We got the Chilli Aioli burger boxes and pineapple fritters, neither of which we have any complaints about. The person who served us was polite and efficient. :)

Both stores at Southern Cross station don't have any of the fried chicken range. Really disappointing, you'd expect a flagship store in a location like this. These burgers with the previous patties no longer compete with options at Hungry Jacks, KFC and McDonalds, all of which are options right in this area.

Tables needed a clean - not wiped down. Staff friendly and helpful. Chicken tasty, ,chips a bit underdone. Tropical meal only $6. This branch is not part of rewards programme.

Chicken was dry and chips had no flavour. Staff had no idea what they were doing let alone have good customer service skills. I ordered “loaded fries” and that’s what I got in the picture but the poster for it was completely different. Wouldn’t pay $5 for this ever again

Absolutely the rudest service I've ever experienced. The older lady at the front desk should not be there if she can't handle pressure Her exact words spoken quiet loudly I'm taking a break in a minute I've had it Then proceeded to slam utensils around and also slam the cash register I come here every Thursday but will never return

Is this what you call chicken loaded chips🤔🤔🤔🤔. Hardly any chicken pieces and no gravy. Worst deal.

Rude staff didn't let me use a voucher from red rooster royalty. Doubt I'll be back.

I was eating my buttermilk wings, found that it was still cold and frozen in the centre. Everything else tasted average. I find it's a bit overpriced for bland food.

Customer service was horrendous. I stood in front of the register for a good six minutes waiting and, the man who I assume is the supervisor, just ignored me. My partner also had gravy that smelt and tasted heavily of curry. I do not recommend this Red Rooster as it is tacky and poor of service.

As a take away customer you'd expect to be given a napkin at the least in your bag. When asked, the lady serving me said "there should be" but gave me a napkin anyway. There wasn't one in the bag. Would have been nice to have been given a spoon for the mash and gravy as well as I'm now sitting on a train with no way of eating it. Burger was cold, chips soggy.
