Really nice little place to have brunch. Fresh ingredients and tasty food! They have lots of space inside and outside, so it's nice when the day is sunny. The service is really good and they were happy to tweak my order to suit my needs.

Nice atmosphere and very attentive service staff who greeted me once I stepped in. They were very nice and helped me to rinse my child’s cup which we used for his baby chino and even helped to dry it. My child said the scrambled eggs were delicious. I do find that my chai latte could do with having more spice but that’s a personal preference. The muffin I had was quite ok texture wise, but I did hope that it could be less sweet. Overall I had a wonderful experience here. Yay for parents: you can borrow their picnic rug and get their drinks and bring it to the park/playground opposite and have a picnic there.

Great local cafe opposite the end of the tram line in Preston. All the staff were welcoming and helpful and even the owner's daughter helped out. The coffee was spot-on and my eggs benedict with smoked salmon and apple sauce was possibly the best I've ever had. My partner had the granola which tasted better than I thought was possible for granola. Will definitely come back here next time we're in Preston

Had a nice lunch there today, chilli scramble and chicken turkish roll both were fresh and really nice. The down side was the service, way too slow.. coffee and tea came really fast but the order taking was way to slow, was just about to leave then he came over to take our order. give this place a try you wont be disappointed, but you will have to wait.

Breakfast at Cheshire was amazing. Coffee was nice, kids loved their hot chocolate. Eggs Benny with bacon, waffles for the kids and scrambled eggs with bacon. Everything was delicious, fresh ingredients used and very tasty. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. Great atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

All I can say is YUM! The team at Cheshire creates a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere with great food, coffee and vibes! Came here to have brunch with a friend and will happily say I will be back! Small but very well done menu and great coffee. Thanks Cheshire team for a wonderful morning :)

Probably the best eggs Benny I have had in a long time! Kids loved the banana bread and hubby enjoyed the egg and bacon roll. I also order the chilli scrambled to work around the corner every time I’m there as it’s a fav!

The drinks were nice, the orange juice and an iced Latte. My partner had the ham and cheese croissant, it was all croissant and very little filling. I had the big Chesh, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, halloumi and chorizo were cooked well. But the tomatoes had just been tossed in a pan briefly, same with the kale, they needed to be cooked more.

Ordered the Breakfast burger and the Ricotta Pancakes. Both were very tasty. Personally I love hash browns so it was nice to get an extra one on the side. Between the two I think I preferred the Ricotta pancake as it was a well structured dish with a variety of flavours and textures that interacted with each other very well. I also ordered a caramel milkshake which was good, nothing amazing but nothing to fault. Service was very nice, they were very attentive and friendly. Would come back here again :)

I've been coming to this cafe for years! No matter how many of the owners have come/left, it remains one of my local faves - always consistently good with coffee and service. I love to come and have a coffee and bring a book with me. Or grab one to take away before work if I'm in a rush. The home made banana bread is also yum!

Great bright, open, airy Melbourne cafe. They use very fresh ingredients and the coffee I had was delicious! Will be back for sure.

The owner/manager was super friendly! Felt super welcomed in the cafe. Got a very laid back atmosphere. ✨ Shout out to the Banoffee waffle 💯. No regrets.

The bacon and egg roll was good but the chicken on the Turkish roll had a really unpleasant texture. Similar to tuna salad. It would have tasted better if it wasn't so mashed up.

Such a nice and welcoming cafe with phenomenal coffee and fantastic food. Excellently located with lots of natural light coming in. So glad we have this around the corner from us.

Dined inside (with my wife) due to winter cold which a as very pleasant, but normal like sitting outside under the side pavilion with my dog in the warmer months. A good range of brunch options which are always tasty. Coffee nice t or that morning boost.

Very good Chilli Scrambled Eggs. However we had to eat it as takeaway during COVID restrictions, so can't give it an accurate taste review.

Coffee was excellent. I also ordered the Eggs Benny on the recommendation of the wait staff and it did not disappoint! I wasn’t sure about the apple chutney but once I tried it I absolutely loved it.

Not bad breakfast spot with heaps of street parking near by, they serve St Ali coffee, and a wide range of breakfast and lunch dishes. The eggs benny was good, not a big fan of the type of bacon used, but I enjoyed the apple sauce on the side. This will sound dumb, but for a cafe that called Cheshire, I actually thought it was Alice in Wonderland themed.

Just ordered from here on door dash as I have a huge weekend of exams and couldn’t get out to enjoy this beautiful Sunday. I ordered the bacon Benedict and I think this is quite possibly the best breakfast I have ever had - thank you guys!

An excellent little cafe with wonderful food, excellent coffee and a nice atmosphere. Good for families and friends to have a meal together. Staff are friendly and welcoming too. Recommend asking for some latte art, some of the staff there are very skilled!

Second time visiting this cafe. Couldn’t go past the chilli scrambled eggs again, sooo good! Coffee was decent too. Well done.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever bothered to leave a review as I find the idea of it almost narcissistic and always cringe listening to people whinge and whine about the fact their coffee arrived cold from door dash. Anyway, without further a due, here is my opinion on the Cheshire Cafe. Firstly I would like to note I have never eaten in here, I have only used delivery services. The food has every time been absolutely fantastic! The eggs Benny is a must, eggs are always poached well and not clear and gooey. I find that the ingredients themselves are of a high quality too, whether it be the smoked bacon 🥓 or the eggs, which are nice and yolky. Despite the food having to travel twenty minutes to my house it always still tastes great and is made with care and side notes/requests aka dietary requirements are always listened to. I’ve also tried the burger and chips. It is simple but exceptional at the same time because of the quality beef patty they use! Definitely worth a try.. One day I will make the voyage to this great place so I can sit and dine. Can only imagine how good the food is when brought out fresh. Thanks to the staff of the Cheshire cafe for making such a great effort, it certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed on myself and I’m sure many others.
