Firstly,
i
had
just
been
to
my
vet
for
a
consultation.
On
the
way
home,
i
stopped
in
to
get
a
dogfood
recommended
by
my
vet.
The
young
man
who
served
me
was
knowledgeable
and
very
friendly.
Until
i
asked
how
much
to
give
my
pug,
he
was
unwantingly
given
advice,
by
somone
who
was
presumably
the
vet
on
that
day.
A
woman
who
was
just
plain
rude
and
extremely
overpowering
of
her
unwanted
criticism
of
my
supposedly
..
In
her
words,
morbidly
obese
dog...
which
she
let
the
whole
store
know...in
her
loud
voice
ballowing
through
the
store....i
was
extremely
upset
and
shocked
at
her
lack
of
respect
for
my
vet,
saying
her
view
was
right
and
that
his
was
wrong...
She
did
not
have
a
very
professional
or
ethical
approach
at
all
to
us
as
a
paying
customer.
I
left
very
upset
and
disgusted
in
her
customer
service...
I
thought
vets
were
supposed
to
be
a
lover
of
all
animals...
This
vet
obviously
does
not...or
she
would
have
taken
the
time
to
chat
quietly
and
not
be
so
obnoxiously
rude
about
her
opinions....
The
young
man
was
lovely...its
a
shame
that
the
supposed
vet
on
the
morning
of
saturday,
the
15th
of
july,
was
not...
I
will
never
set
foot
back
in
your
store
for
this
reason...worst
experience
I've
ever
had
as
a
paying
customer
not
only
in
a
pet
store
but
anywhere...
