Very cool decorations, love the disco balls and vinyl DJ deck. Cocktails were really good here and has a website version of the cocktail list with pictures of them all so you get a rough idea how it'll turn out.

We went there during the time when the mask was not mandatory in the street and restaurants when you were siting, So we were walking without a mask and looking for a bar, I just stop to ask the guy who was standing in the door whether they have a sit available for four people or not, the guy told me in a very rode way, MASK! I could not hear what he is saying, he point to his mask and , said Mask? I said, I have it , I just want to ask, then he interrupt me, we dont have any available seat! Just so rude! I felt like he is racist or sth, otherwise there is no reason to be rude to a customer who you just met! I looked at your reviews, you guys had lots of good reviews, however you received many low rating in the past month! I am not sure what happened to your staff, but sth has been changed! I will try the bar one more time and I hope this time staff are friendly, if they are I will remove the review.

We have been working with Ben and his team for a number of years. The dedication to customer service is second to none. A very well operated business with super friendly staff. You are always welcome at this place whether you are a contractor working on the building or a patron ordering a cocktail and a delicious pizza. Great job guys keep up the fantastic work!

Went to a 40th there. Venue, drinks and food were good (pizza, chicken skewers & cauliflower bites). The best were the bites, quite zesty. 2x rooms. One at the top of stairs mainly for dancing, and one at bottom near bar, mainly for chilling. Plenty of chairs and tables along with plenty of room to dance or chill. 2x toilets for a lots of people and narrow stairs/bar area made for a few bottlenecks. But overall a fabulous venue.

Went on Thursday which is trivia night, food took a while but was delicious and reasonably priced. Guy who ran the trivia was hilarious and everyone had a great time. One of the floor staff was rude and disinterested but they seemed to be the bad egg of a good bunch.

Watch out if booking online. CALL the venue to confirm your table. Booked a table for 14 for an event a month in advance. I then got told 3 days before the event that they had the venue booked for a private function. I was left with accommodation booked (coming from far away), a 14 person event and no venue with minimal notice. Seemed very unfair considering they had taken my credit card details with a warning to charge per person if there was a ‘no show’.

Used the courtyard space for a 30th Birthday Party. The set up and space was great. The food tasted amazing and the staff made sure it all came out on time as requested. My guest loved the drinks and the staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Ben, Nina and the team for making it such a great time!

They didn’t serve me after having half a glass of wine. The staff at jump and jiggle would be more capable to handle operations of this venue than their security and managers.

Great service and selection. It’s not often these days you find a bar who appears to go above and beyond to serve you in unique ways. Love the fact they gave us a speaker to control music in the beer garden. Fun for all.

Food was delicious and the lazy Susan cocktail was sensational. We came on a week night so it was quiet, I’d come back on a weekend for sure!

Came here on a Tuesday evening for a happy hour drink and stayed for more. Lovely chilled out venue with decent cocktails and great pop music vibes. There's also a good pop music tunes to lift the vibes. The bartender was super nice and friendly too. Would definitely recommend and would consider bringing in a crowd for a celebration too!

Why is it, that I only ever get treated like a human being at queer-friendly bars? I have been coming to Francesca’s for a long time, and during that time, on every single occasion the staff and customers have treated me with respect. I’ve been here on many occasions, by myself, as a single female, and during that time the only time anyone ever bothered me was to ask if I wanted to play a game of table tennis. And I wasn’t bothered by that. I’ve always visited Francesca’s for their cocktails, and each and every time my cocktail has been perfectly made. All their bartenders know how to make cocktails perfectly, and it really is a sign of good management when you see the Manager working alongside their staff. Pizzas are really good, and the only thing i’d change is they got rid of their macaroni, cheese and bacon croquettes, please bring them back! Good cocktail and beer specials during Happy Hour, and on Tuesdays they have a burger deal. Oh, and the best thing is you can order at your table using a QR code (why other businesses haven’t picked up on this as the way to go is baffling). Every time I go here I have a good time. I’m a bit sad I will miss Mike Guerrieri and Mz Rizk DJing at Francesca’s, but I can be happy that that this bar has great taste. This is a business that continues to evolve and get better all the time. I wish Francesca’s nothing but success, I love visiting and hope to continue to do so, long into the future.

Great venue for parties and friendly bar staff! Everyone was so welcoming and helped set up the room for a 90s night. Shout out to Tiff and Ben for the gorgeous (and yummy) platter.

We went here before ball park music this weekend and were more than impressed, the pizza and beers were amazing and the board games gave us something to keep us entertained whilst we were waiting! Will be back !!

We held a 30th Birthday in the new function space of Francessca's and it was sensational. Delicious food with 10/10 grazing platters, pizzas and mozzarella sticks. Staff were dead set legends. We have been coming to Francescas Bar for years and love this place. An amazing vibe, in a brilliant spot and always a bumper dance floor. Best bar in Melbourne.

If I had a dollar for every time I had an awesome night here, I would have lots and lots of dollars!

I was allowed into the venue after celebrating the engagement of a family friend at another venue in High street. I had 2 glasses of wine and was very happy and chatty. I showed my ID and was looking forward to having another drink with the group I was with, including my children. The bar crew refused to serve me a drink but I was sober. I believe they were harsh and very judgemental in their approach. I believe I was unfairly treated and if they really thought I was intoxicated, entry should have been denied at the door. In my opinion, it was a case of ageism. Engaging in friendly chatter does not equal being intoxicated. The young people at the door have absolutely no idea of who had or had not being drinking excessively. Friendly chatter does not equal drunk. It was so disappointing and we soon left and went to another bar where we were warmly greeted and allowed to enjoy a drink before going home. We will never return to this venue because they don’t deserve our business. My recommendation is an absolute zero. In my opinion, it would be best to avoid this bar because they don’t deserve your business and please go to Bar 303 up the road in High Street!

Do NOT go here if you are a woman, particularly a woman on your own. Bar staff and security are more concerned with trying to sleep with you than creating a safe environment.
