Wow what a find, an authentic piece of Italy tucked away in an industrial estate. Easy parking, a fabulous deli full of fresh pastas, cheeses, meats, biscuits, oil, just about everything Italian deli wise. Once you've made your way through all these temptations, there's the Cafe. With indoor or, outdoor, undercover, heated dining areas, then an alfresco section under umbrellas, bordered with a hedge of lemon & olive trees. It felt like a roadside Cafe you'd discover in Tuscany. We tried the daily special of spaghetti with anchovy & mushrooms in parsley sauce. Couldn't ask for better! Genuine rustic flavours. Took me straight back to the amazing foods I had in Italy. The fresh and green oil sauce was SO good we asked for a basket of bread to soak up the remainder. Washed down with a lovely Rose. Finished with a really decent coffee and some fresh Sicilian ricotta cannoli's to take away. We will definitely be going back to try the 4 cheese gnocchi with truffle. Of course we left with a bag full of cheeses, home made pastas and goodies too. Really helpful service too, although they were very busy. Kiddie friendly, a nice place for families to go for lunch. 5 STAR.

Terrific range of cheeses at this gorgeous spot - we took home smoked bocconcini and baked ricotta, among others. The welcoming cafe offered cannoli, including the all important gluten free. There are some very nice cow statues outside for your photos, and one of the cows is standing in a field of mint!

Absolutely the best cheese 🧀 & deli cafe you’ll find in Victoria. The porchetta rolls are delicious 😋 great coffee ☕️ & canolli to die for. Chefs cooking 🥘 in front of you , lovely pasta 🍝 etc. The owner & his wife are lovely 🥰 people. I drive from Doncaster east to buy products from this amazing place . Spotless, fresh & all the different tastes of the Mediterranean in 1 place ❤️🇮🇹🍝 ☕️

This is a cheese lover's HEAVEN! The most wonderful range of fresh cheeses and small goods to satisfy every palate. The cafe serves tasty coffee and a large selection of panini's and other classic cafe dishes. The bread is to die for, so crisp dense in the best way!

So much cheese!!! So many Italian delights to tempt you. Left with a bag of goodies and $100 down! Grand final afternoon was a good time to visit. So many staff and so few customers. I had the antipasto but couldn’t finish it. It will be tonight’s supper! It looked very pretty though and the staff were attentive to my needs. One staff member even checked if I wanted sliced meats before they cleaned the slicer!

My friend had seen That’s Amore Cheesery on Instagram and wanted us to try it out. It’s located in Thomastown, so, if you’re in the Southeast like myself, it’s a decent hike. Apparently, they don’t accept online bookings, so we waited for around 15 minutes for a table, which gave us the opportunity to look around the amazing cheese and dips (and many other goodies) they have on offer. We started with a couple of coffees, which were fantastic. We got a cheese platter, I ordered Rigatoni with Burrata, which was on their Special Board, and my friend got Avocado on Toast. Everything was nice and the cheese platter was very generous. We did decide that, next time, we’ll have a couple of platters (cheese and deli meats), and not order mains. The service is really nice and attentive. The only issue I had was that, due to the tiled flooring outside, it gets very noisy and I was struggling to even hear my own thoughts. Next time, I’d definitely sit inside.

I had high hopes for this place as a big burrata lover! But I’m not sure if it’s the food that was served with the food or the cheese, but the dishes generally tasted average. Seasoning is bland in general and burrata was very runny and not as creamy as I’d expected. Good service and great idea selling food with fresh cheese but I think once was a good experience for me.

Nice environment to have a weekend brunch. Lots to see. A bit on the pricey side. Ordered smoked salmon with poached eggs . Only one slice of salmon and a charge over $30. Over priced. Go for a coffee and dessert.

Hello team! I have been visiting on a regular basis and I must say the food and service is out of this world! The staff are super friendly and the environment is relaxed. Plenty to offer and caters for all needs. A personal shout out to Emily who goes above and beyond for her customer and does it with a constant smile on her face! Thanks from a regular customer.

Cheese shop located in a small side street of Thomastown, lots of parking available outside, and a little cafe that does excellent panini's inside the cafe section. This cheese maker's factory sells cured meats, hampers, Salami, pasta, all types of cheeses (Caciotta, Bocconcini, Parmesan, Ricotta, Burrata, Mozzarella, Mascarpone, Blue, Stracciatella)

This would be my 3rd time. It was busy Saturday noon. All dishes were beautiful and tasty☆5. My pancake came late so I forgot to take photo but it was floral decorations and not overly sweet. Perfect fluffy 2 pancakes 🥞 with creamy ricotta cheese and sweet strawberry 🍓. Italian water was nothing different with unfilled water ☆3 Today's coffee was too milky ☆2 Magic tasted too earthy ☆3 so I think Piccolo would be perfect my liking coffee here😋

Fantastic shop and cafe. Came here with the wife and mother in law for breakfast. Ate the Porchetta Panini, antipasti platter and cheese platter. Generous servings, excellent selection of cheese with unlimited bread. The panini was excellent, 2 thick pieces of crispy skinned succulent pork, a mix of onions and peppers and a huge slice of mozzarella. So many types of cheese to try and they were all delicious! Couldn't leave without buying a big tub of straciatella and some parmesan. The Deli had an excellent selection of cold meats, cheese, cannoli bar, and many more packaged pickles, conserves and wine. Highly recommended.

