What we loved the most about wine tasting with Dancing Kangaroo was our guide Sean and the selected wineries. Sean is very knowledgeable about the industry and passionate about tourism, making the trip so pleasant and fun. We tasted delightful wines in all three unique wineries. We visited Helen&Joe Estate (a boutique artisan winery that also spoiled us with cheese platters and gorgeous views), Soumah (an award-winning winery, where we also had a delicious lunch) and Yering Station (Victoria's very first vineyard where we got to taste some extra wine). To finish the trip, we visited Coldstream Brewery for beer tasting and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery for a sweet treat. Experience 10/10

I couldn't recommend Dancing Kangaroo Tours more! Sean is an incredible host who provided great information about the area and places we visited. He made an effort to ensure everyone was having a good time and kept it fun and entertaining. Our tour visited 3 wineries with lunch at one, a chocolate shop/factory and finished with a gin tasting at the four pillars. Well worth the money and time and included some incredible views!

One of the best wine tours in the Yarra Valley!! My second time going through Dancing Kangaroos and I’d recommend it 1000 times over!! The wineries were beautiful and well picked, the food was incredible and the bus ride and host Shaun were top standard! Made me feel super special for my birthday which was the cherry on top!

Our Yarra Valley Tour guide, Sean, was absolutely fantastic and so was the actual tour. Stopped at a wide variety of wineries and had an amazing time. The guide was very knowledgeable on wines having grown up working on a vineyard. I recommend this for anyone wanting to see the Yarra valley wineries! Great day out with our guide Danny. The wine tasting was well explained and there was a good variety. Would be a 5 star but the bus was incredibly cramped and there was no space to put the wine we purchased.

Danny the host and driver was great!! Knowledgeable and fun to chat to. Played some great travel tunes on the way to and from the Yarra. I loved the variety of vineyards to visit and the addition of the chocolate shop was awesome! Plus having the gin distillery as somewhere different to go was also great. Lunch was fabulous at Rochford with the antipasto to start and main meal. Awesome day overall and definitely recommend 👌

Highly recommend this tour for families visiting Melbourne. Our family had a wonderful time with our host, Sean who is a very friendly guy who made the whole experience very fun and memorable! We visited 3 different wineries and 1 brewery where we got to taste fresh wines and beers. We ended off the whole tour with a visit to a chocolate and ice cream factory.

There's a clear reason that Dancing Kangaroo tours have so many five star reviews: because they are genuinely that good! We did the 'Epic Mate, tour, and the most apt way to describe it is epic 😁 A mix of really great and unique wines in a chill and beautiful setting, an amazing meal, and then an afternoon of slightly different vibes, with beer tasting and a chocolate and ice cream shop visit! A special shout out to the amazing Sean. There's nothing better than meeting someone who is doing a job and living a life they're so well suited to, and Sean embodies that. Such a kind, welcoming, fun, and informative guy, he made the trip all the more special for the group. An extra special shout out for the birthday cake surprise which had been arranged for my mother in law too- I'd mentioned it was her birthday and the rest was taken care of! Highly recommend, and I hope to do this again some day!

