We ordered 3 different variations of egg special. Eggs and vegs were beautiful, would love more contents though. Nice coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. +1 for supporting the charities.

The scaffolding outside the building couldn't mask the popularity of this much-loved spot. Staffed by volunteers with profits going back to charity, the place serves wholesome dishes making the most of seasonal ingredients. I had their version of the Thai Green Curry today with eggplant, lentils, potato and coconut cream served on a bed of brown rice and a Pappadam. Simple but rich in aroma, taste and texture, this was a filling and satisfying dish. The hot chocolate was the kind I appreciate - not too sweet but energising for the tastebuds. An eclectic staff of volunteers look after you in a setting with a vintage feel and interesting wall art, topped by very high ceilings. It's a place I return to again and again for a good experience.

Enjoy a nice meal in here. Coffee's taste is strong and good. A little disappointment is the king fish is too small and filled with too much potatos.

Kinfolk was a cafe in the CBD serving brunch meals. For lunch we ordered their curry + salad combo and the beef brisket baguette. Coffee was great and the beef brisket was pretty delicious with a nice texture and flavour combination. The curry was a bit bland to my taste however. The venue was pretty cosy though felt a little dated. Loved their cause and how the place was run by volunteers!

Comfortable place to eatas it just in front of tram and train station. Service was friendly. Tried the mushroom risotto. The portion was pretty filling. It was a bit salty tough. The texture of the risotto was nice with ita creamy sauce and fluffy bocconcini.

I thought the whole “buy a coffee we give the profit to charity” thing super appealing. But the service was a bit disorganized and I can already imagine if the whole place was full of people how that would end up. I loved the coffee and the food was delicious no doubt. Would come back.

Super busy at lunch, at the point that it becomes really loud inside. The had an almond latte and it was delicious. I also ordered the smashed AVO which was ok...it comes with a fried egg but I ordered an extra one which came after I finished my food 👎 that is why I dont give 5 starts. The service was good and the place seems lovely.

A cosy cafe with great tasting meals and hot beverages. That's a solid range of coffees and teas. Staff are friendly, they split bills.

Went on a Friday brunch timing, no queue but the cafe was packed! The ambience was cosy but definitely busy. Ordered the pasta, seasonal soup with salad and the winter special drink 'Chill Orange Hot Chocolate'. The pasta was awesome! It was nicely seasoned and tasted fresh. The seasonal soup was alright, looked a little oily in appearance but it was not too bad. Salad was okay as well. The real winner for me in this meal was the chilli orange hot chocolate. It reminded me of a type of orange flavoured chocolate I had in my childhood but the orangey taste wasn't too strong. Would come back just for this drink. It's a seasonal special, so I'm not too sure when this promotion will be over. The volunteers were also really friendly and the place gives profit to charities as well.

Don’t hesitate - order the side of bacon! I never thought a slab of cured pork would transcend you through time and space but it does! The place is super busy in the morning but it’s a testament to the friendliness of the staff, great coffee and awesome food! Make sure you pop in

I really like this place. It’s very busy and hard to get a table a lot of the time, but it’s worth the wait. The menu is very diverse, there’s a lot to choose from. I had the pasta and it was delicious, full of flavor. My only wish is that they made the breakfast menu all day, as I often want to try something from that menu.

😠 Grossly over priced. The food was good, not great, considering the excessive prices. $10 - $24 for ONE oyster is ridiculous. We had no entrees or dessert and the dinner for 2 with 4 cocktails cost us almost $500. All we had was a platter for 2, that consisted of 2 x very small lobsters, 4 x prawns,...

👍👍 This authentic Pakistani Restaurant is really good place for meat lovers. Good variety of dishes and importantly very tasty food giving that native spice flavour. 🫤 Not sure what are raving reviews are about, my experience was a contrast. The restaurant was very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Sticky menu card, sticky tables, eaten plates and bones lying uncleaned on other tables, antique plates and cutlery. Afraid to imagine the state of the kitchen. I belie...
