at all. They donr know how to manage their orders, spoiled my event, not once but twice, i also ordered cake for my husband’s birthday and ask them to made blue floral cake and they did pink floral cake. They dont even take their customer seriously, and owner does not even have guts to talk to customer and keep telling the front staff to speak to customer which they cant help u. My guests were waiting for us almost 50 mins and this bakery made me wait 50 mins in their shop.

Got paneer rolls and mix vegetable rolls the other day.. the mix vegetable rolls were alright, baked well and the pastry was nice and flaky, crispy instead of being dry and soggy.. the paneer roll on the other hand was a complete let down, hardly any filling inside (I could see inflation hitting hard here). The pastry was dry and a bit sad.. overall I guess they could do better with the rolls at the $4-5 price.. biting into just pastry more than half of the time is no fun..

Ordered A red velvet cake for my birthday which was spoilt and tasted yuck. It tasted and smelled like vomit . Our guest could not even take the smell of it or have it as it was stinking . The cream used was spoilt as well . 2 of our guest felt ill and we’re vomiting after having this cake. We called the Clayton store and was told this is how the red velvet cake smells and tastes .REALLY?? It’s not the first time we had a red velvet cake and this was purely a spoilt cake which they didn’t want to accept and hung up the phone . Next day we went to the store to show them the cake and the staff said they will keep the cake and the owner or manager will call us back to discuss . It’s been a week we are trying to call them and no one is answering the phone nor returning our calls . Stay away from this bakery as they sell spoilt stuff and will ruin your occasion .

Had a great experience with this bakery, had to get a vegan cake last minute for my 21st and this just happened to be the closest place to my house that could do it with only 2 days notice. The cake was absolutely DELICIOUS! Probably the best vegan chocolate cake I've had and my party guests loved it too! Will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends!

Bought a rasgulla cake yesterday. Asked to put a heart with PFS on it. Got back a very pathetic looking heart..my dissatisfaction was clearly mentioned but the girl just stared at me and asked for the payment...no sorry Sir...no "will redo the heart" thing!! Lots of chemicals, cake I received was bitter, I called the shop but not even wants to apologise what to speak of refund. I just throw in the bin. Never go for Colored cake. I think they have to taste first and sell. Price also increased from $30 to $40 -$45 which is not worth it.

No doubts their cakes taste good, but they literally don’t care about the customers. I placed a take away order, it got accepted and when I went to pick up my order, they literally said that we don’t have the cake you ordered as it was so busy. Then what’s the point in exploring all those various cake options if we cannot get what we pay for. Looks like they are not interested about customer satisfaction.

Ordered the Vanilla pineapple 1/2 kg dahlia design cake for my daughters bday. Cake was very delicious, nice and light with a great fresh pineapple flavor. The cake was also beautifully designed and the right portion size for us (6-8 serves). Made an Isolation birthday that bit brighter, thanks.

The girl was in super rush to pack the cake like there are people waiting in an wmpty shop. She put the cake in the used box! Sorry, but the cream of the cake looks so old and dry. We litterly putting in the bin (I'm sorry!) I normally go to the vegan cake shops in Western melbourne and never had any problem. This was my first time here. Can you please improve your standards? Also, please breath on your cookies and you can smell something.

I have paid $90 for this cake. I was very excited because i bought this cake for my husband’s birthday but when we celebrated the birthday and tasted the cake it was sour and doesn’t feel its fresh. I’ll not recommend anyone to buy cake from Isher bakery. It was a worst experience and spoiled the whole birthday.

We ordered a birthday cake from Isher bakery recently and it was the worst experience. We ordered a two layer cake which was the same height as a single layer, each of the layers were very thin. I have never seen such a small two layer cake in my life. The cake was topped with a thick layer of icing and there was hardly any cake under the icing. We threw the cake in the rubbish, as it was not eatable. I am very disappointed as it was difficult to serve this to our guests and it was so embarrassing. The cake costed us $260 however this should have really been worth around $50. I also emailed them a photo of the cake we wanted with a lots of explanation.

Poor quality cakes - not worth it. If you're ordering a cake for a special occasion like a birthday party where you're inviting guests, kindly avoid ordering it from this shop. Avoid last-minute surprises - this is from our own experience. We ordered a 2.5kg cake for a special occasion, our daughter's birthday party. We gave them specific instructions on how the cake should look like, and provided them with pictures of some cakes similar to what we wanted. However, the cake that they made after one week was ordinary at best. No proper finishing on the layer of the cream, you can clearly see holes in the attached picture. It seems the person who made the cake is not skilful or the machinery they use is ordinary or cheap. We paid around $140 for the cake but it is not worth even half of it. What's worst the owner of this business did not even acknowledge that the cake they made looked ordinary and could have been made better. So kindly avoid buying a cake from this shop especially if you need it for a special occasion.

The cakes are amazing. But the delivery option is not unreliable. We ordered a cake for my Father's 75th Birthday. The cake was never delivered. It was a big fiasco and embarrassment as we had invited people over and there was no cake.