We had the pleasure of having Sean as our guide who was very knowledgeable and funny. We visited 3 wineries, had a gourmet lunch at one of the stops, visited the chocolate shop, and ended at a gin distillery. I saw lot of excellent reviews DKT and decided to engage them on my winery tour @Melbourne. Absolutely fantastic time we had lasting little more than 8 hours on 24 oct 22. Sean makes all the difference with his intense passion for the job that he does, his ever friendly demeanor and tremendous ability to engage the tourist. What a person Sean is! Besides, his knowledge of the subject is of the highest order. Delicious lunch was served . Besides the coach was very comfortable. Would love to engage DKT again if I get a chance. We had a fabulous time with Sean on the Dancing Kangaroo Wine Tour. He shared his knowledge, passion of the Yarra Valley and the many wineries & brewery we visited. After rescheduling countless times last year we finally joined a tour, it was such a great day and worth the wait - we 100% recommend booking a tour if you ever want to visit the Yarra valley! 🙌 (there are public or private options and best of all there’s no need to worry about choosing a designated driver if you organise your own tour around the Yarra Valley 😋) overall it was a well organised and entertaining day. Dancing Kangaroo were also more than accommodating and booking is seamless - thanks so much Sean & Selina especially for your help in arranging a personalised pick up spot for us! The standard pick up location is from Flinders Street, Melbourne at 8:45am and you’ll return to the city around 5:30pm There were 17 off us on the tour and everyone was so lovely and the company really made the day even better, it felt as though we were on a holiday at one stage as we spoke to different people from other states and countries (tourism is making a comeback) Sean our tour guide was so much fun, passionate and really informative - you will enjoy learning about the region, wine and plenty of laughs are guaranteed! We visited 3 wineries, the yarra valley chocolaterie and a brewery! At each winery we enjoyed tastings and an informative guide on each wine, the location and history of each estate. We absolutely loved every minute of the tour and we are definitely considering organising a private tour with friends and will continue to spread the word on how great the tour was ❤️

I cannot recommend Dancing Kangaroo Tours enough, both Sean & Selina were a pleasure to deal with both while organising leading up to the event ​& on the day. Although we visited four wineries, it was still a very relaxing & enjoyable day. The van clean, has plenty of room & a great sound system. Sean was very friendly, funny & knowledgeable.

Sean was amazing, came for my 30th for a tour and he was a great guide. The first and Lunch stop were awesome. Yerring station is a Yarra Valley classic then some chocolate and the coldstream brewery to round off the day.

We had such amazing time on our private tour with Selina! She was so sweet and a great driver. All the places she took us too were very nice. The timing in between each place goes quicker than expected so try and do everything you need to do as soon as you get to the next place. Would definitely like to experience some more places with their tours 🥰

My wife and I did the Yarra Valley tour yesterday with Selina as our tour guide. She was a most engaging tour guide and she was a hit with our diverse group of tourists. It was our second time in Yarra and yet it still felt like a unique experience, and we learned a lot more. The tour included 3 winery stops, and a beer/cider stop. Plus, the Yarra valley chocolaterie. The tour included lunch, which was superb. A day well spent. This tour is highly recommended.

Started a bit stiff, but after a few drinks I made 15 friends! Made the rest of my trip so much enjoyable with the connections I made. The tour guide (Caelana) was amazing and enriched the entire experience. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Absolutely worth your time and money!

ABSOLUTELY amazing. Sean is a great tour guide/ driver/ owner of the tour. Very informative about winery and truly a wonderful exp. Not to say the shuttle is comfy and spacious which brings a better experience after a few glasses of wine.

The best wine tour! A friend and I hopped on Sean's bus on Saturday and had a great day! Great choice of wineries which varied in size and specialties, lunch was delicious and Sean was amazing - a laugh and a half whilst providing so much info about the Yarra Valley, its history and its grape varieties. The playlist was also 10/10! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back :)

I had a great time. Even though I was told that the tour was mainly designed for summer, and I went during the winter; the views and overall experience was still spectacular. We visited three different wineries that had been selected to showcase some of the different styles that are in the Yarra region and it was great fun listening to them talk about their wines and processes. Each place truly did take their craft seriously. Sean, our guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great cares to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. We also dropped by a craft beer place and a chocolaterie, which was fun as well! I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely be recommending it to my friends as well as booking it again sometime in summer :)

We had a very special time trying 2 Wineries, 1 Jin distillery, 1 Brewery with our guide Shawn. Not only I liked all the beverages&food I tasted were good, but also the general atmosphere with beautiful scenery was wonderful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wants to visit Melbourne.

Good fun tour and over all experience. On time pick up from CBD . Went to Yarra valley which is like 45-50 minutes car ride . Started from a small size winery ( new world ) and than lunch at nice mid Size . In total did 3 wineries. It was fun and nice way to spend the day . The owner / guide was very friendly and she is fun to take the tours with .

The Yarra Valley Epic Mate winery tour is perfect even for beginners like me. I learned a lot and had a really good time meeting very nice people in the group. The lunch was fabulous.
