The food was amazing and so was the service. A beautiful girl with a head scarf served us and she made sure we had everything we wanted. She went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Will definitely come back.

I am local and been to this place few times. It seems owner hasn’t been changed recently (or in last 10 months). Change of management reflected in size of serve. Churros for two we have ordered but size of churros were joke. They have reduce the size of churros which is not sufficient for two. Look at the photo. Skinny churros not worth of $18… not going back there anymore as we can go to Oporto if we can’t have good dessert from well known franchise. Two star because they prepared food ontime. —————-// Sorry changing my review to one star now. I found the photo of last year when we been to Werribee store. The previous owner has serve good size serve. Cutting the corner with serve size is not good way to keep customers happy. You need to learn this basics.

Enjoyed a simple lemon-tart with cream and chocolate coated strawberries! Unfortunately I had to share the strawberries…..got caught out! Mango fruity drink & ice chocolate full cream - go hard or go home for all the wrong reasons!Enjoyed the outdoor area scenery too. Not sure if it’s halal (seen a lot of hijabis & assumed🫣)

Running the show with 1 barista on a Saturday afternoon, the day before Mother's day (peak shopping), is a huge fail! You can't have people waiting 15-20 minutes for a takeaway Coffee, which would have been much enjoyed, elsewhere. On a positive note, a great range of retail products available in store, and lovely service upon ordering.

Came in today around 10:30am. I was lining up ready to order and the lady said I can order from the table via the QR code. I told her I wanted to claim my birthday churros which is a barcode that needed to be scanned and I couldn’t do it online. She insisted that I could do this online and did not want to serve me even though I was standing infront of the register. She was absolutely rude to me! Another worker ended up taking my order. Upon sitting down with my children the place was disgusting, so many plates needed to be cleaned up and this wasn’t even peak time. The place was so messy it even invited birds to come inside and finish off leftovers as workers have obviously not done their job. They don’t clean and refuse to take orders at the counter. Lazy and dirty! When we finally got our churros after 25 minutes, they were over cooked and burnt. I do not recommend eating here!

I have been a long time customer and usually dine-in. Customer service has always been average at best with occasional great staff serving but food quality and taste has always been good. Recent experience hasn't been that good though. I got take away for first time yesterday and disappointed with quality/quantity of food. The slice portion for cheesecake was as small as possible even though it used to be generous enough for 2 people when you dine in. However I was more disappointed by the kids churros which were over done and were not edible/enjoyable at all. I guess this is a lesson for me to either not get take away from this place or even I do, then check the items as the Asian short lady who served me couldn't care less when packing this and not realizing that it won't of good taste.

Worst place . I was waiting to order hot chocolate. One staff member her name is ‘JAY’ she was talking and laughing to other staff member girl.I was looking her but she was ignoring me and then After long time when she came she was very rude with me. And then when she gave me my item it was not hot enough, it was leaking and damaged. She don’t know how to give customer service. She is very rude person. She has to learn and get training first how to give Good customer service. I will never go to this worst place again. 👎👎👎👎.

Well, it was my birthday and if you sign up to the San Churro's reward scheme 'El Social, you get a free churros for two voucher on your birthday! Although....I can eat it by myself...but anyways, there is another birthday voucher option, its family pack thats normally $35, and you get it for $19. A bit much for my tiny bird like appetite....🐥 Onto the important details! Service and the food was quick, premises were clean and notably absent which was good, as I dont like crowded eating. Churros were crunchy, hot and delicious. I paid extra for bananas and strawberries.

Usually we’ve had no issues ordering here but 2 upsetting orders in one night was enough for me to download Chrome App in order for me to leave a review (because apparently logging in to Google reviews wouldn’t work on Safari). Firstly, I know this is no fault by the branch, but having your Uber Eats order be around the corner after an hour’s wait to then having it cancelled suddenly was a bit of an inconvenience. No reason given until we called up the place and notified them of the issue. The worker who answered was kind and stated she saw on their side that the order was cancelled due to items being damaged during transit. Our name was given and we ordered again through the Uber Eats app. Unfortunately, totalling to almost 2 hours worth of wait, we finally receive our order to a bunch of naked churros and a cut up finger sized banana? Never had an issue like this before. I understand that things can get busy but if we’re left to wait this long and pay x amount, I would’ve liked to see at least a bit more coverage than Adam and Eve. 2 stars, saved by the worker who answered the phone.

Ordered a Bruleed Spanish from Uber Eats. Arrived almost half filled as seen in the photo. Why won't you seal the lid with a few of those orange stickers so I know the delivery driver hasn't been drinking from it 😣. $11 gone to waste.

