DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I booked this hotel via booking.com and when I arrived they said they had no rooms, they were no help and just said to contact booking.com for a refund, this left me stranded after a long journey as a solo female traveller. Booking.com have sent them a complaint and have luckily been helpful and able to refund my non refundable payment, but I would hate for this to happen to someone else so please please stay elsewhere.

I didnt expect much for the price, but we were honestly pleasantly surprised. It was a great location as we were attending a concert at the Coventry stadium (only a few min away with a taxi) and with the services you have plenty of options for food and drink. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern and the bed and pillows comfy. I thought we would hear the noise from the M6, but not a peep. I would definitely stay again and can recommend.

A really nice hotel, walked in and was nice clean modern. A gentleman was at the front desk very polite, check in was nice and quick. Went upstairs to my room hallway and landing was nice could have smelled a bit better. Room was a nice size, clean bathroom wasn't to big but really liked the layout of it.

Absolutely delighted with my stay at this budget hotel near the motorway. Despite its affordable price, the place was spotless and seemed to have been recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and new. To my pleasant surprise, it was also incredibly quiet. Truly, this hotel exceeded my expectations given its cost. I'm looking forward to staying with this hotel brand in the future. Highly recommended!

I was only there for one night but it was very clean, good service and comfortable. It was exactly what you want out of a budget hotel. Would use it again absolutely.

Clean comfortable room. A very strong smelling air freshener didn't hide an underlying smell of smoke. I was woken at 6am by a lorry running its engine in the lorry park just behind the hotel. To eat, had to go to motorway services. Not ideal if onward journey is south bound as long trip to next northbound junction on m6

Stayed for 2 nights for my son's wedding. Had a great sleep (my cat too), room well laid out, supplied and cleaned well, breakfast were excellent.

Good location for Birmingham NEC. Check in was easy, staff are lovely and rooms clean and comfortable with the usual tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, etc. Not noisy which is a surprise considering that it's at a services.

It was a 1 night stay. Nice place. Close to the services. Breakfast was at welcome break - services corley. Ladies who served us were lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Surprisingly quiet for a hotel near the motorway. Rooms are clean and as expected for a budget hotel. The bathroom was immaculate and the shower was really good. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. Location was ideal for the NEC - only a 15 minute drive away.

Our room was very nice and super-affordable: £31 only for a family of 3!! Breakfast was not included but that was expected for the price. Staff were also very nice and professional. We will stay at this hotel again next time we visit Coventry.

A quick stay over prior to a meeting early the next morning. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the room was extremely clean and comfy. No frills and a good night's sleep. There is nothing to complain about.

I got stranded on this services because my car broke down. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and relatively spacious. On the second day we were here, staff went above and beyond by helping me out with everything I needed because I couldn't go anywhere without a car here.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Last minute stay because we were travelling overnight and no longer felt safe to drive. Very friendly receptionist who couldn’t have been more helpful and the room itself surpassed my expectations. For the cheap price I was fully expecting a dingy room with a sofa bed and cobwebs. Quite the opposite! Huge bed, everything was pristinely clean, good drink facilities, lovely modern bathroom, tv, I could go on. Very comfortable nights sleep and wish we could have stayed longer.

Room not as described, sofa bed not a sofa, cannot revert back to a sofa. Images of the room clearly show a sofa, I booked the room because it was supposed to have a sofa, somewhere to sit, however its a store room for a broken sofabed. Lots of noise from corridor, rooms above and either side. Wifi good, mobile signal average at best. Burger King, KFC and Waitrose in services 32" TV bolted down with no swivel, able to stream from Netflix Late checkout charge £10 Complained to reception about the sofabed, the guy just shrugged his shoulders

Room was clean and a decent size. Unfortunately there was an underlying smell of stale cigarette smoke and the room was very very warm, I turned off the storage heater but felt too vulnerable as a loan female to open the window as I was ground floor next to the car park. Staff were friendly enough.

Good place for a quick stop if it's on your way. Rooms were clean and decent, staff were friendly and welcoming and there's plenty of shops nearby. The sat nav doesnt get the location right but it's in the Welcome Break services on one of the sides.

Stay here if you want scumbags from the local area to smash your windows. Receptionist was inept. We triple checked our late arrival (2-3am) which was confirmed but we arrived to an abandoned front desk. After ringing several times and saying ‘hello’, and just as we were about to resort to sleeping in the car, a man wonders out without a care in the world. We get into our room at 3am only to be awoken at 5:40am by the same man telling us our car window had been smashed. No cameras, no cctv, nothing. Our car was parked in the first row by hotel, not 20 feet from the front doors, yet this night desk man heard and saw nothing. Two cars got smashed including mine. In the space of two hours. I guess I’m missing my father daughter weekend!

Budget hotel and it's ok. First time we stayed here we got in our room and had to be moved as there was no curtains in the room. Second time we walked in on a particularly warm day to find windows shut and curtains open it was like a sauna in there and it made a very uncomfortable night as it just didnt get cool enough. On the plus side they did look after a bag for us that my son accidentally left in the room. Fir a service station hotel it's not particularly noisy either which is good

It was the most poorly hotel I've ever lodged in so far! Heating was not working during the night...instead of moving myself and family to another room, we were just given extra blankets to cover up and in the morning offering breakfast tickets... Staffs were not friendly and didn't care about our wellbeing. Not ever going to use them again, either in Coventry or any of their branch!
