The park is great. The management is awful. They are very unreliable on the opening time and days of the playground. Sometimes they don't open the playground 'due to weather condition', even if it's a sunny day. When it is open, they usually kick us out 15/20 minutes before the closing time, which is a lot considering that the playground is only open for 2 hours midweek. Very unreliable. Only recommended if you live nearby. Definitely don't travel here as it could be closed for no reason

Nice playground with creative ideas. My kids had a great time there. The toilets though were dirty.

Our girls loved this place. The flying fox and trampoline was a hit. Lots of space for them to run around. Just be sure to check their website re opening hours as we arrived another day and it was closed.

This place is so cool. As soon as you enter, it feels like you've entered into a different world, with an abundance of mulch covering the entire flooring and an abundance of mature trees providing atmosphere and natural shade. There's different types of slides, ramps, steps, a large trampoline, a basketball court, a covered picnic area, a community garden, just to name a few. It has limited opening hours. The website says it's staffed during opening hours which I think is true as there seemed to be someone in charge amongst the crowd having a birthday event that was on when we visited. 2 hour free parking available nearby. Toilets available on site.

It’s awesome. So much to keep them amused for hours. It was very quiet when we came, we were the only ones. I imagine when it’s busy it would be a great atmosphere. The city should put some more money into it as some stuff is very tired.

The kids (8 and 5) had a great time here. A lot of unique things for them to play on. They spent a lot of time patiently waiting their turn for the trampoline, with the orange traffic light and timer system doing a fantastic job! Definitely check it out if you haven’t been before.

Kids have a ball running around meeting other kids, plenty of things to do which helps them burn spent up energy and they sleep so well after a few hours here

Can’t even tell you what it’s like as the two times this week I have driven 40 minutes to get there with 3 children under the age of 4 the gate is locked despite the website saying the park is open. 3 crying children wanting lunch and somewhere to play. Nightmare! And all you get from the useless council is “sorry staff called in sick”. It’s not hard for someone else to come down and unlock the gate. Countless people inconvenienced because council are too lazy and stupid to send another employee to open the padlock.

This place is awesome . I don't know why the council hasn't put money in to up grade this park. They are bloody mad not too . For years and generation this park has serviced the community and made it safe to kids to play in parks . It's awesome the thought that went in . The hours to build an adventure park . I wish we had something like that in the west . I drive 45min to check out this park . Good free activities for kids . Very laid back I actually got to relax BC I felt my kids were safe . ...

The people that volunteer at this park are friendly and easy to talk to. They do a wonderful job at keeping this park safe and clean there is no smoking or drinking or bad language aloud in and they shut the gates at 5.30.(I think 😀

This place is incredible. I love the resourceful, organic, ramshackle way it has been hobbled together: so different from the regular pre-fabricated overly-safe playground that populate most of the suburbs. There is so much to explore, particularly in the labyrinthine wooden pirate ship. My son loved how the tunnels are actually dark inside; it felt like he was exploring a real tunnel. The 'shark plane' was another hit, and I especially like the way kids have to figure out how to get up to the cockpit. The only drawback is that it's difficult to find a car park in the area.

Nice place but needs a lot of maintenance parking is difficult to find so might need to park away and walk unless you are lucky and find an empty parking lot Toilets are in very bad condition. Still can be used and clean but they need to be improved - tiles or paint, sinks, etc.

Awesome playground, lots of exploratory areas. Love the nature based play structures. Lots of shades with heaps of big trees. Toilets facilities available. Only downside is limited parking in the area.

Loved tt the trampoline had a fair timer system for the kids to learn to take their turns. Builds patience and understanding of shared spaces. And that it was also a fun thing to hit the button. Good closed compounds for kids. We're not from Aus and loved that it was in such a organic and natural setting and not overly structured or curated. Beautiful.

While still a great place for an afternoon with the kids, some of the areas need some love (aka maintenance) such as the blocked up tunnels

The best 'adventure' playground in Melbourne.. hosted by wonderful humans and attracting more of the same from St Kilda and beyond

I adore this park and since 1985 have been coming. Adventure parks differ from the norm. What I have always adored and the philosophy that resonates with me now as a father myself is where our children to truly be children must be allowed to fall, fail and be tested. This park represents a critical learning and development environment that does away with helicopter parenting, wrapping children in cotton wool and embraces creative, imaginative and physical play in a stunning and tranquil setting.

Hidden Jem. I love the aspect of this playground. It is not bubble wrapped like every other playground but feels like a good old adventure with a heap of common sense mixed in. Free to enter, free to book for functions, toilets, make your own cuppa. Heaps of variety of equipment. Kids love it even my teenager.

Kids had so much fun. They liked it because many challenges in the playground. What I like best is the trampoline. It has light that shows people to have their turn for 3 mins. When it is off means your turn has finished.

Awesome hidden outdoor place for kids to play, designed for school aged kids but still has areas where toddlers can have fun. It has a trampoline, multiple climbing structures, a big wooden house to explore, a mini basketball court, a couple of sand pits, various slides, tunnels to crawl through, a covered area for reading and drawing and having lunch (byo) even a couple of low hanging hammocks to laze in amongst trees.

This is THE place for kids to have real fun adventure outdoor play! From large wooden maze, trampoline, ship wreck, to skateboard ramp to slide down on.. plus there’s sitting areas and an open kitchen for adults to make themselves a cuppa. Brilliant place my kids have loved and where we’ve held birthday parties too.

This hidden little gem in the beating heart for the children of St.Kilda. An absolute must if in the area as its homey equipment is both imaginative and from another more carefree time. Very special place to experience if passing through and if you live in the area, enables your little person to develop a rich community network of their own 🥰

Visit this place with my 3 year old active twins. This place guarantees hours of entertainment and offers enough places with shadow on those hot sunny days. The staff is very friendly and if you are done playing, St. Kilda Beach is in walking distance where you can continue to entertain the little ones or just buy a icecream for them.

A hidden gem in the heart of melbourne. A beautifully designed playground which has got hours of fun for everyone. From tree houses, mazes, slides, basketball court community table, trampolines and so much more... The only draw back is parking which is not easy to find... But kids love it and want to go back again and again

(Translated by Google) The park is perfect for children up to 5 years old. There is a resident manager (depending on the time of day?) (For a fee?) Various activities seem to be taking place. The location is a bit confusing, it is recommended to go by car. (Original) 5歳くらいまでの子供にぴったりの 公園です。管理人が常駐しており (時間帯により?) (有料で?) 様々なアクティビティが行われているようです。 場所は少しわかりにくく、車でいくのがオススメです。