The hot chocolate is not too sweet or rich. And they have the best churros.

Ordered the family fondue and got everything in take away dish, no fondue at all... actually would have got better value ordering the $5 cheaper family churro pack which has more in it! Their excuse was covid, yet every other restaurant can offer real dishes and cutlery without problems since lockdown ended. This is not a covid problem, this is pure laziness on the staff not wanting to wash dishes. They should have told us or refunded the $5 for the fondue option which is not available. Food is just ok. I've ordered latte and churros. I dont have a sweet tooth so it just my opinion. The service is good and the atmosphere great as you can talk without having to fight the sound of the music

I love going here. It was very busy when I went on Sunday but the service was still fast enough and everything was delicious as usual. Good music. Good vibes yummy chocolate goodness this is what I had this time. The table was clean I had just had a churro with icing sugar on it and it dropped on the table. I liked the fact I could sit down order through the QR code at the table and pay and it was served to us in a timely manner. I've been a few times and love every experience, it's a great girls date place to go also great for dessert after a date. Note.... MEN take your loved ones.... you will not regret

Came here for my birthday churros and redeemed them via the app without issue, as well as some fruit and two drinks. Even with the free churros we still ended up spending close to $30 for two drinks and getting some strawberries and banana with the churros. It can be a bit noisy in the restaurant, a combination of families there and I think just some reflective acoustics of the shop itself. Churros and drinks are definitely tasty and a nice treat but the price is cause for hesitation.

My family of 5 came to this store Seems like the staff cant multi-task in this store. Staff walking past and glancing at me when I'm at the register waiting to order, couldnt even get a "sorry we will be with you in a moment". They were too busy stocking or standing around waiting for donuts to cook to serve customers. We recieved our drinks well after we had finished our food and that took us 15 mins for us to finishing eating. People who were ordering takeaway drinks after we ordered were getting their drinks before us. Considering we spent around $100 I expected better service! Not interested in coming back if this is the standard.

Hot chocolate was wonderful, however overall cleanliness of the store was not good. Tables were sticky/greasy and also the hot chocolate was served in a broken saucer.

Absolutely delicious sweets, but unfortunately, the service is pretty painful. I’ve come here on more than one occasion where there were only 3 - 4 staff working when the restaurant is full, and even today, there were only 5 tables taken and I still waited 20 minutes for a snack-sized waffle. Again, the food was awesome and definitely worth the money, but please PLEASE have more staff on during busy times or hire more people. Overall, I certainly recommend this place for the food, but only if you have some time to kill.

The food was good. But there are no stars for customer service. We asked the staff if we could sit. She replied, 'Yes, but we will kick out everyone in 10 minutes'. It was 10:50pm and they close at 11:30pm. We only went there because of good food.

We ordered Vegan almond milk hot chocolate. After having one sip my 7 year old started vomiting, who has dairy allergy. When we try to tell staff about possibly dairy in vegan hot chocolate, she said you must have given him from wrong cup (trying to shift blame on us). After repeatedly telling her that we only gave him what we were told was "Vegan", she called her manager Aakesh. The manager advised us that hot chocolate was vegan, with Almond milk, but we use choclate drops/buttons which has dairy in it, however the "Drink is still vegan". I was quite baffled by his response where he maintained that drink was vegan with dairy in it. The funniest part was, he offered my son anther vegan drink while he was covered in his vomit and was still nauseated. I refused to have any drinks which we ordered there, got my refund and walked out never to step back in any San Churro. I will be lodging a formal complaint with Council too.

The customer service was exceptional. A big shout out to the young lady with the red hair. She went above and beyond for me. And the croffles are my absolute favourite.

San Churros has a fair atmosphere, it's decorated well, although it is a little squishy. The coffee is a little on the bitter side, but the bitterness compliments their chocolate very well. The cups are really cute and they bought out a little chocolate with the coffees. The Churros were yummy, and the toasties are okay, however the first one they bought out was soggy, but the remade toasty was really nice. Edit: Thank you for your response, I don't usually like bitter coffee but it does compliment the chocolate that is brought out with it, so I was pleasantly surprised. I've reworded my review to better reflect this.

I'm glad to know that they have a vegan option in Hot Chocolate Bomb. This place has been my favorite when it is about having dessert, and this will always remain my go-to place for my favorite Churros! Hoping for more Vegan options in the future!

Jan 2021 review: Excellent service today. Staff very friendly. Babycino for the toddler was very creative with the presentation. Coffee consistently good and churros for 2. San Churros isn't the best value desserts going around but the coffee is decent and the kids $6 churros is well priced.. actually is the same serving size as a 'churros for one' which sells for $10.

