Exceptional
yoga
studio
in
the
heart
of
Port
Melbourne.
I
have
been
practising
yoga
for
over
20
years
and
this
is
the
best
studio
I
have
experienced.
Tucked
away
upstairs
in
a
beautiful
New
York
style
loft
with
exposed
white
brick
walls
and
soft
cream
curtains,
you
are
always
greeted
with
a
warm
and
friendly
welcome.
Drift
into
a
state
of
instant
relaxation
as
freshly
burning
sage
and
essential
oils
waft
past
your
nostrils.
Everything
has
been
thought
of,
down
to
the
last
detail:
hanging
wall
plants,
natural
light,
air
conditioning,
dreamy
music,
quality
mats
for
(free)
hire,
a
place
to
store
your
own
mat,
ample
toiletries,
props
(bolsters,
blocks,
straps,
blankets),
lockers,
showers,
yoga
mat
floor
markers
with
an
inspirational
keyword
for
the
day…
the
list
goes
on.
I
tried
the
21
day
introductory
trial
because
they
do
beach
yoga
as
well
as
the
usual
indoor
classes.
What
a
magical
experience
practising
yoga
on
Port
Melbourne
beach
with
the
sound
of
the
waves
and
a
cooling
breeze
on
your
skin.
I
will
be
back
for
a
membership!
All
the
teachers
and
classes
so
far
have
been
wonderful.
My
towel
even
smells
fragrant,
having
absorbed
the
scent
of
the
studio!
I
also
attended
a
special
Bhakti
Yoga
event
in
the
lead
up
to
Christmas,
held
by
Lydia
Richards,
which
included
kirtan,
sound
bowls
and
her
playing
various
other
instruments.
What
a
unique
and
memorable
journey!
Plus
she
has
an
amazing
voice
and
presence.
You
can
even
walk
to
the
beach
afterwards
for
a
swim
if
that’s
up
your
alley.
I
always
leave
the
studio
floating
on
a
cloud
of
bliss.
Love
this
place!
