Two of us came to Sura Korean BBQ on a Tuesday night. Despite it being a weekday, the restaurant was very busy and I'm glad we had a booking. The fact that it was so busy on a Tuesday night is definitely testament to the popularity of this place. Between the two of us we ordered the pork set for $69 which came with an assortment of pork meats, which we cooked ourselves on the BBQ. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sura, and the robot waiter was an awesome addition. Thank you to all staff at Sura for the excellent food and customer service. We had a wonderful time, and I will definitely come back here!

Top notch all around if you are looking for a well rounded quality of meat, this is the place. The wagyu has no label but it has terrific marbling. The value for money is good too! For $150 set meal we get 2 full plate of meats and 2 full plate of seafood! The staffs are nice and service is good. Would come back for sure. Left us with a full belly

We had the wagyu short rib, angus brisket, corn cheese, and seafood shin noodle - absolutely loved everything. The meat was tender and the three dipping sauces were all really good, loved all the side dishes as well. The corn cheese could be cheesier imo but it's pretty good nevertheless. The menu had a good variety and we'll definitely be back to try other items.

Great place for Korean barbecue to share with friends or family. Meat was generous in portion size and the sides were great too. Really enjoyed their fried rice. Kimchi was really spicy.

Terrific korean bbq! We had wagyu plate, seafood pancakes, and soy garlic fried chicken. Was not sure if I liked Korean bbq until I went here. Loved all of it. Not one bad dish. Service was fast and friendly as well. We will return!

Location, portion, taste, and price wise, Sura wins them all. It is also suitable for all ages and target market as to whether you're here with a couple, family, or with a larger group. This place is easily accessed, the booking process is convenient, and provides various payment method except Amex. The bbq to me personally is not the spotlight. It's delish but there are other places that serve outstanding bbq. However, the banchan is marvelous let alone the kimchi pancake and the cold noodle. I see other people ordered korean chicken and it looks appetizing as well. In general, this place is a very good option around the area.

The only reason I'm not giving it full stars is because I haven't tried the bbq selection. The service was amazing tho! I came alone and right from entering the premises, someone was there to guide, prepare, assist, and serve you WITH a smile. If you're looking for a place that treats you as if you're a family member dining in, Sura should be part of your list. Ordering was swift and serving the food was timely. I'll definitely come back to try the grills! I followed them on IG too coz they have a promo that gives you free pork belly for tagging and following them. I haven't redeemed it yet but hopefully next time I can 👌

Wonderful service provided by Han who went above and beyond to make sure our group had a good experience. The beef and pork sets was beautifully presented and food was brought out very quickly. Crab claws was a highlight. Lovely meal.

Visited this kbbq spot last week and tried their: Watermelon Soju Wagyu set with veggies Korean lunch box Oven-baked rose rice cake with cheese We loved everything we ordered, especially their Wagyu set. It has perfect marbling, so tender, and full of flavour. It pairs perfectly with the Watermelon soju.

Great BBQ spot! The atmosphere here is very good. The service is really good, staff are very friendly. Premium quality wagyu and fresh seafood are grilled on your table. bringing out the extra flavor. We got: Wagyu Platter Seafood Platter We really enjoyed both platters and they are at reasonably affordable prices. Serving sizes are very generous. Foods are delicious. Only 1 person is working to handle 7-10 tables during lunch time. I like the Pork Belly more than the Premium Wagyu.

ordered one combination set, one japchae and one cold noodle. despite not being too busy, it took a while to get our food. the noodles were brought out first and then quite a while before we got the meat set which we wondered why. the portions were small yet pricey but the food quality was decent. I don't think it's worth it for the price though. there's a lot of better kbbq in the city.

We had the pork platter, Korean fried chicken, corn cheese, and army stew. The servings are generous and good value for money. We also got a complimentary jug of watermelon juice. Highly recommended.