This was my favorite shop I’ve been going there nearly everyday. But I found out they been overcharging me for few times,I feel betrayed and heart broken.imagine your favorite coffee shop scamming you. So be careful and check the price they put in to that machine before you tap and go.

Our favorite place for late night desserts. Their churros with dark chocolate sauce and strawberry are the best. We have tried their coffee, creme brûlée and Ice creams too and it’s good.

Mostly good. Sometimes when they are busy, the quality drops. Had a similar incident lately where only one person was serving everyone and making orders at the same time so the quality of food wasn't the best.

It's a nice place, very indulgent and it's a bit expensive. I had a small mocha for $7, but it was too sweet. I won't buy that again because it's too much sugar in it. It looks very nice inside, there's 2 outdoor seating areas. One is at the front which is nice but the side area seems to be for smokers, I went out there once recently, and got lungs full of smoke. I don't smoke. I moved. I won't sit there again even though it's nicer to sit there than at the front of the shop.

I love this place. Try the death by chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. The shakes are pretty awesome too 🌹

I’ve paid $13.95 for 3 okra size churros and 2 dips.I’ve been to this place plenty of times but never ever the churros were that small. Better off eating them at a food truck because they greet you with a smile and the serve is appropriate and the price is adequate. This place is a rip off now and the customer service doesn’t exist.

I have tried the Toffee Macadamia Latte which was good in flavour if it was more hot I received it cold , service was bit slow as It wasn’t busy at all the rest strawberry wasn’t fresh love the dark chocolate.

After ordering they came to the table to say they ran out of several of the items then when we were eating one of the staff members wheeled a dirty smelly wheely bin past us through the restaurant and back again. Very classy.

I think cleanliness is the most important factor when serving food, I went to get some water and picked up four different cups... couldn't find a clean one, one of them still had red lip stick on the inside... disgusting. Too bad, coming here was a weekly tradition for me and my daughter.

Came in for father’s day and all the staff were exceptional!! Especially Marwa and another young girl was very attentive at cleaning and bringing out our food. The food arrived quickly and it was undoubtedly delicious. One critique is just that the store was very dirty upon entry but I cannot complain as I could tell they were extremely busy and seemingly understaffed. Appreciate all the service though, I will always return! :)

Seems to be very busy and quite popular but I can’t understand why, maybe because it was Friday night. Staff were quite nice, but churros were bad. Also I don’t understand the need for a full mug of chocolate for 3 small churros, it’s a terrible waste. Surely nobody would actually ingest that much. Ultimately you can get much better churros at Guzman 10m away for a fraction of the price.. 3 different coffees were also ordinary.. 2 stars is being generous I think.

This place use to be great spot to hang out with friends and family but the service was pathetic yesterday and felt like staff were doing us a favour while taking our order, had to ask few times to get someone to clear the table but that seemed like a struggle for the staff and didn’t even bothered cleaning the table. Big brands like these don’t even care about recent rising COVID case. Store have responded on previous post about a month ago stating they have spoken with the management however didn’t look like anyone gives a …. Honestly this store doesn’t even deserve 1 star and I don’t think we will be visiting this store again

I would like to start by saying the attitude your staff has is absolutely rude and atrocious, having staff standing around behind the counter and walking away at times service is needed is not on. The quality of churros is skinny and not how it was many years ago. The Spanish hot chocolate was not made to quality, where it is supposed to be thick and tasteful but instead it was basically tasteless and runny which had indicated that the chocolate was not brewed correctly. I will not be returning, thank you for ruining my San Churros experience.

I was served by a young lady named Randa and she offered such great customer service which spread positivity. Was well mannered since the moment I walked in to San Churros and always let me know the updates on when my order was coming. Food is amazing and can never get enough! Highly recommend!

I ordered a ice chocolate and paid $11.95 and they filled the cup 3/4 of the way full of ice littwraly 3 sips of milk, choc fudge drizzled of inside of glass and topper with cream and shaving if chocolate, I went to complain to waitress and claimed that reason for looking like.so much ice that the cream sinks to the the bottom of the glass. The girl couldn't comprehend that she put too much ice, I have bought this drink multiple times and never was like this VERT DISAPPOINTED with the service of the young, star and know it all!!!

The churros we got were way undercooked and raw. Spending $20 on this is a massive disappointment. Update 21/2/24 - The owner offered another pack as an apology and it is definitely way better! Uploaded a pic of the better batch.
