The coffees and pastries are very good and the decor of the lobby goes well with the minimalist concept of the cafe. I only wish that the staff could be more customer oriented. Except for the lady who is there occasionally, the rest of the staff are absolutely cold and not engaging at all. I go there every morning and often more than once and by now, I would expect them to know what I usually order. They should learn from the friendly Starbucks baristas how to engage and develop your customer base. If not for the good coffee, I would never go.

Beautiful, minimalist space with great service, solid coffee, and high ceilings. A great place to think, write, or meditate. Love the zen vibe!

Beautiful coffee shop and pastries look incredible. Sadly soy flat white was dull, no depth or complexity to it, very one note. Super genuine & friendly staff!

A minimalist establishment, with some of the best coffee in the area. After being referred here myself by a colleague, I've been quick to share this location with colleagues so they can avoid a poor quality brew. Topped with amazing baked goods from Bakemono Bakers, you need to drop in to 580 BENCH.

I had a meeting here and had a chai latte which was very tasty. Staff came and topped up our water (there are a couple of small tables) and there a few yummy treats which were beautifully presented on the counter top. Coffee wise it seems to be venue of choice in my office

Nice ambiance, friendly staff but $5.5 Soy flat white without latte art? It’s dine-in not takeaway, And taste like water!! Even the staff offer me another cup of soy flat white, taste and looks exactly the same💔 Hey if you couldn't serve proper soy flat white just don't do. Not me being harsh, if you couldn't make up to standard don't sell it upon market price!

Spacious yet minimalist setting to have a (great) coffee. Huge communal table occupying space, relatively quiet so a good spot to chill. Some pastries on offer. Had a savoury croissant - cheese, jalepenos and onion. so good!

No skinny milk ever. They don’t keep it. Not sure why. Also everything is more expensive than most other places Small flat white is $5.50. Iced latte is $7.00. Not sure why. Would love to ask and engage with the staff but they don’t seem approachable to me.