The place gives u a free two slices of pork belly when following them and shouting them out on Instagram at certain hours of the day. The food and the atmosphere is amazing with its moving robot and those are the two main reasons why I recommend it to your friends and I visit many times to eat. However there have been many times the service has been subpar. During the times I have visited, there have been numerous service problems such as the rice has been forgotten many times to be delivered, the communication when paying for the food has been lacking as the cashier speaks with few and limited words. When you visit near closing hours you have to wait for them to turn the eftpos machine on.

I love coming here and the food is really good quality! I love the pickle radish a lot but I will say service here needs to get better. Whenever you want to chase a waiter/waitress done for more side dishes they avoid you or promise to bring more but they never do. The other time I asked the same waitress 4 times to refill my sides and they kept saying yes.. It is pricey as well so you do expect them to pay more attention to the customers. Although I can’t complain about the food and quality of food :)

This place was hyped on Tiktok so I came to check it out. The food was mid and pricey, especially the watermelon soju that everyone seemed to order. It doesn’t taste like alcohol at all, only watermelon juice. The fried chicken cut was too big and the BBQ was fine. Overall not worth the price. Also the place is quite loud so we can’t really talk to each other.

The attitude of the service staff is very kind. We ordered the beef set meal. The quality of the meat is very good. It is a pity that we have to order rice and soup separately.

I booked this place for my sisters birthday with friends! It was our friends first time and they all LOVED the food! The manager was really sweet, as well as the staff! They took a Polaroid photo of us and even gave my sister a complimentary tray of meat 😭💗 I walked in with a cake and they automatically knew what to do and put it in the fridge 🥹 They also helped delivery the cake with the candles; call that for extra service!!! The first ever Korean bbq restaurant in which I felt provided a golden standard customer service with quality food that doesn’t hurt your wallet! I will be definitely a regular customer and I can’t wait to show more of my friends this place!! 11/10 recommend!!

For a table of 4, we ordered a beef set and got a pork dish and rice cakes on the side. We were very excited to try the Rose rice cake there but it was sold out so we had to settle for the spicy rice cake. However, we didn’t know of this until we had asked them as the food had not appeared for a while. Other than that, it does get quite busy and can be difficult to provide customer service well. However, the staff does work fast and are friendly.

The sets are amazing and you can try each meat without having to order them one by one. Side dishes on the tiny servings but u can ask for more. The restaurant is quite busy so don’t count on having your refills tho, we asked for sesame oil and ice for the coke but there’s so much people we didn’t get any. Understandable. Still set is delicious and the cocktail is amazing. I always celebrate here because i love the food. Been coming here for a couple of years now.

Great place to have Korean bbq in the city. The meat, especially their beef/wagyu are really good. They have a great variety of side dishes to compliment the bbq dishes. I also recommend their cold noodles, creamy rice cakes and fried chicken.

Went here for my birthday on Saturday and it's the best kbbq I've been to in terms of portions and prices. We got the beef set and we couldn't finish it between two people. Also the lettuce was HUGE, thats like a bonus since most kbbqs dont even give you lettuce (well the ones ive been too lol) . Also even though there was like 2 people working that day nothing was lacking. We enjoyed the food and the music. 10/10 would go again.

Food was a bit below average in my opinion. Meat quality isn't good. We didn't try wagyu but we had combination set with lamb. Lamb was very fatty. Pancake was good. You can refill side dishes. Overall, it was edible but not good enough for me to come back. Staffs were busy but provide good service, just not as friendly. A little disappointed but at least we tried. Limited 1.5 hours and 10% surcharge on Sunday.

we stumbled upon sura and they sat us super quick! ordered the beef set and the portions were great and affordable. we got the fried chicken and cold noodles as well. chicken was tender and flavourful and the noodles were super authentic with big portions. only thing is that they don’t cook the meat for u so if you’re used to that, keep a close eye on your meat. would definitely come back for a good meal again!

Love Korean BBQ? Try this and you will definitely love it here. Beef soup is superb too. Nice flavours plus lots of sidings. They have robot server in the house !!!