Went for brunch, ordered strawberry, ricotta pancake. Beautifully presented, excellent quality. As full and busy as it was, food came out in a reasonable time. Sat outside in the autumn sun, large blue umbrellas were over each table. Lovely delicatessen too.

Been here a few times now and every time staff have been friendly and lovely. The food is amazing, it is more pricey however i think its completely justified! I dont think you can go wrong with your selections, salad great, paninis filled generously and yum, pastas are fresh, light and to die for

My family regularly goes for lunch but this was my first time there. The food was great and prices are about what you would expect to pay. I don't understand the people that complain about how expensive it is. In todays day and age you can download the menu before you step in the front door . Now as for service that was good to , atmosphere the same, good. I would gladly return. They really have gone all out to try and make it an experience.

The BEST Gnocchi Sorrentina. I didn’t realise until now how Gnocchi should be. All other gnocchi is garbage in comparison! 😲 The cannoli are equally amazing. Taste like what I imagine to be authentic: great cheese flavours. Not a whipped cream custard imitation. We will happily drive 40 mins again for these. 😀 The Ricotta pancakes thick while light and airy. The strawberry sauce authentic and rich. The pistachio praline had a honeycomb flavour and was the right level of sweetness. Didn’t even need the provided maple syrup. Best of all was the strawberry marscapone. The ricotta calda with fruit was really interesting and delicious. Something we haven’t experienced before. Really nice. They nailed the drinks. A long macchiato that is the richest and lovely bittersweet pour. It’s practically dark chocolate. The Granita are sweet and refreshing. The Italian hot chocolate thick and rich. The consistency of a custard!

You may think that iving on the Tasmanian north coast we would have enough cheese but., we can't get these types of cheeses and goodies at home. AsaThat's Amore Cheese produces beautiful continental cheeses. It's like a piece of the Mediterranean without the 20 hr flight. Manufacturing on sight and a fantastic deli and restaurant gives you a chance to taste the goods before loading up the car with the delights including cheeses meats and other continental goodies. For breakfast we had ricotta pancakes and burrata with broccoli and parsnip chips. Open 7 days and offer cooking classes as well. I wish I lived nearby 🥰

Who would’ve thought That’s Amore was not just suppliers of the best cheese and bread in Melbourne, but would also be an underrated cafe in the most unexpected area. Everything is made fresh to order here with their incredible selection of ingredients and the staff are more than happy to help you choose something you’ll enjoy. Don’t be fooled by the location, this is as authentic as it gets. First impression was – WOW. These are huge! I was sceptical with the price (~$20) but I was immediately proven wrong. The Abruzzese was difficult to eat due to its size which was my main issue, but I cut it in half which made it a little more manageable. The pork was beautifully savoury and salty with crisp edges, a slight sweetness coming from the roasted zucchini, fresh, creamy cheese – it was incredible. The bread had a nice crust to it with the inside still being soft and fluffy. It really couldn’t be faulted. The Calabrese was also incredibly tasty. The Nduja had a great amount of heat without compromising on flavour. The burrata was so fresh and plump and a great size. They are not stingy with their ingredients at all. They nail what they do as far as panini’s go. They don’t need to use a copious amount of ingredients to taste good and it’s all so fresh it doesn’t need anything extra anyway. I’ve heard great things about their lunch options, particularly their pasta so I’ll have to try next time! Don’t sleep on this place, it is the definition of a hidden gem.

ORDERED: 🍞 Brekkie Bruschetta: Poached eggs, avocado, smoked salmon, roasted tomatoes, lemon ricotta, black sesame seeds on toast ($24.00) REVIEW: Absolutely delicious. That's Amore truly lives up to its name of having the freshest and highest quality milk to make artisan cheeses. The lemon ricotta tasted citrusy, fresh, and absolutely amazing as part of the bruschetta. Ended up testing and buying some of their cheese. I'm going through them now and I'm so pleased with the smoked range. Definitely worth going to if you're in the area. My friend loves their cannoli as well.

Authentic Italian food at its finest. The Porchetta with potato's really hits the spot. We always love coming here and at the end always walk out with a bag full of deli goods and connoli for dessert. Can't wait to come back again!

Will not give even one star. Went to the Melbourne Italian Festa, ordered the ‘Tagliatelle with Baby Bocconcini’ for $18. Have a look at the dish that serve to us (Pic 2) vs the SAME dish that serve to other customers that shown in their IG page (Pic 1). This is a total ripoff. We are not Italian, however, we know what a good pasta or good cheese taste like. Serving our meal with NO CHEESE AT ALL is unreasonable and it taste awful. Will never recommend to anyone. My partner is a big fans of Italian food and he was very disappointed.