I ordered a 2kg vegan choc roses cake for my dad's 70th. While the ordering process was very easy and the cake looked good. The actual texture of the cake was kinda doughy and undercooked tasting. Most guests only had a taste of the cake, but didn't finish their piece. The cake did stick to the side of the box in places, but maybe unavoidable? When I called the day before to confirm the cake would be ready. The person was very short with me, didn't even ask the order number. Just said if the cake is for tomorrow it will be ready tomorrow. Which I guess answered my question, but didn't instill me with confidence. I'm undecided whether I would order from here again.

I’m sorry to say that if you want to customise the cake according to your need, they will charge you without even giving a thought to it. I ordered a rasmalai cake which was of $45. But instead of their own design, I wanted to add 3-4 extra pieces of rasmalai on the cake so that it looks bit full of rasmalai. They charged me $80 for the cake just for adding 3-4 extra pieces of rasmalai on it. Moreover, the cake was over moist that its layers were already mixed up (infact messed up) with the cream. It was full of cream. Its taste was good but the so called rasmalai which was on the top was more like a rasgulla. No malayi at all. You should instead change this cake’s name to rasgulla cake. No pieces of rasgulla/rasmalai inside the cake. Very overpriced and not met the expectations. Online ordering is good, and sending the quote for the customized cake is even good. But plz provide a legitimate price for what a customer demands for. This cake should not be more than $45 as quoted on their website. Thumbs down this time Isher Bakery. Very disappointed.

This bakery used to be our favourite for many years. Always mouth melting and fresh that we kept promoting it verbally. But after the new expansion, the quality and taste both has gone down drastically. Tried three different flavours in the last few months but really sad to say that it's not the same quality anymore. 😔

The cake had a price tag of $50, but the lady demanded $55, arguing that the displayed price was incorrect due to extra toppings. Instead of acknowledging the displayed price and apologizing, she insisted on the higher amount.

Been buying from Eggless Bakers for years now. They're really reliable, make fantastic cakes and have wonderful packaging. I would love to see them focus more on sustainability and I love how they are using less icing on the sides of the cake! <3 Highly reccomend to buy from them, don't think twice!

I had a very great experience at the isher eggless bakers in Clayton. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Both the girls in the front are very helpful. I have going there for many years now and always wanted customised cakes. I spend lot of time in explaining my designs and they also spend their quality time in suggesting things for the customisation . Their suggestions for cakes always worked for me and the cakes looks and tastes very very good. Both the girls are very welcoming and attentive to the requirements of the clients. Also, the staff coordinates very well with each other and delivers the best service. It’s a must visit place for all the customisation of cakes. Highly recommended.

I had an order placed for "Red and Pink roses" under the category of birthday cakes. But what I got was a White and Pink rose cake without even the basic 'Happy birthday' wish written on it.

Learnt about this cake shop online and placed an order for a blackforest cake very easily through their site. I didn't place any follow up calls or emails after I placed my order, nor did I provide a pick up time on the day I choose. Order was ready when I sent my brother to pick it up at around 2-3pm on a Saturday. No issues were reported back to me about customer service. Only reason I mention this is because of another review here so I just wanted to clarify I didn't have an issue with ordering online or the pick up. Everyone thought the cake was really good when I asked them! I didn't buy the cake because it was eggless, but I don't think anyone would have even known the difference. If you're an omni who's not keen on the idea of an eggless cake, have no fear, it's just as delicious as a cake with egg! I think I would have preferred a bit more cream and cherries between the layers but that's moreso a very personal preference since everyone else thought it was a good ratio (I'm very much a huge cream and fruit girl to the dismay of my family who loves cakey goodness 🙈). Another reviewer mentioned the handwriting could be improved and I'd have to agree that it would have looked nicer more centred but I understand it can be a bit tricky to place customised messages. The cakes were also very affordable and I would highly recommend giving them a try. Definitely will purchase again. EDIT: Have tried more of their cakes out! Love their vanilla cake but their red velvet was pretty dry and we didn't even finish half of the cake despite sharing the small cake among 6 adults. So will give that a miss next time!

We ordered the customized cake and we were told it would be made with butter cream, but it came up as fondent cake which was not so edible and taste was not up to the standard.

I actually wanted to give Zero but wasn’t possible, wanted to place an order they asked go on website and do it , I placed inquiry they didn’t even bother their selves to reply, called twice after to ask if they can do it or not but they said ok will find out n let u know, called again and again , people are so rude they don’t care about customers at all , may be getting enough business so they don’t want business anymore, wasted my time. Like if you can’t even respond customer how they will come back to u with this kind of behaviour that you got. Really disappointed.

If you want your child and yourself to get sick this is the place to get cake from. The staff Manager herself gets very rude when we complain and told her about the sickness caused by their cake. The owners are very dodgy and it is a big disrespect to Sant Isher singh ji by usng their name for business and robbing people by selling rotten cakes. Me and my daughter got sick after eating their cake and when spoke to owner she strongly denied the cake is smelly and old. Very disappointed also I made a complain to casey council now. Not recommended at all.

Yesterday I came to the store and bought some slices and biscuits. The taste was very good and even though the store was very busy, the staff was very friendly. The appreciated thing is that it was closing time but still she served to customers. We will come back again and highly recommended.
